To say, Grand Slam plumbing are one of the honest ones...
The woman who answered their phone was very friendly and attentive.
The plumbers were on time and very knowledgeable.
I had a water leak dripping onto the Sheet Rock. in my carport which collapsed my sheet rock.
I had roofers come out and replaced a vent and capped another.
Still leaked.
The plumber looked in my shower and saw gaps in the grout. I also had him cut a hole in the wall to check behind the handle. No problem there. I always pointed the shower at the tile seat to warm it up. That's where the gaps were.
I switched showers and the leak stopped!
My charge, $75
Great price considering I spent a lot ore on roofers.

Toilet had a slow leak so placed a on line request on Saturday. They came out on Monday and found a crack on the toilet tank. They replaced the toilet on Monday and everything worked great. The two technicians were fast end efficient. I would highly recommend Grand Slam Plumbing.

They quoted a $295 call out fee due to the weather emergency and a week after contact. I feel like this was a case of price gouging. If this is your usual one week call out fee so be it, but with so many competitors offering free estimates, I stand by my price gouging comment.

What a joke!!! I was quoted 250.00 just to look at the problem which they say would cost an additional 900.00 to get done 2 days later. No thank you!!
Was able to get another plumber in and less than 200.00 and no wait!

I cannot recommend Grand Slam Plumbing enough! I submitted a service request before hours, and within minutes of them opening I received a call from Brittany to set up an appointment. She was very kind and helpful working around my schedule with ease. I then received a call the day of asking if the time agreed on still worked for me, and then at my request a call when the technician was on their way. Ryan showed up on time and presented himself in a wonderful manner. He was honest about what needed to be done, and a timeline for how long it would take to complete. He was able to answer any of my questions with ease, and completed the job on time and budget. He was clean, quick, kind and helpful! When I need plumbing service again I know who I will call!!
