We have slow drains in our house. We *had* slow drains in our house. Goodfellow came over and they fixed us up quickly, courteously, and awesomely. Not only that, Goodfellow really had a chance to go for the big bucks to fix a broken stopper in a pedestal sink. Instead, Noel provided advice on how I could fix it myself so I could save money. These guys are A+!

After reading various yelp reviews for plumbers, I contacted Noel at GoodFellow Plumbing. He certainly lives up to his five star ratings. Noel was prompt at communicating (a big plus in my book) while we were trying to find a time to set up an appointment that coincided with some flooring work that needed to be done before he could install a toilet. I found Noel to be extremely knowledgeable, good at troubleshooting and coming up with creative solutions that work, honest, patient, hard working and very courteous. And all for a fair price to boot! Noel came out to my elderly parents' home to install two new toilets and fix a couple of minor problems. My dad, who has dementia, kept asking Noel what he was doing and when he would finish (in spite of my efforts to keep my dad's attention diverted), but Noel was very patient and polite with my dad, and I greatly appreciated that. Noel did a great job for us and I would not hesitate to call him again or hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Thank you, Noel!

They did a very good job when they installed a new toilet in our house. Before asking GoodFellow plumbing to do this job I contacted a different plumber, but GoodFellow Plumbing where cheaper and seemed more trustworthy. Ken (the plumber) explained to me exactly what they need to do. He gave me a best and worst case scenario estimate and after the job was done we ended up with the best case (lowest cost). I also think it is a good sign when the plumber says ""I just don't like bad work"". He actually even fixed some small things with our sink in the bathroom for free, because he doesn't like bad work. I would recommend them to friends anytime.

If you need a plumber do not look anywhere else! I have used other plumbers and they were not half as professional nor did they have the same efficiency and thoroughness.

I had need for a plumber on two occasions in March of 2012 I. First, I needed someone to 'fix' an undersink job that I tried to do myself. Second, a couple of weeks later, I needed BOTH of our water heaters replaced. I found Noel (Goodfellow Plumbing)through YELP. He had thirteen 5-star reviews, so I felt comfortable hiring him. I was not disappointed. He is knowledgeable, intelligent, courteous, informed, efficient, timely, communicative, and reasonably priced. You couldn't ask for more. I used Noel to rough in plumbing changes to a 1/2 bath and laundry room. We started after lunch and went on until past midnight--yes he stayed until the job was done... and he spent most of this time on his back with a mapp torch under my house. He did a nice professional job, worked cleanly, and with good humor the whole time, he even ordered pizza for both of us.

His rates are quite reasonable and he is a good guy (sorry fellow) as well as a good plumber. I will definitely use him again... hopefully he will trade in his girly Makita drill for a manly Dewalt one.
