Prior to sharing my journey, I want to express my gratitude to the expert plumbers—both those who are still with us and the departed—who mentored me in the craft of plumbing. Being a proficient plumber means embracing the art of the trade, and this appreciation necessitates having great teachers. I was fortunate to have the best.
I grew up in Park Ridge, Illinois, hailing from a family of engineers, plumbing experts, and pipefitters. By choice or by chance, I began my apprenticeship at the age of 15. Although I kept my training through educational programs, I didn't envision of starting my own company.
For a while, I moved to another city and was satisfied working in a “9-to-5 mode,” applying my skills, then going home each evening for dinner and a ballgame! Eventually, I returned to Park Ridge and established Green Tech Plumbing. I feel great about my decision, grateful for my family’s support, and truly grateful to my amazing customers.
