Green Plumbing has done a great job for us with two significant problems in our nearly 100-year-old house. First, he professionally and competently replaced all of the ancient cast-iron drain pipes in the house with ABS - this involved literally digging under the house to expose the old pipe, then laying the new pipe. They also included some extras such as installing a new outdoor cleanout to make repairs easier in the future and he did a camera-view of the entire line to make sure there were no roots, etc. in the pipes that might cause problems later on.

With that experience behind us, we had a broken copper pipe early one Sunday morning - and thought of Green. They answered and responded within a couple of hours and charged a very fair price to repair the pipe and even installed a new hose-bib for us while they were at it.

In short - we got excellent work at a fair price, and they were very flexible on scheduling and scope.

This is the second time we've utilized Jeff for a repair. He came out a day after we called, arrived promptly and identified the problem with our A/C quickly. He got us back up and running. He even found a problem we had with the condensate drain line we were unaware of and fixed it at no extra charge! 10pm & plumbing is backing up. I called & explained the situation, including the fact that I have septic. He suggested that I check the septic tank first, before he came out, just in case that was the problem & to save me the $$ for him coming out for no good reason. He gave a range of prices, based on possible problems & levels of difficulty. Sadly, it required the mega drain router, but that did the trick. No way my little handheld snake would have been able to either reach (75 feet +) or tackle the clog.

Very professional & knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone & would use his services again.

I had an excellent experience. A spigot broke off and water was pouring out of the hole in my house where the copper pipe broke. It sounded like rain. Jeff came at 4 in the morning and did the repair and later returned to close the hole in the stucco. The cost was reasonable.

Very helpful and professional. My husband had tried for a week to get the kitchen drain cleared with no success (lots of $$ on chemicals and buying a useless ""snake""). Mr. Green explained what he was going to do, the possible best and worst case scenarios, and went to work.
