Green life plumbing has been such a huge help for us! We have been looking for a plumber and had so many different people come in give us different estimates, all 4 were unprofessional on so many levels. Carlos and his teammate came over and perform their jobs and were extremely helpful and informative and as first-time homeowners we are extremely grateful and appreciative of the honesty that came through especially in a market that sometimes feels dishonest.

We had major water damage from our upstairs bathroom. It ruined all our walls, cabinets and flooring in the bathroom and our kitchen and hallway below the bathroom. Carlos was assigned to me through my home warranty company. He has been extremely helpful, even going out of his way to provide us with great recommendations for a restoration company. He has been working with us and the restoration company the last 3 days to pin point the leaks. I am very happy with the clear communication and the attention to detail he has put into our house finding the leak and fixing it. Carlos did amazing work and I will be recommending him to our friends and family in the future.

I woke up to a slab leak. Not fun! Jaime responded to my call and showed up to my home quickly. He gave me his recommendations in order to have my water leak repaired ASAP. His crew showed up within an hour and my leak was fixed in a couple of hours. Great service and professionalism.

Carlos and Anthony were awesome! I have had other plumbers before but Greenlife c/o Carlos provided the best service for me! They were courteous, friendly and very informative with the problem I had. My touch sensor kitchen faucet died, had the run around with other plumbers - Carlos was straight, honest and prompt with the services he provided. I would give negative stars if I could. They installed a shower for me almost three years ago. I have had to call them back 4 times because it was leaking. The first time it was leaking I saw the caulking coming out so I pulled on it and out came the caulking AND the plastic that came around the base when I bought it (they never removed it). They never secured the base properly so it shifted and I had two small leaks for almost 3 years. Yep, mold, rotten drywall and floorboard. The average estimate I got to fix it $4,800 plus a new shower incasing....

Run away!!!!!! Do NOT use these guys. My insurance assigned them. They came out, said there was no leak and left. 4 hours later my friggin roof caved in with water!!!! So I immediately called them back and the guy said he'd come out the following day between noon and 12. Guess what! He never came. After I waited all day and took a day off work. Never responded to my texts and phone calls. But it gets even better. The next day my insurance company calls me and says he billed them for coming out!!!! Ludicrius!! I'm calling the better business bureau and complaining to the state about thier business practices.

I'm taken back by the other reviews. My experience with Greenlife was OUTSTANDING!!! They were scheduled by ORHP to survey a stoppage to two bathroom sinks upstairs. Schedule was made promptly. Carlos and Andrew showed up before the scheduled window time frame, thoroughly assessed the issue and gave some very helpful tips, which eventually solved the problem. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Thank you, Greenlife!

STAY AWAY. If your home warranty assigns this company, ask for another one immediately! One of their techs told me he'll call me back in 40 minutes and he never did; I texted him and called him the following days with no response. I called the home warranty company, and they spoke with company who said they would call me the same day and never did.

If I could give less than a one star negative review I would .... totally late called me four minutes before he was supposed to arrive at my property and than was so rude angry and aggressive I cancelled the service appointment as he wouldn't come out to the house until another two hours. I reported them to the Sears Warrantee program and they are placing them under review. When I asked to speak to the manager they guy claimed to be the manager and when I asked for they owner the guy making the scheduling call told me he wouldn't give me to the owner. Hopefully the owner reads his YELP reviews because your rude scheduler is ruining your business. Sears recommended Diamond Plumbing instead so call them for better service 9515415500. Good luck!
