Dave is the kinda guy you would want to grab a cold one with. Friendly, professional, super-responsive when I called him about recirculating pump issue, he showed up later the same day to help quickly and easily resolve our problem. He knew we had a time constraint that day and he was proactive enough to send one of his staff before he was available to drain the hot water heater and prep to save time for us.

Responsive over texts and gives you a sense of comfort when explaining problems and how best to solve them. He was also kind enough to work with our home warranty company to confirm the repairs and help us get reimbursed.

Dave, wishing all service providers were as friendly, professional and just cool as you guys are. Thanks again!

My garbage disposal broke a few weeks ago and I was procrastinating on doing reaseach online to find a pulmber to come to the house since my last experience with a slab leak was TERRIFYING!!!!!!! So I contacted a friend who owns an insurance company to see if he knew anyone. He recommended Great Park Plumbing. I was contacted by them and they were very flexible with the appointment. Sergio showed up at the scheduled time and to my happiness he put on booties, which made me so happy. Every time I had a plumber at the house they would come in with those dirty shoes and no regards to keeping the floors clean. Sergio was very corteous and polite. Explained everything very well and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and cleaned up before he left! I was thrilled. Great Park Plumbing will definitely be the company to go for us while we live in OC. The price was very reasonable and you know the quality of a company's work even in the small things (like fixing a garbage disposal).
Will recommend to anyone. I wish I had met them when I had a slab leak a few months ago. Oh well.....

I own a construction company and we normally do all of our work ""In House"" as I am leary of using subcontractors. We became overly busy this year and were in desperate need of help when I remembered Dave who I met on a previous job we worked on. We called him up, had him out on a couple of our jobs and I was so happy with the customer service and quality of work that we have been using him almost daily now.
His prices are great and he is always dependable. If their is an issue he takes care of it. If there is an emergency regardless of the hour he is there for you.
If I could give him a ten star I would.
He is the first and last plumber you will ever need!

I barely write a review anywhere . But I am going to write time time . I had a leaking Around furnace and water heater area and unsure where the water come from , because water heater pan was dry and no leaking evidence there .. I called david after did some research . He came to my home on time and did some investigation, found out it was my AC leaks which he is unable to fix it . So he told me to have AC guy to come over to repair . And did not charge me for the trip fee. For what he is doing and I can see why he has 5stars rating . Honest and provide good services .. I would definitely refer him to my friend .

So glad I went with Dave! He was accomodating, offers amazing prices, works efficiently, and seems to be an honorable gentleman. *Today's temperature was 96 degrees, in the shade. Amazingly, Dave and his worker (who's name escapes me) still worked with smiles on their faces.
I sincerely thank them both, and will highly recommend the services of Great Park Plumbing to anyone.

Who knew an pipe leak would turn into good luck. I wanted to have my house repiped a year ago since so many neighbors had leaks, but my husband was reluctant. We had a bathroom leak that came through the kitchen ceiling and Dave was there within 2 hours of our call. It was impossible to replace the pipes without removing a bearing wall beam or removing our custom cabinets, so he diverted the line. II finally convinced my husband to re-pipe. Dave's price for repiping was the same as companies that only do repiping, but the advantage is he can replace valves and do other plumbing repairs the repipe people don't. We had a wedding coming up, so he and his crew worked overtime to make sure the re-pipe and all the drywall and texturing was completed in plenty of time. In addition, since we replaced the pipes, we wanted to remodel our bathroom before the wedding. He came out immediately to complete more plumbing work so our contractor could finish the bathroom. He was really busy, but made time for me, and worked overtime on other jobs so he could help me out. His work is meticulous and a very fair price. They put down cloths to protect the flours and clean up better than before they came. Plus, I love him and his crew. They are people that just want you to be happy. Like another reviewer, I have had many different plumbers in the last 10 years and I will never use them again. It will be Dave and his amazing crew.
