Spoke with owner, Dave, to schedule a tankless water heater flush and made an appointment for the next morning. Jay came out to help us and was on time, even a few minutes early which I appreciate. He got started immediately after confirming the job he was there for. He was friendly, seemed knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. He wore a facemask throughout his time working on the job which made us feel safe and comfortable. I am extremely pleased with my entire experience including getting a quote, scheduling the service, and the service itself. Highly recommend!

Was originally referred from Coto Facebook site - first time they came out they did not fix ... so needed to come back. Second time I tried to schedule - three incoming calls and then the owner DAVE called me back and was very angry in his talk and said he challenges me to a review ... so I don't think your plumbing is very good as you didn't fix everything, called three times and never got a return call, when you finally call back you speak to me with rage. REMOVE THIS GUY FROM YOUR LIST.

Great Park Plumbing has been my go-to plumber for at the past 4 years, for both my own home and several rental properties. Dave is extremely responsive and I highly recommend Great Park Plumbing. Every plumber that we have worked with from Great Park Plumbing has been excellent, including Dave himself. They are honest, and pricing is fair. Also, they are usually able to come out to do the fix very quickly. I also appreciate that they keep the work area very clean, and clean up after they work is done.
From sink installation, clogged pipes, and anything plumbing related, they have done a great job each time.

We were pretty frustrated that after paying to have a pipe cleared out it was not working 2 days later. We called and spoke with the manager Jay and he said they do not warrantee any work. How disappointing after using and referring them out for years. We had to have Galaxy plumbing come out and remove the material from the line. I do not know if they have been sold but things have really changed at Great Park!

Outstanding service! GP completely repiped our entire house with PEX. Dave and his team were professional, courteous, and efficient.

Since then I have called them back for two different issues. A leak and a sink stoppage. Both times the rates were reasonable and the work done properly by Alex.

I've used GPP on a few occasions for various projects. These guys are really awesome! Jay and Alfredo came this week to take care of a clogged toilet. They were not only on time, but early! Polite, knowledgeable, communicated clearly the problem and super clean, leaving our bathroom in excellent condition. Writing this review after at least 1/2 dozen jobs, and they just keep getting better each time. Look no further!

David was excellent, professional, and safe -- which, given the date with the COVID pandemic going on, was very much appreciated. David showed up with a mask and gloves on, ready to go. He responded quickly to our emergency issue and showed up fast.

His work was excellent too. We discovered some minor flooding in our garage and an audible hissing from a nearby wall. David immediately and correctly identified the issue. When he discovered not one but three different leaks, he replaced the section of piping quickly and eliminated the issue.

We would definitely recommend Great Park Plumbing to those in the area looking for a reliable and safe plumber. For everyone at home now or in the future, this is the plumber to reach out to for help.
