Hired John to fix a valve leak in the bathroom and install a new faucet in there and a new kitchen faucet and replace the old valves when doing so. He said he had a big job and he could stop on the way since he had a small crew with him. We agreed on 300 dollars and they showed up on time and John was very good at replying at this point. So 3 of his employees (1 that had some experience and two that seemed to be learning) it felt rushed and a bit uncomfortable having one of the apprentices in the bathroom having some struggles while the one that new a bit more was in the kitchen with the other apprentice.. they got the sinks in and they look nice but the bathroom sink still has a slow leak at the valve area which was the main problem in the first place.
I called John back once we noticed it that same day. He said he was at the big job and he will stop back by in 4-5 hours.. well 5 hours past its now about 6:30pm and he says they will be leaving that job and he can be back in about 45 mins. He sounded like it was a long day so I said how about tomorrow at 9am, I didn't want them rushed again tired and frustrated. So next day comes.. NO SHOW, I text around 10am and no response. Try calling and no response.. I wait a week, text him again, I still have a leak and would like half my money back since the main issue was not fixed. I should state that the first time they came they worked in the house for 58 mins exactly, claimed to have a warranty for work and basically took the money and ran. Dig deep on the reviews, I should have. John seems to be good at avoiding calls, replies and taking care of the customers which is the most important quality in running a business. Sad thing is the two apprentices are learning from a man with bad ethics. Also I asked for a receipt from the lead worker who came, he said it is all done digital now and they will email me one. He took my email and guess what.. no receipt. Very bad experience here.

My parents water heater went out on 8/08/2024 the called a plumber and was put on a 3 to 5 day response time. I suggested they call Gordon family plumbing I had seen on Facebook. They called and had a quote and a someday offer to do the job. My parents being seniors opted for next day.
Let's just say these guys showed up on time, the were very professional and did an awesome job! They left NO MESS and were done in about 2 hrs. That's draining the water heater, removing it and installed the new one. I reccomend Gordon family plumbing to ANYONE needing any plumbing done. Thank you guys for being courteous with my parents.

The team at Gordon's is excellent. I've had them out to my properties several times for all sorts of issues - from clogged drains to water heater replacements, and even a full repipe. Their prices are always very good, and the service is quick, and they stand by their work with a warranty. All the plumbers that I have worked with are very professional and polite, and they work fast and get the job done right. When we had the repipe done, the team was very communicative, and they did a great job patching and painting the drywall and leaving the house in very shape.

My kitchen sink was draining slowly and making a gurgling noise. Gordon's Family Plumbing provided same day service at a fair price.

Bobby was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He had to clear my drain line from the roof and was careful of my gutters, trim, and shingles while moving equipment up and down.

In addition to clearing my drain line, Bobby found and removed a rats
nest from my vent pipe. Who knew rats nested in roof vent pipes??

If you're in need of a plumber, I highly recommend you call them. I've been using them for over 4 yrs and no regrets. Gabriel did a great job. Prices are great and their service is also great. Gordon's family plumbing has done several plumbing repair jobs for me over the years and I've always been very pleased. The most recent job they did for me was installing a new shower valve because the old one was leaking badly. The plumber they sent out was very friendly and worked very carefully not to damage the wall tile when he installed the new valve. There was one small issue. The day after the new valve was installed I noticed a very minor leak from the tub spout. I called Gordon family plumbing and talked to John. He immediately sent a plumber out to correct the problem at no additional charge. Very professional !
The shower and tub valves are now working perfectly and look like new. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, I will definitely be calling Gordon family Plumbing.
