Again, a big fat zero.. I contacted your customer service talked with a Marisa I believe, she was suppose to have Jackie call us at noon on or about noon Friday... Guess what happen ? Go ahead guess.. Nothing.. Per your usual never mind contacting us we're going with Lowes, got that you just lost a sale for Home Depot. Home Depot if I were you I'd find another company to deal with. As you can see I'm not the only one unhappy with their service, and we're just the ones who took the time to review this very unprofessional company.. So Home Depot you just lost a nice sale and I will put ""right time"" on do not use blast to all my friends and neighbors..

Pierius, in the plumbing department... Came out to replace an old gas line and he did a wonderful and most professional service I'm very happy and if you had more stars I would give him 10 out of 20 stars for doing such great work. I would recommend him and Rightime to anyone in my family and friends thank you again Rightime great job! You guys are number one in my books. I had you Rightime in my old house and have moved back to orange county and I'm so glad I am still a member too!

Rightime Home Services , Orange County, CA., just completed a major installation and upgrade of our residential central air/ heating system.

The Rightime 'crew' led by Cesar M. we're very professional, had all the necessary components & skills to complete the project in just one day.

During the removal & later installation, the crew took steps to keep our house clean & to avoid any damage to walls & stairways.

After the installation the crew cleaned -up and hauled away all of the 'old' components too.

I would recommend Rightime for any of your home's air conditioning & heating needs.

Run don't walk!!

Cannot believe I gave this horrible company a good review! They're not even worthy of one star. After our initial service, one of our units failed within a week. This company refuses to give you a time just says you must be available within 30 minutes of their call. Guess what?! They never call! We've been stood up twice after taking time away from our service business. They stood us up again yesterday and then lied about not having a part. After the manager called me, telling me how sorry they were, they miraculously found a part and sent someone that does not communicate well at 6:00pm on a Friday night. We finally had to ask him to leave at midnight so we could go to bed! He told us he would be back at 9am and here we are at 10:35am with no sign of anyone and I cannot get a call back from w manager. This is the worst service we have ever experienced and beyond disrespectful of our time and $2K already invested.

We've been without AC now for over a week, uncomfortable and dangerous for our pets.

Do not use this company. On 6/19 I set up an appointment to see why my AC was only blowing warm air. I was given an appointment for Monday morning at 10AM. The time came and passed, so I called to see where my tech was. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was told the tech would be there at 2 PM. At 2:30 PM I called again asking where my tech was and they stated that he/she was still on a previous job and should be there before the end of the night, they will get to me GUARANTEED (this was said via recorded phone call). At 8:54 PM I received a VM from the company, no phone call, just a VM, asking me to confirm my appointment. When I called I was routed to a call center in Ohio(?!?!). The call center had no record of my pending appointment and told me that they would need to take a message and send it to dispatch and they would call me. Still no phone call and now Tuesday morning 6/21 at 8 AM. I called again, was sent to the call center 5 times where they still have no record of my pending appointment and stated that they are booked out till Wednesday. Terrible customer service. I will be reporting them the Better Business Bureau.

They offer free maintenance in a year but they actually do not come. I got their service on March of 2015 and now its June but they did not call me to schedule the appointment. Instead I called and the answer I got was that they are pretty booked and won't be able to do it now and they will put me on the list. OMG I can not believe it. People can do anything to sell their business.

3 mos. ago, had a guy out to replace my garbage disposal. Great service, and on time. Signed up for the member club they have, because we were about to close on a new home and thought that it would be a good idea to have prophylactic repairs. Boy, was I wrong. I called them out, the plumber who came said the last plumber was not telling the truth about the install and ripped me off, the quoted me almost $1100 dollars to replace a kitchen faucet (that I already bought, install is $311), switch a heater rod, and change a valve. A guy called 10 minutes late r telling me that this is basically the cost, and that he was willing to cut $50 off. He then the the plumber under the bus, saying that he didn't have all of the information. I don't like companies who turn their back on their associates, and I don't like managers who pass the buck like that. I will count my extra payment up as a loss, and find a company that won't take advantage of its clients.

P.s. can the ""Green Club"" transfer, and if so, would any one like to buy it from me?
