Me again. Again, Gotelli and team came to my rescue. With just a few days before the holidays and weekend, I woke up to find a pool of water, leaking out under the kitchen sink. My husband shut off the faucet water (good move), and I called Gotelli. Joey arrived promptly, determined that we needed a new kitchen faucet, and explained my options, enabling me to hunt one down for Joey to install in record time. Yay, happy holidays it is!

I wasn't gong to leave a review but they keep asking me to so I guess I will. Be careful what you ask for.

I called for a leak under my kitchen sink, a bathroom faucet install and a toilet install. They were pleasant on the phone and made it easy to schedule an appointment. They came out and quoted me $600 for the leak under the sink and another $600 for the toilet install. I approved the fix for the leak under the sink and they fixed it with a new line and a shutoff valve. $600 seemed steep but I needed it done asap so I did it. So far so good - hence the 2 stars.

I declined the $600 cost for the toilet install as it seemed like a lot for potentially a few bolts. Probably would have been more since the old flange was rusted out and I'm guessing I would have gotten a call asking for more $.

Here's where it gets scammy...he said he would have to open up the wall and repipe in order the install the bathroom faucet. I didn't even get a quote for that one. I'm sure it would have been several thousand. I Declined. I then got a call the next day and they said they could do the faucet install without opening the wall. So..when I refused the higher price job they somehow found a way to do it cheaper?

I found another plumber to install the toilet and faucet with no issues for the same price I was quoted just for the toilet from Gotelli.

Not using them again. They are overpriced, felt untrustworthy and in it for the money.

This team completely scammed us today, charging us almost $860 only to make a problem worse and offer zero solutions. Not to mention we called them yesterday at 8AM about our flood, they said someone would be out between 12-4pm, then at 3:40 they let us know that nobody was coming. Today they came, and charged us $860 to tell us that they couldn't do anything and dig a hole causing more standing water. We had a plumber friend come out after, and we were quickly able to identify the problem and get the drainage fixed. We are outraged that they would charge this much and not make an effort to fix an issue. Do not use this service, especially if you have an emergency.

I've used Gotelli for multiple projects. They do excellent work. Most recently, they fixed a drain issue that had been problematic for years. I am super impressed with their skill and professionalism. Definitely on my go-to list when I need work done.

Came in at a short notice to replace a leaking pipe. The work was done well, efficiently and is of good quality. The prices are a bit on the expensive side but nevertheless we are satisfied with the services provided.

I'm writing this review to warn others about the poor experience we had with Gotelli. Not only are their prices exorbitant, but their expertise is not to par.

We initially hired them for a simple toilet repair, which they quoted at an outrageous price compared to other plumbers. Desperate, we reluctantly agreed, hoping their supposed expertise would justify the cost. We were wrong. First of all, I don't understand why looking into the tank and diagnosing the pump as an issue wouldn't also identify immediately that the rubber below the flap was falling apart.

There are only 3 parts there. A trained eye would have noticed that before even starting. Isn't that the idea behind the $120 consult to figure out what's wrong? To inspect all parts? Each fix led to another issue resulting in us needing a new toilet. The quote for a new toilet installation was $1200 (NOT including the actual toilet). Yup, you read that correctly. This is for 1-1.5 hours worth of work.

We relied on Gotelli's expertise to find a similar fit. The new toilet left us with a new issue to replace the floor because the new toilet has a smaller base something they should have known or made sure of. We ended up paying a small fortune for multiple visits, each one leaving us with a new issue.

Gotelli prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. They overcharge for basic services and then compound the issue leaving you with a $1800 bill, and a mismatched toilet. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.

Gotelli plumbing was able to get two plumbers to me on the same day of my call. Jason and Adam were the two plumbers that arrived. They were professional, efficient and fair. I highly recommend Jason and/or Adam to anyone looking for a trust-worthy hard-working plumber.

WOW! I can't say enough about Laura-Lee and the staff at Gotelli Plumbing. I called with an urgent matter and they were so wonderful to jump to the task. They never fail to accomplish the most difficult jobs we send their way. On this occasion, our technician Jason arrived ahead of schedule, had all of the parts and items on his truck ready to go and made quick work of an install. Not only did he complete the job to perfection, he left the area surrounding the new water heater cleaner than he found it. We will always make our first call Gotelli Plumbing.

Jason did a great job on the disassembly of a water tank connected to a solar system. Somewhat complicated configuration while he worked through the process with logical steps and a welcome solution. He is a highly skilled pro, efficient, and has great workmanship. Courteous, friendly and offered several suggestions that will serve me well.

They're probably fine....but I wasn't going to pay close to a hundred bucks just for a water heater estimate. Other companies didn't have that policy and they got my business...?
