A big thank you to Graydon Kouri our A/c went out three days ago and he came in and fixed it yesterday. Our thermostat was bad so he installed a new one. Thank you so much.

Giving a 3 until I have more information.
I contacted Fidelity Home Services last week because the fan for the outside unit for the A/C was unit was running slow. Graydon Kouri was slotted to arrive Saturday. As it was a few days before he would come, I started to look and see if there was any obvious reasons that the unit could be running slowly. I noticed that the P-trap on the condensate drain was clogged and cleared it. I started the unit back up and it ran as normal. I felt it was best to still have Graydon look at it and see if anything was wrong.
Graydon came Saturday and told me that the Freon pressure was low ( 3 PSI) and that he was going to increase it back to normal. After additional trouble shooting, he diagnosed that the evaporator coil was Dirty and needed to be cleaned.
An hour later the condenser unit/ compressor started to short cycle. I left the unit off after that.
I tried contacting Graydon Monday , the voicemail said that he'd be gone until Thursday. I also call fidelity Monday and they said that Graydon hadn't gave them his diagnosis yet.
Wednesday he reported to fidelity that it was the evaporator coil that needed to be cleaned and they wouldn't cover it.
I inspected the evaporator and did not see any significant dirt or debris that would affect the compressor/ evaporation and condensing cycle.
I believe the Freon pressure was adjusted incorrectly or removed. I tried calling today and no one picked up.
I am not understanding how the unit was running ok before the Freon was adjusted and stopped working altogether after he left.
I would like to resolve this before jumping to conclusions. I would give Graydon a 5 because he was personable and professional while I was interacting with him.
I have another tech coming to check the Freon pressure and will follow up from there.
Update: second outside tech ( contacted myself, not through fidelity) came out and looked it over. Confirmed Freon was added to correct pressure. I don't think Graydon was here long enough ( 2 hours it took) to see the unit come up to full pressure. Once at full pressure , Tech determined the TXV wasn't working correctly and that the high pressure due to the faulty TXV was faulty and needed to be replaced. I then contacted fidelity and resubmitted the request to have another tech be sent out to confirm what the outside tech diagnosed.
Updating to 5 stars. It took a while to get back to fidelity , but nothing too significant.

Our AC unit was leaking water so we set up a claim with our home warranty and they referred us to Graydon Kouri and I'm so glad they did! Making an appointment was easy and timely, Graydon showed up on time and was courteous and personable. We had another HVAC company take a look at our furnace a few months ago for a different issue and there was a drastic difference in the attention to detail and overall experience.
Graydon was very thorough. He told us the things we should be concerned about, things we shouldn't be worried about, and how to prioritize fixing them. He came out, assessed the situation, and fixed it all in about an hour! (With an added bonus - thanks Graydon!) He was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

Very poor and unacceptable customer service. The guy came to check the water heater. Slow and lazy. Since the heater is located inside the house I asked him to have the shoe covers, he said that they don't use it and walked throw the house with dirty shoes. He saw that it's washer and dryer are next to the water heater and he said that it need to be moved. I said we can move it right now. He said - I don't move, I have back problems. How he was planning to move the boiler if he has back issues. He said move it and he will come back when we will move it away. I moved it by myself with. I problem in front of him. Then he looked on the water heater and he said they it need to be replaced. Without open it and check. Why does he ask me to move the washer and dryer then. Plus he were asking some personal questions which has nothing to do with his job, which is very uncomfortable and it's invasion of privacy. I called their manager and complained and asked him to send another technician for replacement appointment. He said he will, but I got the information that they cancelled our request at all. Very poor and unprofessional service!

Mr Graydon resolved our plumbing leak in our bathroom. He carefully inspected and was able to locate and fix. Provided exceptional service an I would definitely recommend them.

Terrible service guyvsays they will get back to when part is ordered In a day. That was 8 days ago.

Flaked on an appointment and said the next available appointment was next week, be aware and get it in writing

Graydon Kouri Plumbing was quick to respond, find my leak and then fix it. The serviceman was polite, thorough and explained everything. They came at my request to American Home Shield for a ""second opinion"" as the first plumber was terrible and said it would cost $1300 to fix it as it wasn't covered by my insurance. Graydon fixed the leak and it was covered so I only had to pay my $100 Deductible.

Graydon Kouri Plumbing came out to address a toilet in our Master Bathroom after I had requested that my Fidelity Home Warranty send me a different plumber than the one that they initially dispatched.
This company called me immediately after receiving the work order, scheduled someone to come out and came as expected. He even took his shoes off in our house since we don't wear shoes in our home.
We did have to have them come back a second time to address the issue that the first tech wasn't able to completely fix but Graydon himself was the one who came out. He was polite, cordial, knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed the issue in less than half an hour.
Personally, I think that Fidelity Home Warranty should dispatch them first rather than who they have on their first rotation on their list.

I had multiple issues with plumbing, leaking sink, 3 sinks with water leaking from the top, shower faucet that needed replaced and kitchen faucet replaced. The company came out 4-5 times to fix all of my issues and the owner is very kind. He fixed my problems and made sure everything was completed. I am happy with the work, the excellent customer service and how quickly I was able to get appointments. I plan to call Graydon Kouri for all of my future plumbing or heating/ac issues. I would highly recommend this company.
