We had an emergency in Carmel Valley, the water heater broke and that pool we always wanted was quickly forming in the garage. We called eight ""local"" experts to help. Long story short, I am still waiting for the other seven to get back to me, Caleb from GP Piping arrived within an hour, assessed the situation and started solutioning that day. He worked with us to find the right fix which saved our legacy solar water system and the price was much better than what we were expecting. We are so happy with the fix, the price, the professionalism and the speed with which we were back up and running.

I called GP Piping for a for an outdoor plumbing leak they were able to come out that afternoon evaluating the situation and giving me a price quote. Caleb started to fix the problem that afternoon but was short a few parts Caleb communicated with me about going and getting the parts and then coming back the next morning to finish the job. He had to leave a small hole where he dug down to fix the piping issue to let the pipes dry but came back in a couple days to fill in the hole. I highly recommend GP Piping for any of your plumbing needs. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next one.

GP Piping helps its customers during emergencies instead of gouging. We had a catastrophic leak at our vacation home that we were alerted to late at night. I had to find a 24/7 emergency plumber to assess and shut off the water. I called several companies and GP Piping was the only one who would go out ASAP instead of waiting until morning. Caleb showed up promptly, diagnosed what was wrong, shut off the water, took videos and documented the damage for our insurance. The fee, especially for an emergency visit, was incredibly reasonable. I wanted to tip and he refused. Had a wonderful consultation from Caleb. He was very helping is sharing different ideas for rebuilding our outdoor water filtration system with a saltless solution to cover our 2-acre property and discussed warranties and full service maintenance/coverage to help with the system long-term, that automatically come all the various components. Also, they are able to bundle various other in-house services that they provide, such as an electrician and installing a shed to contain the entire system.

The drains in our house in Pacific Grove were clogged and the ring seal on our toilet failed. Water was backing up in the bathroom. GP scheduled a date for service right away. Caleb was great, super-conscientious, and very friendly. He showed me the scope video both before and after. Our drains went from disgusting to being very clear. I am confident that they fixed the problem all the way to the street. The drains are fixed and the toilet is repaired. I am very glad that I called them.

I wanted to compliment this company on how well they managed our leak.
We have a home in pacific grove, and it was found there was a leak in the ceiling right above our fridge. Directly above is the upstairs bathroom and shower. I called one plumbing company and when they came out, they didn't really look around and try to find the solution.
I called Caleb after reading some of the yelp reviews. We were able to schedule in a timely manner as he knew how anxious I felt about having a leak.

His team came out the next day to figure where the leak was. They not only found 1, but 3!! They also communicated exactly what they were going to do, in terms of opening up access in the walls.

They were able to repair all the leaks within 3 days. He also noticed we had a 20 year old water heater. Since they had to get access through our garage and remove the current heater, we decided to use them for replacing our water heater. The price was reasonable as I researched online.

I met the team during their work, they are super nice, explaining everything they found and what they were doing. After even after each day of work, the work area was spotless.

Now there is currently no leak in our home, we have a Brand new water heater with warranty in case anything happens. It was really nice to still know there are companies who really communicate with you with no price mark ups.
