Green's plumbing has helped me with several thing over the last 6 years. New water heater, broken actuator valve, installing a new gas connection for my dryer, and managing old gas lines. They are always timely and willing to talk me through any questions I have. Being a new homeowner is tough but its such a relief knowing I can always rely on them for my plumbing needs.

The company is owned by Ed, a very nice gentleman and the only employee of the company is Brian, who's been working there for 10 years and knows everything about plumbing. I was charged $487 to replace a pressure regulator. The part on Amazon cost $70 and it took less than five minutes for him to remove the old broken one and replace the new one. I was then charged $340 for the installation of a thermal expansion tank and on Amazon the tank was $117. This also took five minutes to install. Brian was very nice and explained what was wrong with the heater before he started for about 15 minutes and he was here an hour and 45 minutes, part of the time waiting for his boss to bring the thermal expansion tank. My total bill was initially $827 but Brian took off $40 because I was a senior. I appreciate the fact that I now have hot water and can take a shower but I really think I was overcharged excessively. Even if you figure the labor at $200 per hour that would be $400. They charged me $387 for the two parts that that cost a total of less than $200 on Amazon. I do appreciate the fact that I called at 8 o'clock on Friday morning and Brian was here by 2 o'clock but I feel I was really really overcharged for both the labor and the parts.

$$$$ for running a jet stream. Would not give pre estimate. I sincerely believe this company assesses a situation and decides how much the client will pay. They did get there same day and the pipe was seriously clogged, but we had an outlet to the street main and it took maybe a half hour.lots charged.

Brian came out to fix our garbage disposal. He also noticed a potential leak on one of the other pipes from and recently installed water filter that was bending the pipe. He did a solid professional job, was very friendly, and I'd recommend him and this company to anyone.

I called these guys to replace a pressure regulator valve. Brian responded, was very professional and friendly, worked quickly, and made a recommendation that we test the overflow tanks on the water heaters (my house has two), which I ok'd. One he said was fine, and one needed replacing, so he took care of that. All for a fair price. I will call them next time I need a plumber.

Our main water line started to leak, so we needed someone to come out quickly before it became a major problem. We couldn't even get our usual plumber to respond with an estimated time they could come by, but Green's was able to send someone out in just a couple hours. Brian came by and was forthcoming and helpful, he quickly assessed the problem and gave us a very reasonable estimate to replace the part. Great first impression, I think we've found a new go-to plumber.

I received a return call from Anne who was so kind and I told her that I will give her a synopsis of my issue with my sink and my washer is overflowing . Within 1 hour I receive a conformation that Brian will come by in the afternoon. Brian came on time. Acess the situation and Immediately went to work . He did Hydrojetting and awhole bunch of black stuff came out . He snaked it and hydro jet the outside overflow pipe for a good 20 minutes until the water becomes clear again. We take care of our 96 year old mother at home and we fo ln laundry at least 2x aday. Thank you so much for helping us out so promptly. Brian was very patient in explaining things to us. He was a pleasant to work with.
