We contacted several different plumbing companies, and Goodwill Plumbing was the only one willing and able to help us right away. They not only make themselves available, but they get the job done right! Henry has come by twice so far to help us with our many fixes and upgrades at our new place, and we couldn't be happier with his services. We highly recommend Goodwill Plumbing and will surely be calling on them in the future.

Wish I could give 10 stars! I consulted a plumber with 30 years experience who was unable to solve any of my three plumbing problems and said I just needed to buy a new toilet. Robert from Goodwill Plumbing to the rescue! He fixed all three problems in just over an hour and saved me at least $1,000. Very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant.

I tried calling plumbers in the area. Not one of them returned my call. Then I remembered seeing a Goodwill Plumbing van in the area. So I called them and much to my surprise they were ready to send someone out immediately! Henry arrived got to work and fixed my leaky faucet! I will use them again! Such prompt service. We had an outdoor faucet break and we had to turn the water off to the house. We were without water on a Saturday night so a little anxious. Beware of the negative reviews. The name should be ""Badwill Plumbing"".

I spoke to ""Ray"" to follow up on an issue that was not apparent after they serviced a water leak. The leak was stopped, but the plumber likely caused another plumbing issue. A broken pvc pipe was left at the scene.

When I called, ""Ray"" would not take responsibility for this newly discovered issue, but would charge for another service call.

In fact, when I said that would not be an unfair resolution, he hung up on me. Clearly, the bad reviews are inline with their business ethics.

P.S. For the owners - you will not be getting any future business from me, or otherwise.

After an unethical plumbing company tried to rip me off, I contacted Goodwill. We had been out of a water heater for nearly a week with the delays of the other company. Within three hours, Goodwill was at my house with the proper water heater! In two hours after arriving, the job was completed and water was heating! The price they quoted for heater and installation was honored without any extra hidden fees. The plumber assigned had all the necessary parts and skills and was pleasant to speak with. He clearly explained how to read the new water heater LED controls, how to light the pilot, and how to take care of our new heater in order to get the best value. Beware
Called to have some work done - tech shows up without certain things needed to perform the work. ends up going back to office to get a pump and then out again to get part needed to repair a bathroom valve. Seems this company likes to charge you for their travel to get the things needed to perform the job. Very unprofessional - My mistake for not having read the reviews - Don't you make the same mistake - Charged 1.5 hours to do a 30 min job - charged 3 hours for 1.5 hours worth of work - then tech argues with me about his charges -

Goodwill Plumbing is the best !!!
They came to my rescue when another company was giving me the run around. I called and they came the same day and Robert fixed it. Now that's how it should be done. Great job would totally recommend them.
