Company Overview
GreenTeam Plumbing LLC was founded in 2009 by our owner, James Terry. In his early years, he gained knowledge through 15 years in the plumbing industry. Following passing the challenging State of Florida Plumbing Exams, he set out to develop a business that would bring a fresh level of competition to the field. His objective was to establish a quality of service that had never been seen in the South Florida area.
That ambition has been achieved, as the efficiency of our organization is unparalleled. Our company now provides services to over more than 250 businesses in Broward and Dade. Our clientele ranging from healthcare facilities to offices, we have made a significant impact in just a short span of three years. During 2013, we progressed and became GreenTeam Service Corp. We are proud to be a State licensed Plumbing Contractor (Florida) CFC1428181. Our director is involved with the Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association of South Florida. Additionally, we are also a member of the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee. Boasting over 15 years of experience in the trade, we are licensed Backflow technicians and qualified medical gas installers. We graduated with perfect attendance from the five-year Local 719 apprenticeship program for Plumbers and Pipefitters. We are Local Union 719 Health and Welfare Trustees and Local Union 719 Pension Trustees.

Kathy K.Had a plumbing emergency on Saturday night around 9:30 pm on a long weekend. I called Plumbers911 and Justin from GreenTeam called me back. I explained what was happening and he quoted me the rates. He even told me about the coupon on the Plumbers911 website. Humberto Figuero arrived within an hour of me hanging up with Justin. He fixed the problem within 1/2 hour and then spent almost an hour cleaning up and writing up the invoice. He charged me for 1.5 hours when I thought he would charge me for an hour, but hey it's Saturday night on a long weekend. I would have given them 5 stars if that extra 1/2 hour didn't cost me almost $100. I would recommend and use them again.

C.i own a condo in tamarac. their maintenance were unable to solve the problem. the bathtub was not letting the water go down the drain. i did everything i could on my end with out being able to fix it as well. so they contacted green team plumbing to solve the problem. thank god! their plumber ,octavio came within a few hours the same day! i'm happy, happy to report that he was able to solve the problem without going into detail. octavio did explain what was needed to be done to get to the root of the problem. they should clone him. more service people should be like him. need i say more?
Digi S.STAY AWAY!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I am sure they will immediately remove this review. If you have any ideas about using high end appliances, fixtures, etc, STAY AWAY. They created so many issues when installing new items in our home- and do not accept responsibility for their technicians mistakes. The latest issue was that they ruined the finish on a powder room sink flushing out a brand new water heater that was set too high. Then blamed the issue on a manufacturer defect. It was perfect until the day they came and used that sink. Very shady and unprofessional business practices.
Julie N.Been working with this company for about (8) years and have found them to be responsive, professional, thorough and clean!! I've never seen a contractor prep their work areas to protect property and finishes like Green Team does! In fact, I don't know any plumbing contractors that do this apart from Green Team. They treat your property like it's their own. Highly recommend - they can be counted on to fix the problem and leave the area clean.
