GP Piping did an Awesome Job today! They arrived on site and were efficient with getting multiple work orders taken care of. A new water heater installed, a new faucet installed and a broken pipe replaced. they even went above and beyond by installing a new water filler station at Starbucks. Caleb was great at communicating with me throughout the time they were on site. I appreciate the work they completed.

I wanted to compliment this company on how well they managed our leak.
We have a home in pacific grove, and it was found there was a leak in the ceiling right above our fridge. Directly above is the upstairs bathroom and shower. I called one plumbing company and when they came out, they didn't really look around and try to find the solution.
I called Caleb after reading some of the yelp reviews. We were able to schedule in a timely manner as he knew how anxious I felt about having a leak.

His team came out the next day to figure where the leak was. They not only found 1, but 3!! They also communicated exactly what they were going to do, in terms of opening up access in the walls.

They were able to repair all the leaks within 3 days. He also noticed we had a 20 year old water heater. Since they had to get access through our garage and remove the current heater, we decided to use them for replacing our water heater. The price was reasonable as I researched online.

I met the team during their work, they are super nice, explaining everything they found and what they were doing. After even after each day of work, the work area was spotless.

Now there is currently no leak in our home, we have a Brand new water heater with warranty in case anything happens. It was really nice to still know there are companies who really communicate with you with no price mark ups.

Caleb and his crew is exceptional. Thank you so much. Hoping I don't have to call you again for any problems, but if we do, I know who to call ;)

Our water heater broke down on a Sunday and needed to be replaced. I found this company and loved that it is family owned. Caleb responded to my message right away. Came by to check the water heater, he gave me my options for replacement and had the patience to answer all of my questions! When the water heater was delivered they where here on time and with a smile, they installed it right away. After that Caleb took the time to explain to me about maintenance of my new water heater. My shower drain needed help too and they took care of that problem as well!
I consider them the best plumbers in the Carmel area and highly recommend there services.

These guys fit us in this morning due to an emergency. They were responsive friendly and got the job done. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely make them my default plumbing company as I called someone we had previously done business with and they didn't even bother to call us at all despite calling them early leaving a message and trying them again later.
When I called GP they answered immediately. He then was trying to figure out if he could come out immediately. Unfortunately, he was not in our area and it was late.
We did though become their first morning appointment. During our call, we got disconnected he answered immediately when I called him back. On the phone he was patient, asked questions and let us know what he was thinking before even arriving. He was super patient and took extra time to ask plenty of questions and provide a lot of information. Definitely takes his customer service seriously.

100% recommend using GP Piping for any type of plumbing you need done. Caleb and his company are very professional and know how to get the job done correctly at a more than fair price. Their response time was great and Caleb got the job done quickly. I had a huge clog in the sewer line just before the septic tank which caused an overflow out of the first floor bathtub and toilet. Caleb came out and cleared the clog in no time. He also let me know the septic tank needed to be emptied and gave me the contact info to a good septic tank pumping service company.

Zeph, the company's technician, came to do plumbing leak detection thoroughly and inspected the piping condition. He made a recommendation about what need to be done to avoid future piping problem. I reached out to GP Piping, after receiving a quote from another company that was 3x too high. I didn't mention this to GP, they bid the work accurately and did not try to upsell a bunch of unnecessary parts and upgrades. Caleb bid it straight. Zephyr and Mario were on time, professional and easy to chat w. They were done w the work as estimated! Stoked they came in and took care of the small job with a smile.

Awesome people! Super reliable, friendly and reasonably priced as well. Sunday evening we had a water leak that sprouted like a waterfall from one of our arrogation pipes in our backyard. We called them in a panic and they came out within 1 hour. Super friendly and fast service. I was glad they were available after hours on the weekend. I will definitely call them again if I have future water issues.
