I called Gordons family plumbing back in Dec 2021 when my father-in-law fell and broke a toilet. We had them replace that toilet and while talking with them, we decided to have our tankless water heater serviced. Fast forward, we ultimately had all our toilets upgraded and our tankless replaced under warranty. I have tried really hard to work with Gordons family plumbing. The plumbers are friendly while here. The main problem is they schedule an appointment and do not show up. They don't call, text, no communication. I own a small business and like many, we move our entire day to have someone here, waiting for them. Timeline. We noticed our tankless water leaking and scheduled an appointment for July 7, between 8-9am, No one showed nor called. I called John at 1:45pm, goes to voicemail and I receive a response, he's on the phone and to text him, so I do at 1:49pm. My husband and I call and text several times/days, as of July 12 at 5:09pm, still no response from Gordon's plumbing. 6 days later and our tankless water heater is leaking from the piping that Gabe installed. Now our toilet in the master has started to continually run, also installed by Gabe. Frustrated, I make a last attempt and text John on July 12 @ 5:09pm, a message that this is my final attempt to contact them to resolve the situation before I pursue other options, within 2 minutes he responds with an apology and ensures someone will be here the next day at 7AM. Well 7am comes and goes and no one shows, no one calls or text. Eventually we're notified and Phil shows up repairs the waterline and informs us the tankless is leaking and Gabe will be here Friday July 15 to take care of the tankless and replace the toilet kit for the running toilet. Remember all this was newly installed 6 months prior by Gabe with Gordons Family Plumbing. Since then, it has been a nightmare, John doesn't return calls, Gabe is very difficult to deal with (argumentative, demeaning). Finally, 7/20/22 Gabe replaced the tankless water heater as a warranty and left it with an error code. I won't go into any further detail because as a small business owner, I really try my hardest to support other small businesses. I strongly encourage John to listen to his customers and take some action to return calls, show up when scheduled and work on customer service because without us customers, he'll be out of business. I have had nothing but trouble with this company. Putting in a shower took two weeks instead of three or four days. The owner, John, is very difficult to reach and he never comes over to see what the job is all about. They give you a schedule the night before and the next day the schedule has totally changed with totally different people coming over to the house. They are rarely on time, they are noisy and use bad language, and leave trash behind.
My shower has been finished just a few months ago and I've already had two broken situations on the shower and they could not fix it. I'm still waiting for my three-year warranty papers, but the owner takes forever to return the call or texts.
They can never show you a contractors license and therefore I would stay away from them as far as you can see.

Had an issue with main line draining, so nothing was draining in the house. Was referred to Gordon's Family Plumbing by a good friend. They were very responsive and sent someone out soon. The fix was fast and we were back to normal in no time. Rates were reasonable and their reputation is well deserved. Thanks!

Phillip came to our house alone on a Saturday and installed a new water heater for us. He was so polite. On time. Very informative and courteous and he did in amazing job in a very timely manner. Very professional. They do not rip their customers off !!!! They are a very good company. We had multiple estimates that were complete rip off's. We did our research. Gordon's Family Plumbing will do you right !! We will use them from here on out.

The owner came and gave me an estimate on 2 bath remodels, hes super friendly and prices that work for the level of quality he provided. I would feel as if I'm doing ppl a disservice by not sharing the great experience I had overall. It seems crazy 1/2 way thru a job I was worried, but the end results are amazing, that's why I'm not a plumber lol. If you are looking for quality workmanship at a fair price this is the plumbing company to call! I have used them multiple times. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced, and a toilet that was leaking. They came out and took care of both issues at a fair price. Friendly, efficient and fast turn around. I would recommend them if you need a reliable plumber!

Gordon's Family Plumbing is an awesome company that is fairly priced and does fantastic work. They don't just put a bandaid on the problem and walk away. If they find something else they tell you and you decide if you want them to continue. They remodeled our bathroom and the work was spot on. They are organized, clean up after themselves and take pride in what they do. We were very impressed with their work and when my in-laws needed work done they were who we told them to call. If I ever need a plumber Gordon's is who I will call. I also refer all our friends and acquaintances to them.
