I recently had a great experience working with GP Piping (and, in particular, Caleb) to replace our leaky old behemoth of a hot water tank with a new tankless system at our home in Pebble Beach. When our water heater suddenly stopped working, GP came out the same day to assess the issue. It was immediately clear that we needed a replacement. GP proposed a range of options, taking the time to answer my detailed questions and to provide me clear and fair estimates. They were able to schedule the replacement work within a very reasonable timeframe.

Throughout the process, the GP team proactively kept me updated and were very responsive (even after hours) via phone, text and email. They were highly professional and pleasant to work with, and they also managed the permit process on my behalf. They completed the work on time and consistent with their cost estimate, and we're extremely happy with the result.

I live in Corralitos, Santa Cruz county. I awoke this morning to a flooded back yard and potting shed. An underground pipe was gushing water through a wooden retaining wall behind a garage. I had no idea how long it had been gushing. I called 3 24-hour plumbing businesses I found on-line. Granted, this was before 7:00 a.m. But, encountered only message machines. The fourth call was to GP Piping and a live person, Caleb, answered. The City came and turned the water off, and Caleb and another GP plumber came later that morning. The leak was a pipe 3 3/4' below the surface. A hole was dug, new pipe and water shut off valve were installed! I value good communication. From the first phone conversation to payment for the job, Caleb was respectful and responsive. The work has a 5-year warranty! I will not hesitate to call GP Piping for any future plumbing needs. Professional. Fair pricing. Friendly.

My hot water heater died on Friday night, of all times. I contacted them and they got back to me in a reasonable time. We scheduled Monday morning (yesterday) and he came out and tried to repair, but it wasn't repairable. He measured and ordered a new tank and installed it today. Caleb is so easy to do business with- I really appreciate his professional manner and friendly service. This is the second time I have hired his company- he does great work! I will definitely use when I remodel my bathroom in the future.

We had emergency for the water pipeline connection while installing water softener. Caleb from GP Piping is the few to work with CPVC pipe. He fixed the issue and gave us good price by carrying the fix price to future water softener installation. Caleb is very experienced. He ordered all needed parts and installed the water softener. The neat and quality work he finished demonstrated he is very skilled and organized professional.

A local company that provided the best quality plumbing work I have ever seen. They responded quickly on December 30 to tap off a sudden shower valve leak so my family would not have to live without water new year's eve and new year's day. They returned early in the new year to install new copper piping, shower valve and kit, and they also replaced a malfunctioning outside water shut off valve and pressure regulator. The work included a 5-year warranty.
