The woman who answers the phone was not and called my parents and told them they would have to pay a ""diagnostic "" fee for them to come out and look at a new toilet they installed that wasn't working correctly. Will use another company next time

These guys are great! I was out of town when I received an e-mail form my HOA saying my pool was draining to the common areas. I called them late on a Sunday night, and they were at my house in 20 minutes. They handled the situation and called me back when everything was completed. I could not have asked for a more prompt or professional response. Thanks for your help!

I called A#1 to have them come out and take a look at a broken pipe under my Grandmother's house. TOTALLY EMERGENCY!!!

With in 30 minutes of speaking with a very polite receptionist, the technician, David, was at my Grandma's house. He found the problem and had it fixed within a couple hours, all for hundreds less then what two other companies quoted me.

David was super knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend and use this company again. They are customer service orientated, which is hard to come by now a days!

10/2/19: Gabe was the technician who performed the maintenance service call on my HVAC today. He knows what he is doing and is always very polite and friendly . It is my opinion that he deserves a raise !!

We have been clients if there's for a couple of years. We did a complete HVAC/Plumbing change out in December, well worth it!! We are saving 1/3 compared to last summers energy costs, and we added 2 tons more than we had!!

Our water heater is top notch too! Jose came by today for our first plumbing checkup and we had the best service! He explained everything he was doing in detail, was courteous, efficient, and left the spots better than when he arrived.

If looking for HVAC or plumbing, we definitely recommend Danny, Gonz, and their team!!

In over 40+ years of retailing/ service this business is one of the best. My AC went down and usually I would have called my Home Owners Policyholders. They call and assign a company to call me and then we set an appointment to look at the AC. It was 100 in the house and had to get my dog boarded as it was to hot for Her. So I made a call and was told to call A #1 and they were here in an hour. They had look at the problem and schedule an Appointment fo 8:00 the next morning. Sal was great. They brought a window AC so I did not have to find a place to stay. They called later that night to check on the window AC . They were here the next morning. One crew pulled the old AC and Heater and an other crew brought the new units. They finished around 4:30 . They were great. They cleaned the house, took me out and showed me all the work they did. By the time I went to pick up my dog I had talked to the office about the bill and had two other calls from the office checking on me and the new thermostat that they put in and showed me how to use. By the time of this call the house was a cool 78. The next am they called to thank me for my business and a second call to check the performance of the unit. I have also received three e mails that afternoon. So within about 24-30 hours we are at 78. What a great crew from the Tec to the owner and office . The also talked to my neighbors and explained what they were doing. Great team/ business

Our AC went out on a Wednesday, in the middle of July. We had an entire new system in on Thursday. WOW!
A#1 Service Heroes are better than great. They're the BEST! When our AC went out, Gabe came to our house that same evening, and he gave us the news we knew was coming, we needed a new AC system. Gabe was super knowledgeable and explained everything to us with photos. Vince was able to come out that same night and give us our options. He went through everything thoroughly, and within an hour we were approved for a GREAT finance program, and on the schedule for install the next day. We never felt any sales pressure.
When Danny and Robert showed up for the installation- the house temperature was unbearable, but they got to work and did an incredible job. I don't know how they worked in the heat and humidity that we had, but they did and without a single complaint. They were extremely professional, and went above and beyond to complete the job. Just like in their ""Peace of Mind Guarantees"", they left everything better than they found it. I could list 1,000 things they did that blew us away, but I think I've gotten my point across.
There's no way to send enough praise and thanks to everyone that helped us. We will recommend A#1 Service Heroes to everyone we know!

I highly recommend A1 Heroes for your AC needs. Both Vince and Kyle were fantastic. Kyle is one of the installers and demonstrated outstanding professionalism, as well as attention to detail. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had a solution ready. I was extremely amazed that him and his other teammate ( ? Name who was also fantastic!) actually had to manually lift the large ac unit to build a platform/curb foundation. It was also 106 degrees as well!
Outstanding all around!
