I almost did not use Jeff Green due to one very bad review, but changed my mind after having Jeff come over for an estimate. Out of several good and reputable plumbers that had come to look at my problem he was the only one who discovered an additional leak that sooner rather than later would have caused a serious problem. Jeff was professional, on time, clean and did a dynamite job working around the pitfalls of our very old house. Soon after we had a leak at our rental and even though it was Saturday and he was busy with Family, he was at our house in minutes taking care of the problem without the high weekend charge some companies hit you with. We all, including our dogs, like his friendly, upbeat and professional manner. Kudos jeff. We have finally found our regular plumber, although we hope not to need him too often. :-D

Unfortunately this update review gives Jeff only one star. Here's why: I paid him $75 to inspect some plumbing problems in my new home. He said he'd be getting back to me with a quote for the work to be done. Several days later I got a phone call from him saying his computer was down and he was very sorry for the delay. Since then: nothing. No call, no quote, no nothing. I paid $75 for nothing.

I've used Jeff a couple of times over the last three years. He communicates well, is always on time, and does excellent work. I'll be calling Jeff for any future jobs.

We relied on Yelp reviews when we needed plumbing services and were VERY disappointed with Green Plumbing Services. He did not ""fix"" our problem and walked away with the $95 service call. He was only concerned with getting the service charge. We called another licensed plumber who resolved our issue for far less money.
Avoid Green Plumbing like the plague.

I am so glad I called Green Plumbing. He came out on a saturday and gave me a reasonable quote and did the work fast. He even was able to show up earlier then estimated. He got the work done and even corrected some other plumbing issues under the kitchen sink and there were no hidden fees. I had called a few of the commercial big companies who wouldn't give me good estimates or gave me a start out price. I decided to do some research on reviews, thanks to other reviewers I saw the nightmare I might get with the more commercial big companies and saw what others said about Jeff. I was not disappointed with my experience and am in agreement with what others have said on here. Thanks Jeff!!! I will differently be using Green in the future if we have any other issues.

Jeff is great! I had horrible water pressure for years & when I got a new sprinkler system installed, they barely spit out any water at all. Jeff - in his infinite wisdom - figured out that I had an ancient water pressure regulator under the house - which he removed, welded pipes - and for the 1st time in such a long time - voila - great water pressure. I don't know who else would have figured that out on the 1st try, so it was a very reasonable price. Will always call Jeff.

Jeff did a fantastic job for us! He took care of the water regulator which was completely shot. Thank goodness he found the issue, we were leaving for a 10 day vacation that would have been a mess. Thank you Jeff!!!

I can't say enough good things about Jeff. He is amazing, so helpful, and always there when we need him. Living in an older home we come across problems that we don't expect or forsee. Today our main plumbing line was clogged and Jeff was here three hours earlier than he said he'd be, and had our house up and running within 45 minutes. He is nice, he is friendly, he gives you options, he tell you whether or not you really need something. He's not out to charge you and your family as much as possible, either. I have never felt like he had ulterior, money-making motives. He just wants us to have plumbing that works. Such a great service and a great person!

Green Plumbing has done a great job for us with two significant problems in our nearly 100-year-old house. First, he professionally and competently replaced all of the ancient cast-iron drain pipes in the house with ABS - this involved literally digging under the house to expose the old pipe, then laying the new pipe. They also included some extras such as installing a new outdoor cleanout to make repairs easier in the future and he did a camera-view of the entire line to make sure there were no roots, etc. in the pipes that might cause problems later on.

With that experience behind us, we had a broken copper pipe early one Sunday morning - and thought of Green. They answered and responded within a couple of hours and charged a very fair price to repair the pipe and even installed a new hose-bib for us while they were at it.

In short - we got excellent work at a fair price, and they were very flexible on scheduling and scope.
