A#1 did a great job. The only issue I had was the $69 service fee, that they charge. Don't mistake it for $69 to be rolled into your cost for repair, it's actually for them just to come to your house. Yes, if you had a job for $100 your charged $169. Other companies who have 5 star ratings and don't charge a fee are worth looking into.

I've been doing business with Gonzalo for many years. Now that he has expanded to A#1 services his employees are great at what they do. They give you a call when they are on their way and they waste no time getting the job done. I can't say enough about how well I regard this company. I don't shop out my plumbing work I just give the work to them and I'm on to better things...don't look past this outfit!

Extremely deceptive! They get you with a low quote then jack up the price once they are there. The price was way out of line with the job, both the time it took to do the job and the expertise necessary to do the job. While they were initially the least expensive, it quickly rose to more than double of the highest of the other estimates. Poor quality job and an extremely unreasonably high costs. Avoid this company. Poor quality work at a very high price. Save yourself an expensive headache!

Sal is my hero. I had a guest coming to visit from out of town. 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday night i had to call as my air conditioning was blowing hot air. Sal was at my house within the hour. It took him just a few minutes to figure out what was wrong, and he fixed it immediately. He thoroughly explained what the issue was. The price was fair and by the time the guest came the house was cool.

We have used A-1 since buying our home three years ago. We purchased a new construction home so everything was brand new. However, the furnace and a/c we're, shall we say, builder grade. Adequate, but the lowest cost big box store model available.
The second summer the a/c wasn't keeping the house cool that prompted our first call to A-1. We were treated like long term customers and a technician was out the next morning and fixed the problem at a fair price.
I inquired about their contract 2x / year system maintenance program and signed up immediately. Ever since then I have been impressed with the level of customer service and promises kept. Always on time, courteous and efficient technicians, understandable explanations, and reasonable fees.
We've had two technical problems with the a/c and both were repaired for only the labor cost because A-1 handled all warranty issues on our unit.
All in all, good people to do business with.

This is a top notch company....knowledgable, expedient and reliable! We had an AC unit installed on the roof top of our condo. They coordinated the crane, etc. and the installation went off without a hitch!!! Their follow up services are excellent.
