Let me start by saying I have First American Home Warranty and when my Tankless Water Heater started leaking I submitted a claim and they assigned me Green Globe Plumbing. If you are familiar with Home Warranty companies, its hit or miss on who comes out to your house and your lucky just to get the job done in a timely manner. So you can imagine my surprise when i met Tom from Green Globe. Not only is he incredibly pleasant to talk to, but understands the urgency to get your home repaired and goes out of his way to make it happen. If ""Communication is the Key"" then Tom and his staff get 10+ stars. Even after First American Home Warranty screwed up and did not order the part (after they told both Tom and I they did), he kept on them and even dropped everything and made our repair a priority once the part was received. I have already put his number in my phone as my ""go to"" plumber and he will be the only one I call in the future. I highly recommend.... You will not be disappointed.

Tom just finished another job for me with unbelievable results. Unfortunately for me, my 20 year old home has started having problem with its copper pipes. I have used Tom and his assistants on four separate unrelated occasions. His service is impeccable from responding to your initial telephone call, keeping you informed at every step of the process, and most importantly, doing an incredible, professional job at a very reasonable price.
