We completed a bathroom remodel in Feb'18 with Green's Plumbing as our plumbing contractor. They were professional in all dealings. Ed Green returned our initial call and we were set up for a estimate. We received a fair and comprehensive estimate. When it came time to purchase supplies, Ed followed through to insure the correct items were obtained. Two visits were required and they showed up on time. There were professional, friendly and helpful. They draped the workspace, and the walkway all they way out the door. When finished they cleaned up. Most important they did a great job. I want to give them 5 stars but they have so many 5 star reviews, maybe this one will stick out, LOL. My 15-year-old 50-gallon hot water heater gave up the ghost last Friday and the Green's Plumbing team replaced it with the same brand (Bradford White) in only a few hours the same day I called! Worry, no hassle and they cleaned up the mess. I would highly recommend them. Nice, family owned local business here in West Hills CA.

When our water main broke and we had gallons of water pouring out of the cracks in our driveway, our neighbor recommended that we call Ed. I'm so glad we did. He had worked on other houses in our neighborhood before so he was familiar with our problem. We got the piping replaced, and he and Nick and Brian fixed other small plumbing things in the house. We were so happy to see them.

We asked Ed to help us install a sub-meter for the house, and he and his wife wrestled with the DWP website for days because it was having problems at the time. (I am so glad that I didn't have to do that.) His wife went to pick up the sub-meter while Ed was working at our house so that it could be installed as soon as possible. Brian checked and double checked that the sub-meter didn't leak. I really appreciate the care they took in doing a good job.

Of course, when it rains, it pours. During Thanksgiving week, I was out of town and my mother-in-law called me to say that there was a leak in the pipe attached to our water heater. She was in a panic because she doesn't speak English well and was home alone. I called Ed and he sent someone at once to fix it. They saved the day again.

I highly recommend Green's Plumbing. Their prices are reasonable and their service is great. I would definitely call them again when needed.

Needed help installing a new garbage disposal and contacted Green's. They responded quickly, set the appointment and installed the unit--no fuss, no muss. Bryan is a terrific ambassador for the company and we truly appreciate that this small job was accepted just as readily as a larger one. Other company's we contacted couldn't be bothered. You can bet that we will contact Green's in the future.

Called for a quote to get all our all kitchen plumbing reconnected after a renovation. I got a quick call back a fair quote and set up an appointment for the next day. Brian and Ernie arrived on time and had our kitchen sink faucet and dishwasher hooked up quickly. They noticed an issue with our water pressure and checked our regulator and explained that our pressure was way too high and could cause our pipes to burst. He gave us a quote to get it fixed but wasn't pushy or trying to upsell us. I will definitely be calling them back. The information on our water pressure was invaluable as we had noticed some issues with the pressure in the past but didn't think it was a big deal. Recently 2 of our neighbors have had their pipes burst due to pressure issues, so I appreciate them giving us a heads up so we can avoid a costly disaster.

Called about kitchen sink problems and was told someone would arrive by mid-day to our West Hills home. Brian arrived as promised and after listening to our description of our problem he did a thorough assessment and described in detail options and prices. His diagnosis suggested that a less expensive option was most likely to work and explained the potential risks to old under-sink pipes which may also need replacing. His work was successful and just as described, including price. Ed, stopped by to see how things were going. I've been dealing with plumbers for about 50 years and never found any nicer, more helpful, more honest, and more fair priced. These are the guys to call. By the way, I'm from out of state and going back soon and don't owe them anything except the respect and praise they deserve.

Greens plumbing provided superb service on our project! Multiple new toilets and water valves were replaced in a timely, immaculate (and I mean super clean!) and efficient manner. The price was extremely reasonable (and quoted right up front) and based upon the overall service they provided, we got a great deal! When was the last time you thought that about a plumber? You will be absolutely thrilled with the work that this family business does. They are friendly and professional and I would recommend them for any project.
