A pipe broke under the house last night (Saturday) and I had to shut the water and water heater off to the entire house until it could be fixed. I called GP piping and Caleb responded immediately to my call. He was at the house within a couple of hours on Sunday. He diagnosed the issue and laid out the plan, including asking if I would prefer to schedule the repair for Monday. I chose to have the work continued on Sunday. He was very communicative and informed me of what he had found(showed me the pipe and the hole) and let me know when he was off to get additional supplies. I felt comfortable and confident in his abilities. He returned timely and the repair was completed to my full satisfaction. He was working under the house in the crawl space...not easy, but he did it with professionalism and great customer service. It's hard to say that a emergent plumbing repair was a great experience, but believe me, it really was painless with Caleb on the job. I highly recommend. He came into Monterey from the Watsonville office, I will use again. Choose without hesitation.

We have a Reverse Osmosis system which was continuously running water due to a problem with a cartridge. We called GPpiping and Caleb arrived at our door to check it out . We called the maker of the system to diagnose the problem which needed a replacement part. We received the part so we contacted Caleb and set up an appointment. As it turned out, we wanted a new faucet as well. Caleb arrived this morning so he replaced the part for the RO and he then installed the new faucet. We have finally found a ""Great Plumber"" and we recommend this company to everyone.

A couple of days ago, we noticed our shower, toilet and sinks were backed up after running a load of laundry. We asked around to friends and family to see if we could possibly borrow a snake to fix it ourselves but had no luck! Thank god GP Piping(Specifically Caleb) came to our rescue! He first came to help to take care of our original clog, which we thought worked but later sadly did not, and was very aware and concerned about his time management to keep our cost as low as possible. When we realized that night that the clog either came back or was something more serious, they came to our rescue again as soon as possible to find the real root of the problem, but still made sure to help keep the cost down for us. Thank you so much to Caleb and GP Plumbing for being our lifesavers and taking care of our home!!!

The GP crew, Caleb, Mario, and Zef, were courteous, professional, hard working, and dialed in. They completed a water service line from the street to my home on time and on budget. Caleb was excellent to communicate with, highly responsive, and open to discussing change orders as necessary. I will absolutely use GP piping again for future plumbing needs. Excellent work.

Caleb of GP Piping is a knowledgeable and experienced plumber, while at the same time a truly stand up guy. Over the years I have had a really difficult time finding honest and reliable plumbers. You won't go wrong with Caleb and GP Piping. I was having an issue with a job another plumber did and Caleb went out of his way to contact them himself and get it resolved. Even though he could have done the job himself and made the money, he didn't feel that was the right thing to do. He is a man of integrity. Caleb is about customer satisfaction in whatever form it takes. I look forward to working with him and GP Piping for our future plumbing needs.

My mom lives in Soquel and her hot water heater broke; I live in Seattle and couldn't be on hand to help. Luckily I found GP Piping online. Caleb replied to my quote request in 5 minutes, was at my mom's within an hour to evaluate the situation, and had completed the installation of a new unit with 24 hours. I was impressed with his communication with both me and my mom throughout the process. She said he was very sweet and explained things well. The job wasn't simple, but his rates were reasonable and I know he provided more service than many would have. I would absolutely recommend GP to anyone in the area and will keep them on file for future needs.

Caleb quickly identified the leak in our garage ceiling as the wax seal on our toilet (which was on the second story above the leak). He quickly replaced the seal and noticed that the seat had not been secured properly to the floor which was cause of the seal being compromised. He also replaced the sink poppers and water supply lines in 2 bathrooms (3 sinks). He cleared out a slow draining sink, replaced the cartridge in a leaking faucet, and replaced the p-trap and piping underneath one sink that weren't done properly. He is very detailed oriented, does a very good job, and cleans up everything when he's finished. Too many people in the service industry leave you with a mess to clean up when they're gone, but not Caleb. He is very professional and very good. He did the work described above at my home. He has also done work for us at our church. He installed new sinks and faucets in our bathrooms. And he installed all of the new plumbing necessary to install a sink in a room that we are converting into a breakroom. I highly recommend him.
