We had temporary Repair Clamp Handiband from Home Depot for holding water from damaged copper pipe and it worked great! Next day Gorsuch plumbing guy came by and he fixed our pipe quick . It's took 15-20min maximum. Great but he took our Clamp Handiband and thought bit pricy for easy quick fix for 15min.

We advise readers of this review to NOT engage Gorsuch Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Gorsuch Plumbing's work proved to be substandard and we had to hire another plumber to repair the repairs!! The replacement plumber we hired, the local ServPro that helped with the resulting damage and the inspectors sent by our insurance company all agree that the work performed by Gorsuch was very poorly and carelessly done. When we contacted the owner, he refused to back his advertised warranty. When we contacted him further about the warranty, he was verbally abusive and refused to back his work. Again, do yourself a BIG FAVOR and do NOT hire this company.

I had a very pleasant experience with Jason the plumber who was assigned to my clogged kitchen sink and shower. He was very respectable, professional and a polite young man.
I will always request that Jason be sent for any future plumbing problems. Kudos Jason!

I recently experienced a leak under my kitchen sink that caused a little flooding - fortunately I was home and noticed it right away before any damage could occur to the cabinet and wood floors.

Of course this happened on a Saturday and I knew it needed to get fixed quickly or I'd be without a working kitchen sink for who knows how long.

I texted my contact at JTM Property Management (I highly recommend them!) and within minutes he texted me back with instructions to call Gorsuch Plumbing. They were all over it and in less than 3 hours, the problem was fixed.

The communication was professional, clear and timely with everyone I spoke to during the process: Selicia, Lacy and Jason. Everything went like clockwork. Jason, the plumber, even brought a new garbage disposal just in case that turned out to be the problem, which it was.

I highly recommend Gorsuch for plumbing repairs!

Do not use this company if you want your credit card information to be compromised. We used them three times for different jobs and they claimed they didn't have the correct card information to charge my card each time using the same card. I had to keep giving them my credit card information every time they did a job because they claimed it was wrong. It turned out that they had one digit wrong on the card then it was three times I have had to give them the correct card number for multiple jobs. They are so disorganized they can't even save the correct card information. On top of that, this last time we used there service, an extremely rude person named Isabelle yelled at me on the phone when I tried to ask questions as to why they keep getting my card information wrong for every job they did. She was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. As far as service, the times we used them was just for them turning off the water for our condo for $250 and then the other time we asked one of the plumbers some questions then he charged $190 just for coming out for 10min. They are too expensive and not worth dealing with disorganized, rude and unprofessional people.
Unfortunately, our condo hoa uses them but we will never be using them for any service of our choosing again.

I was billed $52.00 for a service call and $102.00 for Tech Labor when no actual labor was performed. The technician came out, looked at the riser which was the source of the gas leak (the gas had already been turned off) and said he could not perform any repairs for a week or more. The labor for which I was billed did not involve determining the source of the leak, the use of any tools, or performing any labor whatsoever.
Total time spent on site was approximately 15 minutes.
Service Call and Tech Labor charges were never disclosed in advance either verbally or in writing.
The $52.00 service call I understand and will pay.
The $102.00 Tech Labor charge I will not pay.

The lady who did the schedule was very nice and responsive. Eric and Will did a good job, they were very polite and professional.

Our building has been using Gorsuch for a long time. I've noticed Gorsuch definitely improve the service quality, please keep up the good work!

I had another great experience with Gorsuch Plumbing & Heating! Their plumber Noel just cleared my sink, he did a great job. He arrived at the beginning of the estimated window, and he worked quickly and efficiently. He was very polite, and he also gave me a great estimate on future work I'd like to have done. It was an easy appointment to schedule and I'm very satisfied with the service.

I've used them for a few projects and they are always so nice and professional. The ladies who do the scheduling are always so pleasant and really work with you to fit in a technician to work with your schedule. Even offering a call ahead so I can come home to meet the technician instead of taking off time to stay home for the whole window. The technicians are friendly and efficient. The technician, Noel, arrived on time and was wearing a mask and proceeded to fix my master bathroom sink which not only was clogged but was dripping water under the cabinet. He kept me up-to-date on what was going on and his workspace was kept clean and he left the bathroom in great order. He answered all my questions and all and all it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this company and especially Noel.
