Amazing service, friendly, technical competent, fast and cost effective - Mr Graydon Kouri came himself, diagnosed the system, found the fault, did his magic - system fixed - all in less than an hour ... highly recommended !!!

This company was assigned to fix my old leaking water heater from my home warranty, AHS. They were prompt in communication and Keith did an amazing job replacing our old water heater, while bringing everything up to code. Everything was covered except for a few code upgrades and the standard service request fee. All together, I paid $144 for a new water heater and AMAZING service.

Great to work with! Jennifer the office manager is so friendly and easy to schedule with and Graydon was our tech. He reparid our leaking toilet and was engaing, patient with my questions, and really knowledgeable. Really glad that our home warranty company (AHS)hooked us up with them! We always request Graydon for all our A/C & plumbing needs...

Our upstairs AC went out, and the home warranty company assigned us to Graydon Kouri. Unfortunately, they do not work weekends, so we had to wait 2 days until we could schedule an appointment, which, of course, was 2 more days. However, in the heat of summer, some wait is expected.
Over the next week and a half, Keith systematically figured out what was wrong with our system. He came after hours, and called in the mornings to see if the system was working. He even fixed something in the house that was NOT part of the AC, without being asked, and without being paid (a chandelier had fallen, and apparently he did not think much of my attempt to prevent it from pulling out of the wall). Although I agree with previous reviewers about Jennifer (really, she needs to be fired), Keith was a true gem and I'll call him the next time I need service.
Of note, after repeated poor service from Jennifer, I asked her to have the owner call me. He never did, and I'm assuming she never gave him the message.
Graydon, keep Keith and get rid of Jennifer. Only one is helping your company!

If I had the option of not giving the a star I would!! The lady ( if u can call her that) Jennifer is one rude b#%!. She need to lean people skills and customer service.
We have been having problem with or a/c unit since June of 2013 six visits later and the unite is still not working properly. Parts after parts have been replace. Our unite is old and they keep telling our insurance that it just need new parts and that it's reparable.. Well yes it reparable but whats the point if it gets fixed just for another to brake down. U think that maybe after comeing in to fix part after part on the same unite a GOOD A/C company would just tell u its not worth the repar and tell ur instance that a new unite need to be installed. Well this company is not a GOOD one. I have a 7 month one in the home and having to wait 2 week for and appointment to come look at the unite to only be told that they need to order the part and it will take 7-10 days to arrive is a bunch of bull! Having to wait in a hot house w/ a fussy HOT cranky baby is not fun. Yes I get that since we do have a home owner insurance their is a wating on aprovl crap but really, and when calling to get information on the status of the repair that Jennifer b#%! Talks to you reud and refuses to give u information. Let just say that w/ the six visit and paying my part for the insurance I have all ready payed this years due and then some. I would be given the choice of this company or a new company up and comeing w/ no years of experience I would choose the new people, cuz this company just sucks!

I am not sure where to start with the excellent service and quality workmanship that Graydon and his team provide. I have worked with Graydon now for nearly 10 years and he takes care of all of my properties. He is honest, dependable, caring and truly more than fair in his pricing. Graydon is simply a good guy and he will be my HVAC provider for life! He will not disappoint. Integrity, fair pricning, quality work, exceptional service service. Not sure what else we could ask for. He is truly excellent!

Excellent diagnostician. He's systematic and effective, and an outstanding gentleman. He recently accomplished a job on his own that would have required a whole team to do it. I would definitely do business with him again.

If you have an urgent issue, I would not recommend this company. Our water heater broke and it took them 3 weeks and multiple visits to get it fixed.
This can't be their standard timeframe as I imagine they'd be out of business if all their customers had to wait 3 weeks for hot water.
We did use them though American Home Shield, I saw another reviewer noting similar issues in this situation, perhaps this company just doesn't provide their same level of service when insurance is involved...

Excellent company and did great job fixing AC at my rental property. They were actually a second company assigned by American Home Shield. The first company didn't do any job at all saying that AC was installed too close to the house wall and it was not their job to move equipment. So before even scheduling any work with Graydon, I contacted the company, namely Jennifer, sent her pictures of the unit and asked if it even made sense to pursue the repair route. I must stop here for a moment and give a separate praise to Jennifer. She is friendly, helpful, responsive and responsible. Jennifer asked for additional pics to show the installation at certain angles and never tried to dismiss my questions or push with the job. In the end, Jennifer set up time with renters and Graydon did fix this AC regardless of the fact that it really stands very close to the wall. Cannot ask for better service.

We called Graydon Kouri on Saturday Morning after we noticed our downstairs AC was working but not cooling. They came today (Monday), were courteous, replaced a pump and did not overcharge. I would highly reccommend and use them again! Thank you!
