Tom Robertson was pleasant and efficient on the service call for a plugged toilet. The dispatcher called to tell me he would be there in 15 minutes and he was. Even on a busy Monday morning Gotelli was at my house within 2 hours.

I rent an apartment in a mixed-use building with commercial downstairs and residential upstairs. So I get the benefit of having a landlord who has already done his homework in identifying the best plumbing contractor in the area -- Gotelli.

I have use Gotelli plumbing for 17 years plus. Today I had two garbage disposals replaced, water filters changed, all my sinks checked for leaks, toilet mechanisms replaced and other minor maintenance as a preventative measure. I have had my house for over 20 years and they have replaced my boiler and all my toilets and provided all other plumbing needs in an efficient, cost-effective, clean, courteous, responsive manner. This family owned business standsby all their work. In particular one of their employees, Tom Robertson, has worked for them for at least 30 years. I think this speaks volumes about the quality of the employer. But I also want to highlight Tom's skills as exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable. In short, I trust the company and especially Tom Robertson. These kinds of service providers in my opinion are too few and far between these days. Don't hesitate to call them for all your plumbing needs.

The first thing you'll notice when you come here is that counter service is a bit slow. When they finally get to you, you realize it's because they provide good, no--fantastic customer service! Every person is helped by an expert who knows their shit. I lost track of what customer service actually was with all the pathetic big box retailers around, but rediscovers it here, so I'm happy to wait a bit longer to get the help I need. Their prices are the best in Marin and almost always blow away places like Home Depot. Anyone who knows anything goes here first.

Gotelli has been taking care of us since we build our home, 17 years ago. Frank did the original install and now Tom Robertson is our guy.
Tom is fantastic, always on time, very professional, super clean and always discusses the various options with me. He really knows his trade! Lora Lee and Denise back in the office are super friendly and always on top of things. Can't image better service!!

After calling couple plumbing companies around town, we decided to have Gotelli replace our current tankless water heater, which broken after about 10 years. Laura was the one who helped me, very nice lady.

On the day of appt, Danny showed up on time, he has to relocate the WH due to the code has changed over the years and it has to be 4 ft away from windows and door, pain in the butt but he was able to do it.

Overall, a great experience dealing with Gotelli. We will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs
