I selected this company when my furnace went out ... based on the reviews. Thank you everyone for the good tips. Julien (spelling?) came out the same day. I gave him a quick assessment over the phone at 8AM. He was very knowledgeable, but he wanted to come early enough in case my furnace needed parts he didn't have. Then I texted him my name & address - I like that, a verification of the time agreed upon. After 30 minutes of clean/check/fix and answering all my questions, it was an $85 fee (no parts needed replacing). Very reasonable. He politely wears booties.One note: they service the Chicago area, but normally don't go much farther west than Skokie. Thankful he did for me since its the middle of January!

I was very happy with my service from Green Works. They took my call early this morning and had someone out the same day in the afternoon (b/c that's when I requested they come). The technician, Mario, was friendly, polite, and professional. He explained things to me as he went along and got us back up and running within an hour. The price was very reasonable and I will absolutely call upon Green Works again when my furnace motor blows, when we need A/C serviced, or if any other needs arise. I'm enjoying the warmth now :)

This is going back a year or so, but Julian was so amazing I'm writing this now
My furnace went out in the middle of winter. I called Julian and he had a busy schedule but
came over within a couple hours on a Sunday. He diagnosed the problem right away; needed
some rotating circular blower part. Unfortunately Sunday, nothing was open. I'm sure I'm not
his only client but he came very first thing Monday to install it. Very reasonable pricing as well.
I also needed a new igniter and he told me if that wasn't the (another) problem, he would come
back for free.
I'm starting to have problems again (15 year old furnace) and may have to bite the bullet
on a new furnace. Well, you know who I'm going to call!!!!

Great, fast service. I called Giulian and was able to schedule a weekend appointment right away. My condo requires a certificate of insurance to inspect the AC on the roof, and he was able to provide that within 48 hours. During his visit, he was courteous and wore shoe covers. He also took the time to explain what he saw and readjusted a few vents for optimal air flow.

These guys are awesome!! Mario was a lifesaver and was able to come check out our furnace less than 5 hours after we called with a condo association emergency (and after the person we originally had contacted was a no-show). He was nice, efficient, very knowledgeable, and reasonable. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of HVAC repair.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Julian scheduled my a/c repair immediately, showed up right on time, was extremely professional and very efficient, not to mention very nice. He was able to access the roof of my townhome with a 40 ft ladder, something most other contractors can't do. Highly highly recommend!!!

Called Monday morning bc my ac was not working. They made it out the same day in the evening, AND they fixed it right away at a good price! They are also conveniently located in my neighborbood. I will definitely use them again :-)

Green Works lived up to the rave reviews already written. The service was timely, professional and fairly priced. Julian was truly one of the kindest and most thorough people I have ever met. And as an aside, he tried to help me get a bead that was stuck out of my 4-year-old's ear -- I dare another HVAC service in the city to beat that!!!
