Incredibly over priced for an extremely easy job that took just a few minutes. Confronted the office on the outrageous overage and was told to expect a check in the mail, never received it and now my emails are blocked from the company. Pick a new plumber.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! RUN in the other direction! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD! Not only did this company repeatedly--and I do mean REPEATEDLY-- fail to temporarily stop a leak as they claimed, but they neglected to put Teflon tape and tighten the seal in the drain when finally doing the actual repair. Isn't that plumbing 101? What was originally ""cosmetic damage from a drip"" (in their own words) consequently resulted in mushrooms growing out of the wall in the unit below. And what have I gotten for the trouble they caused beyond an incredible amount of stress and loss of time having to call back and forth? A credit card charge that exceeded the maximum they estimated of $900--other plumbers later stated should have cost no more than $650! I only went with them because they were recommended by my HOA. I can't explain the great reviews I see here--except for this being a case of Dr. Jerkyl and Mr. Hyde maybe? Unfortunately I got Dr. Jerkyl--perhaps because I gave them my credit card number in order to be able to schedule the repair?

I agree, call another plumber. My charge for 15 minutes was $250 to change a $15 part. They are not ethical and will take your money at the first chance they can. I have spent thousands of dollars working with this plumber as they are the preferred vendor of my HOA. On top of the issues I already mentioned, they cannot often do the job correctly the first time and have to return of course with more help which means more money. Run as fast as you can from this plumber. I'm selling my condo in order not to deal with the HOA and this ""plumber of choice"".

Gorsuch did a professional and great job in fixing a serious leak. Roland and Brett were amazing and worked for hours late into the evening to make sure we were fine and had water. Since we have a very elderly parent with us we were so appreciative. I highly recommend these two.

Can I rate it no stars? The bill was $200 yesterday for NOT finishing the job. Plus NO time scheduled to come back and finish it. Can I not do my job where I work and get paid $200 to show up for half an hour?

I've used Gorsuch Plumbing several times. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and courteous plumbers. Today Brent and Roland came to my assistance regarding kitchen and bath plumbing issues. As is typical sometimes, I began to recall miscellaneous plumbing issues which were not as urgent, yet required attention. Brent and Roland were happy to assist and didn't hesitate to accommodate each ""additional"" request. I've read some of the reviews that have indicated ""premium"" or ""unfair"" charges. I've found their rates comparable, but more importantly, they've always resolved my issues and in the process taught me techniques to help myself prior to giving them or any plumber a call. I've actually used the knowledge that they've passed to me on a few occasions. This service call was no different and again I learned quite a bit. Brent also mentioned that should I have an issue with my kitchen sink in the future to please mention that he assisted me, has knowledge of the past job, and, based on the extensive work done today, would be able to accommodate troubleshooting at no cost. Very thankful for the honest and great service.

Rick from Gorsuch Plumbing came to my home which is a second-floor condo, to help search out a plumbing leak complaint from the occupant who lives underneath me. Rick was in my unit for less than 30 minutes. The entire job lasted approximately one hour. Gorsuch charge me $162 for a claim of two hours of work which was not true. I contacted the office manager Adriana who assured me she would speak to her boss and Rick and call me back and if I did not hear from her to call her. I called her three times she would not take my call nor did she return my call. In an effort to find the leak not only did Rick use my screwdriver to open the access wall I also assisted him in putting a plug in the bathtub in and let it fill up & released it in order to determine where the leak was coming from. I do not recommend this company. They did not display a good work ethic and they are not reliable in following through on their word.

Additionally Rick claimed I must replace the waste & overflow in order to fix the leak. He quoted an estimated price of $450. I asked if he could take out the drain and make sure it was sealed properly because the leak was coming from outside the drain. he assured me know it must be replaced. I called another plumber to come out who charged me $60, he unscrew the drain found there was no plumbers tape or plumbers putty to seal the drain, he applied both, which sealed the drain and I have had no problems since. It has been over two months ago.

I do not recommend Gorsuch Plumbing due to their poor customer service and unfair charges.

DO NOT USE THEM!!
I have called them to come out and check my wall heater. They found the problem but wanted to charge me $750.00 to replace the piece that was causing the problem. When I asked them how much a new small wall heater would cost with labor the guy quoted me $1,500.00. When I looked it up a brand new heater at Home Depot would only cost me $600.00. Why would he quote me for that much??
I ended up paying them $138.00 for no work done and I had to pick up my old heater. What happened with good old fashioned honesty and good work?

Updating my review from 2012.

2015
Gorsuch is amazing. They are responsive and responsible. Brian, our tech, quickly resolved our issues and did not offer a more expensive alternative.

2012
Gorsuch Plumbing is responsive and thorough. The knowledge of the workers is amazing. It's always hard to determine the source of the leak when the pipes are in concrete. The first plumber recommended putting holes in the walls and floor. Gorsuch came to the rescue with up-to-date technology that determines the place of the leak as well where the water pipes in the house were located.

The unit I am renting had a giant leak in the kitchen ceiling from the upstairs shower. The entire shower unit, old pipes, portion of the kitchen ceiling and kitchen flooring needed to be replaced. The employees from Gorsuch took care of everything. The shower and flooring came out beautifully. My roommates and I dealt with Brent the most. He was always professional and very personable. He was always in contact to let us know when he would be arriving and kept us up to date. Eric was also very friendly and professional. Those guys worked their tails off, in the heat, in order to get the job completed. Plus, they always cleaned up after themselves even if they were returning the next day. Matthew was also a pleasure to deal with. He would pop in to check on the job and always showed care and concern. Needless to say, I am happy that my landlord chose Gorsuch as our ""go to"" plumbing company!
