We used Home Depot as a referral for a multi split a/c and heating system. The sales person handed the account to installation after selling the system and then walked away from our account. The installation process was very poor with us having to do constant follow up to get the installers onsite to complete the works and there was misrepresentation regarding the amount of damage to the dry wall to install the piping. They said they would respond to our concerns on the dry wall damage, but never replied. The installation supervisor made a false accusation blaming our contractor for the advice to do the works.
Will be complaining to Home Depot as well on an extremely uncaring company and very poor customer relations.
Would recommend you avoid dealing with them.

My Goodman 4 ton air conditioner failed. I went to Home Depot and picked up one of their brochures on A/C units. I called the number listed in the brochure. I received calls from three companies. All three came out and gave me an estimate. One person suggested we do a leak test at the cost of $500. If the leak is in the coil it would cost $3,000 to replace the coil. The rep (Leslie) from RighTime said it would be best to replace the whole system. The Goodman unit was 11 years old and a bottom of the line unit. She suggested a 4 ton Carrier unit which is a more power efficient unit and more top of the line. The price they offered was the best of the three. We settled on a price. She said they could do it the next day. I was thinking where did I hear that before? They came the next day as scheduled. The first thing they did was lay a floor covering from the front door all the way to the upstairs bedroom. The furnace is in the attic and the access is through the cutout in the ceiling of bedroom closet. Everything in the closet was covered. The installation took about 5 hours. When they were finished, he did a walk around with me. I expected to see all kinds of hand prints on the access cover to the attic. I paid him a complement. I told him all I see is one smug. He said I will take care of it. I told him it wasn't enough of a smug to worry about. He went and got the ladder from the truck and cleaned it off.
I was impressed. They had the best price for a quality system, very professional installation (keep me informed on the processed and showed me why the coil was most likely the failure), and did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were through including the backyard. There were no signs that they were ever here including no damage to the bushes and plants that surrounded the outdoor unit. Happy with the performance of the unit.
Thanks Leslie and give my thanks to the two people that did the installation.
Thanks Leslie and give my thanks to the two people that did the installation.
Last but no least, happy with the performance of the system.

Warning! Do not use this company!
My mom, who is elderly called them out because her AC / heating unit wasn't working. They came out and told her the control board would have to be replaced for $1,645. I decided to get a second opinion so I called First Choice Heating and Air, they came out and fixed the problem for $175. And no the control board was not the problem. From looking at the majority of the other reviews it looks like these people take advantage of the elderly, and show a pattern of overcharging. Believe the majority of the reviews, do not use this company!

Used Right Time Electrical to relocate a conduit on the side of my house.
RighTime customer service was excellent. They provided an electrician within 2 hours of my call. Joseph Rodriguez, the electrician, was outstanding - really good in all respects: Communication, Quality, Professionalism, Honesty. Great guy.
RighTime however is a big company and uses a price sheet to quote jobs. 30 feet of conduit was priced at $900. They do not quote based on time and materials. If I needed 40 feet of conduit, the price jumps to $1300. Pricing was exorbitant.
The work performed exceeded my expectations. Joseph, the electrician, could not have been better or easier to work with.
RighTime uses a call in QA process to protect themselves from customer disputes, but it takes some extra time and effort for the homeowner.

This company has been nothing but trouble. The previous owner of our house used them for HVAC and to install a tankless water heater. They had to replace one of the A/C's for the previous owner and never got it inspected as required. They came out last year to do a ""free"" inspection of the A/C and furnaces. Said we needed a ""fuse"" replaced in the compressor, not to mention cleaning all the vents for $3000. Didn't do the latter, of course. He replaced the fuse, and the A/C stopped working. We had someone else come out and said the guy put on a commercial, high amperage fuse that would not work for this. Called GS back, the guy still had our old part in his truck so he brought it by and reinstalled it. The guy we trusted said you do not have to replace these until/if they fail. They don't ""wear out"".
On the tankless water heater, there were several issues when we first moved in and they said we needed to spend $8K for a second one due to the size of the house. After several back and fortths, it was determined the recirculating pump was off. So a flick of that switch, and all fixed.
About 6-8 months ago, the copper drain line off the tankless water heater completely corroded and literally fell apart. The system was less than 3 years old! They fixed it for free. Yesterday, found a bunch of mold on the inside wall where the tankless is hanging. Called a trusted guy out, pulled everything apart, the same drain line, just lower down, was completely corroded. Now half the wall is gone, and have the mold guys coming shortly. The reason for these failures, I have learned, is called flux induced corrosion. Has to do with not rinsing the acid off the pipe after/during the soldering process when the pipes were installed. They also used type ""M"" pipe, meaning the thinner pipe, and I live in an area with very hard water. Cheap work. For $10 more in material, they could have used type ""L"", and saved me $4000 and a lot of hassle (as well as this write-up).
The GS guy was here a few weeks ago to do an annual inspection of the tankless system. Said all was good. Possible he missed the leak inside the wall, so I'll give him that. But he tried to sell us a system that creates a magnetic field around the water to prevent the minerals in the water from corroding our pipes for $3200!!!! You can buy one of these units at Home Depot for about $175. Also, the process works based upon the Faraday law, so that means it will only keep the corrosive minerals away from your pipes in the magnetic field, so maybe 4 cubic feel, depending on power level. If you live in a small 4X4 box, you're golden, but if not, those minerals start working on your pipes as soon as it leaves that 4 cubic feet or so area. Read and understand how it works before you invest in a marketing gimmick. They are out to take your money, and they do shotty work in addition to being expensive.
IN SHORT, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!

Called Rightime to fix broken furnace. It was a Friday, said they would come between 1:00 and 5:00. No call, no show. Called at 4:30 said they could come on Monday. Came at 5:00 on Monday. Said furnace needed to be replaced. I called another company. They cleaned the wiring and changed the filter. Heater works fine.
I called RighTime who supposedly offers satisfaction or money back. Would not give me my $90 back. They said that the call was to ""diagnose"" and not to fix. Supervisor was going to call me to discuss. Never called.

I am giving a second 5 star review for ths company. Not only did they credit me for the last visit but they also fixed a long time problem we had with one of our lighting problems. These people are the best. They are so nice and respectful and they give great service. We replaced our heater and air conditioner. They were here the next day and installed everything in one day. Very clean job, no mess at all. I can not say enough about this Company. Again I will always use Righ Time for our repairs. They are the best, honest and very nice. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Via Home Depot, Rightime sent out Peter Cuervos to see if he could fix my AC. At first he thought that there was a chance it could be repaired, and spent hours trying to fix it. I appreciated that he didn't immediately try to sell me a new unit and that he called his colleagues a few times to trouble shoot the problem and not give up. Ultimately it turned out that unit was not fixable and then he did try to work with me get me an good unit at an affordable price. Ultimately I didn't go with the company because I was scared off by all the other bad reviews and the lack of follow-up if anything were to go wrong, and I decided to prioritize other home repairs. BUT I want to give a SHOUT OUT to Peter Cuervo for his customer service, hard work, and honesty.

This place is great. My repair man got to my house about 7 pm. He was very courteous and he fixed the problem right away . I will always use RighTime for all my heater and air conditioner services. The repair man was so nice. I hope they send the same person next.

They gave me a 4 hour window of when the guy was supposed to show, between 1 and 5 pm. Not a problem but I did have to take off of work to be home. No one shows or even calls in that time. I call them after 5 to find out what is going on. They have to call me back and once they do, they tell me the guy can still come but will not be there for an hour. She tells me not to worry because I wont be charged for ""after hours""!! She must have a second job as a comedian.
I told them not to come. She tried to get me to reschedule for the next day but no way I will ever call them again. Nothing more unprofessional than a no call no show. Looking at some reviews now looks like it will catch up to them eventually.
