We had a quote from another company and it seemed way too high so we called around and found green tech. Kevin came out within the hour, fixed our problem, and was way way below the competitors price. Could not be happier, highly recommend them!

Had a clogged sewer line, backing up into the house on a Friday afternoon, called several local Park Ridge Plumbers, no one could handle for 24-48 hours. I called Greentech, Kevin answered, and came over at 5pm and did the job, great customer service skills, I will use him again!

Called today because the toilet upstairs was leaking and it had created a hole in the floor that resulted in a waterfall above my head. Kevin sent Tim over this afternoon and he re-seated the toilet and all is well. Following up with an estimate to re-pipe the entire house since this is the first time I have felt comfortable dealing with a plumber. Right off the bat...this plumber is the real deal. We haven't officially hired him YET, but even if we dont hire him, he deserves a praise for AMAZING customer service. I've met with and talked to a few plumbers this past month, and Kevin with Green Tech Plumbing is by far the best in terms of his knowledge, communicating with the customer and honest about what needs to be done. I had a good feeling about him over the phone, after we met with him in person the next day, we knew he was the one. Our situation is a HOT MESS. We hired someone to work on our new home, his work was horrible, not up to code, blah blah blah. Now we need to hire a new plumber to redo what the A-hole started, and after meeting with a handful of plumbers, Kevin with Green Tech Plumbing made us feel the most comfortable and renewed our faith in plumbers, well kind of. We're still a little scarred.

We will know more tomorrow and I'm hoping we will go with Green Tech. I will update after the repair is done. Stand by......

I've had kevin and his crew out to my house a few times now. Even though I'm in lake Zurich he's always arrived right on time and gets the job done. Not only does kevin give good service, but I get it good service from his workers weather he's around or not. It's just really nice having a plumber you can trust and you know you're not going to be taken advantage of. I will always use green tech.

This guys are very professional, they respond to your request and give you straight answer and a quote. I called them for shower cartridge and they came in couple of hours and fixed it. I would recommend this company for your plumbing job.

Kevin and his men are professional, polite and Freaky Fast!
Just moved to Park Ridge from California with my wife and kids. We decided to stay in the basement while we did upstairs renovations. I called Kevin(the boss) on a the Sunday it decided to rain in my basement with water coming out of the main floor toilet. Yup, serious inconvenience.
Kevin answered and was on site fast. Found the main line had sheared apart. Kevin and his men had permits and equipment the next morning. Repairs were complete the next day, Freaky Fast! Kevin also took time for questions and some other sump repairs to be sure we are move in ready.

Kevin and his team at green tech have done multiple jobs for us at our house that was recently gut renovated. They were able to troubleshoot a leak that we had received the run around on from another company. They have also upgraded our sump pump and installed our battery backup as well. They are honest, quick to respond, and fairly priced. I'd highly recommend for any plumbing work!

I will definitely be recommending Green Tech Plumbing Co to anyone that needs plumbing work to be done. After finding a mud puddle in my front lawn, I had the village come out to inspect the problem I was advised that the water main too my home cracked. I called 2 other companies before I found Green Tech via a neighbors recommendation. One told me the issue was the villages issue, and never called me back with an estimate after two follow up phone calls. The other company gave me an estimate without ever coming to my home.
I called Green Tech Plumbing and spoke to Kevin. As mentioned in another review, Kevin was very laid back and personable. He came out to check the problem and called me back the same day with an estimate. They were here on time and did a great job. They explained everything that they found, they were able to return some unneeded parts, AND, they didn't need to break up the sidewalk. As a result, my final bill was lower than the estimate, for which I am so grateful.
