Noel has done a great job over the years with our 20-year home's plumbing. When our old SubZero fridge died, and the newer models required rerouting of the plumbing in our walls and floor, Noel was able to do it to perfection for the custom install. Water heater crapped out, Noel got us a new one in no time and we were back in business. The latest challenge was a separate shut off valve for our yard's irrigation system that required some detective work -- not a problem, Noel figured it out. Putting in our new kitchen faucet was just a piece of cake for him. Very responsive, patient, and knowledgeable-- highly recommended!

Had a water heater leakage in May. I called several plumbers in the evening (6-7pm). Noel was the only one who responded immediately and gave me the instruction over the phone to stop the water leakage (This is really helpful! All the other plumbers either sent me to voicemail or just told me they won't be able to come over till the next morning). He also gave me a quote based on the pictures I sent him. I called a few other plumbers the next day and decided his quote was reasonable. So I chose him to install a new water heater for me. He completed the work in 2 hours and hauled away the old one without additional fee. He cleaned up everything before he left.

Noel has been our go-to plumbing professional for the past few years. With a 60+ year old house we've been in for almost forty years, there are bound to be many repairs and replacements. Noel responded to have a 15 year-old water heater replaced; he responds quickly to your email requests and promptly scheduled with us. Since he had solved three other very different plumbing issues for us (unclogging a sewer line & replacing our garbage disposal unit; replacing and replumbing for a hot & cold water dispenser; and repairing a bath faucet), we were confident he could do the water heater and be able to anticipate our wants and needs. He ordered the perfect replacement ensuring that it was a professional grade model with brass fittings (vs. plastic), e.g. As usual, he did a very clean and thorough job, and provided advice on taking care of the new unit.

Called Noel this morning and he happened to be on the road when I called, but he worked me into his schedule - arriving at my door within 10 minutes. I told him that I needed a plumber to remove and cut the copper piping leading from the bar upstairs to the water heater located downstairs in the garage - which also involved the additional ask of replacing a water tank mechanism. He completed all tasks within an hour and that meant also soldering the copper pipe cap connections to the water heater. Exceptional work ethic and quality of work.
