Today Western Rooter (Gordon's) snaked out my main drain and cleared a toilet line. The plumber, Bob, arrived on time, he was neat, organized and knowledgeable about his craft. He promptly diagnosed the problem and the solution and within an hour and a half all was in top shape again.
Aww - nothing like having a plumber you can believe in!

Discovered that my 30 year old water died. Tank was leaking. Called Gordon's Best, as I always do. Explained my dilemma and Gordon, true to form, said he would get back to me ASAP. To make a long story short, within 6 hours, I had a new Bradford White 40 gallon water heater full of hot water in my garage. Thank you, Gordon for your prompt service. Our toilet wasn't flushing properly and our shower had no pressure. Our landlord called Gordon's Best and within minutes we rec'd a call from them to set up an appointment. Gordon listened to the problem and then my work schedule and offered to come within the hour. He arrived right on time and quickly fixed both problems and then explained the work he did. He was courteous and professional and I couldn't be happier with the prompt response. This was our first encounter with this company, but I asked for his card to as I plan on using them for any of our plumbing needs in the future.

Gordon is the best. Period. Helped my parents for years, knows the house inside and out. Came out today to help me with some issues at their house that needed attention. Professional, prompt, fair. Most definitely a class operation. I would not call anyone else in the Covina/ West Covina area for your plumbing needs. I highly recommend using Gordon's Best!! I recently had Gordon out to my house for a leak in one of my bathrooms. He was professional, on-time, and very reasonable!! Super dissappointed. Ryan was out to repair a faucet leak. The leak was fine for exactly 2 months. Called back and spoke with Gordon about the leak and possibly replacing the valve. Said he would send Ryan back out to try to stop the leak until they could replace. Ryan came out and quoted $500-$700 but did not try to stop the leak. They were scheduled to be out the following week so the leak wasn't a bid deal until they didn't show up because they could reach me by phone.. that same morning that they were supposed to be there. The woman on the phone was very rude and unapologetic.
