Gotelli Plumbing has got it right. Great communication with dispatcher. Tom Robertson, our now favorite plumber showed up as promised, but more importantly gave me a good idea of what needed to be done, and then completed the job trying to keep his time down. Not only that but he cleaned up the work area and removed all the job debris. Can't ask for better service.

This is an absolute solid 5 star rated business. We have used Gotelli Plumbing for over a year now. Frank Gotelli runs a tight, honest ship. He and his employees work quickly to diagnose and solve plumbing issues. They are thorough, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Tom and Joey have both come to our home to solve plumbing issues. They are both easy going, proactive and point out any preventative issues. I have in the past had stressful experiences with plumbing companies and am happy and relieved to say that I love my plumber. They treat us like family.

Tom Robertson was back again to hook-up a built-in gas grill which had been improperly installed by the original contractor (we used Gotelli for a water pressure issue earlier in the month). He did the work well.

This company and their superstar plumber, Tom, are the absolute best and set an example for all home services companies. Any time I had someone else install plumbing, I had to call on Gotelli and Tom to fix it right. Everything Tom fixes stays fixed. Also the customer service is outstanding.

I called Gotelli Plumbing today to fix a clogged toilet and two leaking toilets at my place of business. Tom Robertson was out within 15 minutes of the call. He cleared the blockage, replaced two fill valve flappers and checked the leaky sink. He was in and out in way less than an hour.
