Excellent experience. Fast response to my online inquiry. Gave me a quote immediately while everyone else either gave a much higher quote or said that they had to come to give an estimate. Great service! Dave was very quick with his responses, got an estimate in a few minutes and they were at my home the next day. Two plumbers showed up and took care of the clog until it was completely cleared out. Was charged as quoted and was very happy with the overall promptness and work.

Wanted to highly recommend Great Park Plumbing. Called this morning to repair a backed up toilet upstairs. Was told they could come same day at 12:30. Ricky showed up a little early, with covers on his shoes and a trash bag for his snake so he wouldn't make a mess! He was friendly, very knowledgeable, thorough and did a fabulous job unclogging the toilet. He charged me the exact amount I was quoted on the phone and I would definitely use them again.

Dave got Sergio out the same day to fix a sudden water pressure issue in our kitchen faucet. The water pressure is the best we've ever seen it- better than when we moved in two years ago! We also had a leak in the faucet hose line; Sergio showed me how to replace it myself once I was able to get the replacement. Took me 5 minutes today to install thanks to his tutorial! Overall I feel like we have a new kitchen sink :) definitely recommend Dave and the Great Park Plumbing crew!

Dave at GPP was recommended by another Plumber who was tied up at the time. We were looking to replace a kitchen faucet from a generic handle unit to a name brand touch unit. From start to finish was easy communication and no price haggling. The price for labor was standard, but the price of the faucet was cheaper than anything we found had we purchased the unit elsewhere. Come game day Rick showed up on time in a clean van with a squared away uniform on. The job took an hour and there were no surprises. It's been a month since the installation, we love our new faucet!

Dave is the best! I called the 1-888 number worried that it was going to be routed to a call center but Dave answered the phone, fought through a 2 hour traffic jam, and made it to my place in Irvine (after hours) to resolve the issue promptly and was extremely courteous. Dave is referred by a water damage company to fix my pipe leak. I didn't check his review before he started the work but I can say he and his crew deserve full 5 stars. They protected the work area well, use the right tool to quickly find the leak inside the wall right on spot. He explain the work that need to be done and why it cost more than original estimate. His quote is reasonable. Highly recommended.
