10/31/15 We had plumbing problems including leaking kitchen faucet, leaking pipes under the kitchen sink and issues with bath room faucets. The home warranty company had originally set us up with a provider who did not work out. We called the warranty company and they rescheduled us with Graydon Kouri. He was there as promised on time. He showed us what work was needed and let us know that the warranty company would approve the work needed.
He set up the return appointment to fit our work schedules. He came back and completed all the work very quickly. Not only did he do the repairs as promised, he also made sure that each area he worked in was neat and clean when he was done. I was very grateful that he was very diligent in making sure that there was no mess or trash left for me to take care of. The things he worked on look very nice and function properly.We are very satisfied and I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

On 1 Oct 2015, after a long period of waiting for the bureaucracy of the service provider and the Home Warranty service to exchange notes, our air conditioner was finally repaired to working order. Given all parts work in the days ahead, we are pleased with the work our technician (Keith) did for our broken system. For original frustrations, refer to my 19 September review. Congrats guys, you moved up two stars.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Our A/C broke, called the home warranty, and they set us up with Graydon Kouri. They started off well, calling me the same day that I filed the claim and leaving me a garbled voice message, but after I returned their call the next day, they never got back to me.

I called them a week later, and they set me up for a time frame at the end of the week to come look at our A/C. They missed the appointment time and I had to call them four times in one day just to track down their A/C technician to confirm that yes, he had missed it.

FYI - if you go with this company, they will NOT call you before they come over unless you specifically request a phone call prior to your appointment. It's like they don't want your business...

Overall very disappointing service and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

GRAYDON KOURI PLUMBING,HEATING AND AIR IS THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD WORK ON MY HOME. I have been using them since i bought my home 5 years ago. I have had the best customer service from them. from booking my appt with Jennifer who is soooo much help and super nice to Mr. Graydon & Keith doing the service. Not one time have i ever had to wait any more than a day or two to get in. even with them being so busy they try their best to get you in as soon as possible. I recently had my air conditioner go out and AHS sent out another company to fix it. However, that company was just down right lazy and didn't want to be bothered with fixing the problem. I called and demanded they send out Graydon plumbing to look at my air conditioner and Keith came out yesterday and had the problem fixed in an hour!!! i will ONLY allow Graydon to work on my home. they are honest, reliable, and get the job done!! Like I told Keith yesterday ""YOUR THE SHIT""!!!! The whole company is amazing and i would highly recommend them to everyone.

Another horrible experience here as well. They've replaced two parts already and the AC is still not working properly. They even had the nerve to tell me it was working properly after the unit cooled a measly 2 degrees after running for 2 hours. After insisting they come out again, I called in the late afternoon after they hadn't shown up just to hear them say they now can't fit me into their schedule for 10 days. Unresponsive, unprofessional, and unable to resolve the problem or take responsibility for a job poorly done. Find someone else to fix your AC problems. Seriously... This company is bad news.

If I could give negative stars I would! Made a call to my home warranty company and they sent out Graydon Kouri Plumbing Heating. Keith who was pleasant came out to take a look at our ac. He said he would be able to get it to limp along until the part could be ordered. The initial date he came was June 9th. A week later he came out again and said he needed to measure for the part. After paying we did not hear back from them. It is now July 13th and I called Graydon to see what the status is. Jennifer who answered the phone was extremely rude and thought the situation was humerous. The technician never turned in the part order or any of the paperwork for that matter. When I called back I was given the run around and told that she wants able to track it down because the technician was at the dentist. It is now July 20th and we have yet to hear back. Called the Home warranty company and they now will no longer be using this company. Be warned if you want something fixed quickly don't call this company. They took my check and I haven't heard a word since!!!!

Is there a negative star option? How about pictures of unprofessionalism and just plain rude behavior?

Imagine answering the door and hearing the technician say to his dispatch, ""oh, they decided to answer the door."" As this asshole approached he then said ""do you want our help?"" My wife asked him why didn't you ring the doorbell? Keep in mind or front door is open at this point, this guy decides to ring the doorbell and proclaims, ""there it is!"" While she is standing there.

Once inside the service just got worse, asked where the AC unit was located, spent less than a minute looking at it. Came back inside asked where the thermostat was, and said, ""OK, sign here.""

My wife asks is this the work order? And he says oh no, I can't put that together yet. I need to get approvals, it's a four hour job. So you would think he would fix it at that point, nope. His reason, ""it's hot and I have a full day."". Right, fixing our AC is your job, right?

""We will get to it next week."" All of this after losing the request work order 4 days earlier.

We tried calling their office and after some discussion with an office person who really was just a glorified answering service screening calls, that tells us, ""you're lucky we got to you in that time period""

It's 90+ outside and warmer in my home than that.

Don't use these folks they don't care about people and obviously who they hire is not required to provide explanations set expectations or maintain any sort of professionalism while interacting with clients.

I have so much more to complain about but I feel like I would just spend more energy than it is worth speaking ill about this so called business. Anyone who claims this company does good work must have been treated like shit in the past and doesn't mind bad service or is just simply used to it.

Being in a service industry myself I hold these companies to a higher standard as they need us to stay in business but because people are willing to cut a corner or save a buck this kind of behavior it simply tolerated. That's just not good customer service and we all deserve better.

Amazing service, friendly, technical competent, fast and cost effective - Mr Graydon Kouri came himself, diagnosed the system, found the fault, did his magic - system fixed - all in less than an hour ... highly recommended !!!

This company was assigned to fix my old leaking water heater from my home warranty, AHS. They were prompt in communication and Keith did an amazing job replacing our old water heater, while bringing everything up to code. Everything was covered except for a few code upgrades and the standard service request fee. All together, I paid $144 for a new water heater and AMAZING service.
