First American referred Green Globe Plumbing to me Three Days after the repair order. It turns out First American did not even reach out to Green Globe until this morning. Green Globe reached out and offered to help. Which I repected greatly. I contacted First American and they completely tried to blame Green Globe and then hung up when provided with the information.. TWICE... Green Globe.. I wish I had spoken to you Immediately. I will be contacting you in the future for such needs and CANCELING my First American Warranty.. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible.... 6 days and no return call to get appointment. They were hired by my home warranty company. I actually believe these plumbers are out of business.

Beware - Abraham @ Green Globe Plumbing 949-290-7214

Abe was dispatched by First American Home Warranty to repair a leak for the Refrigerator valve & pipe. He did replaced the leak however instead of installing a correct 1/4"" valve, he installed a 3/8"" valve. I didn't noticed the different size valve until he has already left. He is intentionally screwing with his customers.

Now he is refusing to return to do it right.

First American Home Warranty is reimbursing me to fix what Abraham did.

Lets give a honest review about Tom at Green globe. He installed a water heater for me with no pan under it which is not right . The water heater shook and made a lot of noise so I told him at it and his reply was ,,,Hummm I don't know and never offered any customer service. So I had to have a real plumber fix all his mistakes. Next I had a leak in the bathroom his plan was to tear out the floor the entire tub and also cut into the wall . Well I passed on his idea and fixed it myself and it was just a pipe that needed tightening. The guy is a idiot and would never hire him again . He is over priced and does poor work so save your money and hire a real plumber

Seriously can't say enough good things about the company and the staff. Tom and his team are amazing. They go out of their way to help fix any plumbing issue. They treat your problem like it's their problem, so they make sure to address it promptly and in the best way possible. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and straight forward. Highly recommended!

I needed to get my old water heater replaced that was not supplying enough hot water. Green Globe Plumbing was great and it was a smooth experience, also really nice guys. Everything was done in a timely manner without any hiccups. I now have my new water heater and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company.

Let me start by saying I have First American Home Warranty and when my Tankless Water Heater started leaking I submitted a claim and they assigned me Green Globe Plumbing. If you are familiar with Home Warranty companies, its hit or miss on who comes out to your house and your lucky just to get the job done in a timely manner. So you can imagine my surprise when i met Tom from Green Globe. Not only is he incredibly pleasant to talk to, but understands the urgency to get your home repaired and goes out of his way to make it happen. If ""Communication is the Key"" then Tom and his staff get 10+ stars. Even after First American Home Warranty screwed up and did not order the part (after they told both Tom and I they did), he kept on them and even dropped everything and made our repair a priority once the part was received. I have already put his number in my phone as my ""go to"" plumber and he will be the only one I call in the future. I highly recommend.... You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I called Tom out to perform work on our tankless water heater. They were very professional, called to confirm our appointment. More importantly he realized that being without hot water required an appointment the next day. Tom made that happen and was on time for our appointment the next morning. He kept us informed throughout the process, was knowledgeable about the tankless water heater and was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing plumbing.
