So this is going to be a rolling review as things progress, but I think it deserves 5 stars at this point.
We had Tom come out today to give us an estimate on a full remodel of an upstairs bathroom. Now I'm pretty hard of hearing due to my Marine Corps years so I let Tom know that I preferred text communication over talking. He was understanding and was/is very quick in his responses. He came on time and is very work focused in a pleasant manner. He listened to our ideas and you can see that he was fully listening and planning in his head. Unlike other contractors that came before him and laid out their cookie cutter plan, unwilling or unable to take the owners ideas into their own, Tom fully embraced our ideas and worked with us. He was upfront and truthful in answering my questions and never left us wondering. He quoted us a bid that was fair, competitive and honest to God made total sense. He hadn't even crossed our property line to leave before my wife and I knew we had us a contractor. I'll update as we go through the steps and put up pics too. Before you commit to a contractor, Tom without a doubt deserves the chance to put in a competitive bid. If anyone has questions, feel free to contact me.

We contacted Green Globe on two separate occasions for some plumbing issues. Tom was professional and was able to resolve the issues quickly, very reasonable with his pricing when the jobs were completed. Outstanding company would refer Green Globe to anyone needing a plumber.

I've called Tom and Green Globe Plumbing on three occasion so far. Every one of those jobs, Tom has done an exceptional job, especially the emergency call I had with a backed up sewage line. Tom was able to come out within 20min and got everything unclogged and working again.

I had to write this review because of my experience with Tom on my most recent job. I had to replace the main gas pip coming into my house. Got a good quote from Tom and scheduled the job. Tom came out and explained everything that was going to happen, even saved me money by re-running the pipes since the underground housing was cracked and I would have to replace it if he just replaced the existing pip. How's that for not being lazy. When everything was done, Tom went to light my water heater. That thing would not keep the pilot light lite, he even tried replacing the thermal sensor for free but that failed, Tom then got on the phone to try and troubleshoot the burner (didn't even try to up-sell me a new water heater). We decided it needed to be replaced, a much cheaper solution but since it was a Saturday the parts department at GE wasn't open. Tom took care of it on Monday and installed it for me on Tuesday. Great service in my book.

A very well deserved 5 star rating for Green Globe Plumbing, and my go to plumber.

Used Green Globe a few months ago to look at a leak and install a new toilet. Very responsive, professional, did the work quickly and the price was very fair. Very happy. Called twice and left messages over the past 6 days to have them come out again and fix a different problem - never got a call back. Disappointed, thought I had found someone dependable. Maybe they are on vacation, or just busy - it's a shame as I really liked their work and how professional they were.

We had a great experience with Tom at Green Globe Plumbing. He has handled a few different plumbing issues for us, including replacing bathroom sink faucets and detecting and quickly fixing a water leak in our side yard.

It's nice to find a competent plumber who is also clean cut. Too often plumbers smell like smoke or look a bit like ex-cons. Tom is friendly and clean cut. 5 stars from us.

Great experience! Having to call a plumber is usually like going to the dentist, but
not this time. I needed to bring water into an office suite in Laguna Hills. I got
estimates from four plumbers before finding Green Globe. They were either
to expensive or to flakey. Not only was Tom's bid the most reasonable but
Tom and his dad Vick were great. They were dependable, clean, honest, and the work
was flawless. I will never worry again about having to call a plumber.

Needed help in a pinch after 5PM on a Friday and Tom was the first one who picked up the phone. I can echo all the other 5 star reviews here: he is incredibly professional and reasonably priced.

I did not relish the plumbing emergency but I'm glad I found Tom. I will be calling him first the next time I need help or want improvements done.

I got a couple of estimates before choosing Green Globe Plumbing. Tom, who gave me the estimate and did the repair work, was very prompt both for the estimate and the repair work. He even came at 9am on a Saturday to do the repairs! I was very impressed with the service. I definitely recommend Green Globe Plumbing.

We have used Green Globe Plumbing before and called Tom when we needed a new outdoor hose connection. Tom came right out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He installed the hose bib the next day which required some digging and connecting the water supply to the sprinkler system. As usual, the job was perfect in every way. Tom takes pride in his work and it really shows. He puts customer satisfaction as his top priority. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.
