Noel has been our go-to plumbing professional for the past few years. With a 60+ year old house we've been in for almost forty years, there are bound to be many repairs and replacements. Noel responded to have a 15 year-old water heater replaced; he responds quickly to your email requests and promptly scheduled with us. Since he had solved three other very different plumbing issues for us (unclogging a sewer line & replacing our garbage disposal unit; replacing and replumbing for a hot & cold water dispenser; and repairing a bath faucet), we were confident he could do the water heater and be able to anticipate our wants and needs. He ordered the perfect replacement ensuring that it was a professional grade model with brass fittings (vs. plastic), e.g. As usual, he did a very clean and thorough job, and provided advice on taking care of the new unit.

Called Noel this morning and he happened to be on the road when I called, but he worked me into his schedule - arriving at my door within 10 minutes. I told him that I needed a plumber to remove and cut the copper piping leading from the bar upstairs to the water heater located downstairs in the garage - which also involved the additional ask of replacing a water tank mechanism. He completed all tasks within an hour and that meant also soldering the copper pipe cap connections to the water heater. Exceptional work ethic and quality of work. Noel was very professional, he also did some research to help determine the make and model of my water filtration system, which ended up being impossible. He reviewed a brand I found at Costco and determined that it was a good one, and then installed it for me. No problems since; it's been about 2 months.

After 5 years of problems with my toilet Noel came exactly on time and did exactly what was needed, on top of that he went beyond as to break my old toilet and figure out that there was an x-box rewards card stuck for the last 5 years, compliments of my son.

We had a stubborn clogged drain in our bathtub. Noel was prompt and helpful, showing up exactly when he promised, not long after I first contacted him. I like that he used email to set up the appointment.

Though he mentioned he didn't often do simple drain clearing jobs, he didn't seem put out by it. He cleared the clog in 15 minutes, then asked since they have a one hour minimum, did I have any other plumbing issues he could take care of? I mentioned that the kitchen sink faucet seemed to have less pressure than it used to. He took apart the fixture and found there were rust particles clogging the aerator screen. Problem solved! I would use Goodfellow Plumbing again in a heartbeat.

First time ever calling a plumber and had my opening day the next day for my new business. He installed a small water heater that fit snug underneath my sink.

I called a few plumbers and Noel was the one that really caught my attention. He was quick to respond through email and few days later he arrived as expected. He greeted me with a warm smile and a nice handshake. My instant thoughts were he's a nice guy you can trust and get the job done right. To ease your mind a little more he is also licensed. I had to be particular since its a business and everything needs to be done correctly. I'm sure everyone wants it done right in the first place but sometimes you may take your chances with non-licensed professionals. Noel did his job perfectly. i give him give him five stars because he's nice and trustworthy. He's great about communicating with you because lets face it some pros are not good at that. Best of all he's quick and doesn't waste time.
