I have been in the plumbing industry starting in 1993. At a small, dedicated service provider that is still thriving today. The owner shared deep insights about older plumbing setups and unique problems. This experience passed down to me.
Afterward, I joined a high-end plumbing firm, installing systems and devices in expensive properties. I was privileged to be employed by one of the largest plumbing service companies in the Phoenix area, working alongside a pioneering expert and some of the finest plumbers in the industry.
I attended the Fire and Building Code Academy as well as American Contractors training programs for classroom education in plumbing. Hands down THE worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Had an issue with the work that was done, called 3 times to speak with someone and kept getting pushed off. Our business used to refer them tons of clients but I will be sure to deter clients from using them at all costs.

Communication within the company is horrifyingly nonexistent. Was dealing with insufficient water getting into my dishwasher so two techs came out, told me they could fix the issue in the moment for $350. Turns out that work was not able to fix the issue and they needed to come back when the hot water could be turned off throughout the entire building for another repair that would cost me an additional $350. Arranged for techs to come out on a Monday morning, and the person who showed up was not a tech but rather someone from Goode who was going to ""assess what needed to be done"" to determine when they could send people out to fix it. All despite me already having this assessment done and confirming and approving the work. So he had to send out completely different techs than those who were here for the original ""fix."" And when they showed up they told me it was *MY* responsibility to have turned off the hot water throughout my entire building - not their responsibility, despite this NEVER being communicated to me by Goode. They get the water turned off and when they finished their work I was assured TWICE by Goode that they had turned the hot water back on. Well they had in fact NOT turned the hot water back on so the ENTIRE condo building was without hot water. I called their emergency line and they advised their on-call tech could come out and turn it back on - he never came and there was never a single follow-up communication from Goode to me about whether someone was coming out to fix the issue that evening or not. So my condo building had to have a DIFFERENT plumber come out on an emergency call for which I am now going to be charged - all because of Goode's incompetency. And I have called to tell them they will be paying for the emergency call bill because of their error, their miscommunications, and their mess-up - NOT mine - and they would not even take my complaint because it had to go to ""management.""

This is about a loan they pushed on me two years ago, GreenSky. This is my fault: I should have paid it off while it was interest-free. However, the terms of that loan are so bad that minimum payments have increased my debt instead of decreasing it. They should never work with this service; it's predatory. What if I had no money and could not repay this loan in time, but the company pressured me to do this? This is how you trick people into massive debt.

We called Goode at the recommendation of friends who had worked with them. Chip and Henry came out to install a new toilet that we had purchased ourselves. While they were on-site I also decided to have our main sewer line cleared and scoped due to some other issues we were having and they quickly sent Mike and Jared out same-day to do that work.
They were on time (early, actually), were able to get the second crew out quickly, they worked fast, were extremely professional and courteous, kept me updated as the work progressed, explained things and answered questions along the way and kept things clean as they wrapped up the job.
The only 'complaint' is that the work was pretty expensive. We were able to get a break on price because we hired them for multiple services, which I appreciated, but it still was not cheap.
I can't say whether I'd recommend Goode for more extensive or complicated work given the given the straightforward nature of what we had done and the cost. However, I can say that that I definitely appreciated their team's customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail in the work they did for us and will strongly consider them the next time we need a plumber.

Alex gave detailed advice on estimate and other suggestions for future needs and explanation of needs in Condo on 2 faucet & valve replacement work. Michael & Brian did an excellent repair job were on time and efficient. Have used Goode 3 times now at three different properties.

Needed help with a sink backup that a 10-foot snake couldn't reach. These guys were prompt, extremely polite and professional, and fast. They're not cheap but if you're paying for a master plumber, you want the job done right the first time so go with these guys.

These guys are the best in the city. I own a three-flat and have had a hard time finding smart honest folks who know plumbing. The first guy they sent out, Brian, surpassed my expectations. He was thorough and took great care to explain things that turned out to be quite complicated. Best of all (I am a visual thinker) he drew explanatory diagrams that showed me what was happening across the building and what he needed to do . A real gem. After several times calling him for other things--and him doing the work, I was ""forced"" to have someone else come out. I was upset. HOWEVER: Tyler and Nick were awesome!! Young protégés, they are very well trained, knowledgeable, and knew what they were doing. They, again, surpassed my expectations. Oh yes: did I tell you that they are all really really nice? Yup.

We discovered a gas leak and called Goode. They dispatched a team immediately and replaced 70' of old pipe on the roof. They had us back in business in one day and did great work! Thanks Goode (and Chris in particular)-you're real pro's!

Our building had pipes that needed repair. We got 3 bids, and chose Goode. It was not because they were least expensive.
It was the first visit with Alex.
I felt confident his crew would do a great job and that Goode would stand behind the work.
I also feel like we have found a great relationship for our building.
