Came out on the allotted time and the same day. My Hero's name is Danny. Very informative. Made sure I knew what he was doing. Answered all my questions. Cleaned up mess and after himself. Very courteous. Water was backing up in shower. I had no toilet facility use. He knew exactly what to do. Thank you Western Rooter/past name Gordon's. I would recommend.

Our toilet wasn't flushing properly and our shower had no pressure. Our landlord called Gordon's Best and within minutes we rec'd a call from them to set up an appointment. Gordon listened to the problem and then my work schedule and offered to come within the hour. He arrived right on time and quickly fixed both problems and then explained the work he did. He was courteous and professional and I couldn't be happier with the prompt response. This was our first encounter with this company, but I asked for his card to as I plan on using them for any of our plumbing needs in the future.

Most definitely a class operation. I would not call anyone else in the Covina/ West Covina area for your plumbing needs. I highly recommend using Gordon's Best!! I recently had Gordon out to my house for a leak in one of my bathrooms. He was professional, on-time, and very reasonable!! Super dissappointed. Ryan was out to repair a faucet leak. The leak was fine for exactly 2 months. Called back and spoke with Gordon about the leak and possibly replacing the valve. Said he would send Ryan back out to try to stop the leak until they could replace. Ryan came out and quoted $500-$700 but did not try to stop the leak. They were scheduled to be out the following week so the leak wasn't a bid deal until they didn't show up because they could reach me by phone.. that same morning that they were supposed to be there. The woman on the phone was very rude and unapologetic.

Gordon and his guys are terrific. I have eleven toilets, two urinals, fifteen sinks (including a round Bradley fountain), and eight drinking fountains. I really count on these professionals to keep everything running and draining properly. ""Isn't that what plumbers do?"" You would think. Gordon's Best was the recommendation I got from a very busy property management office after I was let down by the third plumbing company I used. That was about 4 years ago.
