Here's the scam. You need a plumber for a clogged drain. You look on the internet and see $77 to clean any drain. You call and they say they will be right out but there is a $89 truck fee. (what in the hell is that?) You say forget it. They said, ok we'll apply it to the work done. You say ok come on out. They guy shows up and you say HOW MUCH??? The plumber says $260. You say what happened to the $77 on the web site. They plumber says do you have a receipt. I say NO HIT THE ROAD. He says wait a minute let me call my boss. The boss says, OK HE'S WISE TO US DO IT FOR $77. THIS IS THE SCAM USED BY MANY PLUMBERS. THEY ARE THE MOST UNSCRUPULOUS OF ALL CONTRACTORS BECAUSE THEY FIGURE YOU NEED IT DONE NOW. DON'T LET THEM GET YOU. TOTALLY DISHONEST WAY TO DO BUSINESS.
David S.They came out to my home determined that they weren't able to fix it and since they were late on the service call so they waived their service call fee and recommended somebody else who turned out to be very good. Not everything goes as planned but I appreciate them making things right.

Lynn V.Want to thank Righttime employee, Carlos M. about his good customer service today. Carlos came to fix our AC and was able to find out the issue right away and fixed it. I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg today. He is honest and sincere on what he does and doesn't fix unnecessary stuff that doesn't need to be fixed.He is one of the best employees of Righttime I ever encountered. He even went above and beyond his duty and helped us with the unfinished job the previous people from Righttime did, it didn't take him a lot of time to fix it. I really appreciate Carlos for coming and fixing our AC issues today. Good Job Carlos! Today I am a happy customer because of you.
Dan S.DON'T SLOW DOWN!!! Don't even try this company. They are in the business of ripping people off and they have it down to a science. Most customers don't know how their AC units work. So these guys come in and give you 3 options every time. Option 1 is outrageously expensive, Option 2 is less expensive and Option 3 is the cheapest, but they HIGHLY recommend against it. So you feel obligated and safer with option 2. You get completely ripped off. We own a 15 year old home, the R22 freon refrigerant was low and the tech told us the range would be $980 - $1726 to either top it off or for a complete refill. I saw the red flag and called another service, he topped off the R22 for $275 and our system was cold again. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!
Andy H.Very disappointed with this company. I waited days for these guys to come out and repair our AC that stopped working after their initial tune-up. I have three kids and i wasted hours waiting for a technician to come. We called them several times. They made empty promises. No one showed up at all. Not even a courtesy phonecall to say they couldn't make it. Don't even bother with this company unless you love to be majorly frustrated, angry, and disappointed. We ended up going with a different company.
RoseAnn G.I had an appointment with this company for 2:00 on 7-7-18. My Boyfriend left work early so he could be there for me. (lucky lady) I couldn't leave work myself. Any how 2:30.....3:00.....3:30 no one showed up or called. It took 4 phone calls to get a hold of a person. We were told that the technician would call us. We were assured that our appointment was going to be handled. No one called or showed up! When we called 3 hours past our appointment time. We were told that our appointment was pushed back until Tuesday. We left work early to be home for our repair appointment. What a waste of time and income! Consider yourself warned...
Glory T.The company doesn't honor their service agreements, and they like to escape any liability. Please do not use these people. I have not had my unit for more than 3 years and they won't cover my parts and labor due to some bogus inspection...Please do your homework and don't use these people. The managers are not helpful at all.

Steve E.Warning: Greenstar has given me the worst customer service I have ever had. They do good work, putting something new in your house like an air conditioner/ furnace and a tankless water heater. Then they sign you up for their maintenance plan. I have been using them for several years. I fired them once before but gave them another chance. The problem is they don't show up for their scheduled appointments. They miss the four hour window set up, and then call you in the last minute to tell you they will be there in 45 minutes. After an hour they call again. I told them to forget it.
