Industrial and agricultural solutions for the food processing, industrial, and farming sectors. In 1990, John H. Green, Sr. established Green Rubber alongside his son, John P. Green. Their journey began as a small company aimed at serving the needs of agricultural and industrial sectors. Their expertise lay in custom conveyor belting, which is where the ""rubber"" in Green Rubber comes from. They contended with some of the biggest names in the industrial sector. It quickly scaled up to a workforce of over thirty and a broad range of products and services. Curt and Mark Kennedy launched Kennedy Bros in the same year, 1990. They began with a four-person team in their Salinas, CA location, selling tanks, pumps, and spray equipment. They grew to five locations throughout California by 2003. Both businesses catered to many of the same clientele. The merger of the two companies in 2003 resulted in the creation of Green Rubber - Kennedy Ag. In 2021, they launched their sixth location in Santa Maria, CA, along with a specialized fabrication division, Urethane Specialists, based in Salinas.
