Made an appointment to complete some work at my second home that I needed done. Was told no problem and set the time/day. I drove an hour to my place and waited. After the set time I called and was told they were running behind and were very apologetic. They ensured me the would be coming but would be later. Well I waited now until 5pm and still nothing so I called again. I asked if they were coming and was told ""well probably not, I haven't heard from them."" I was offered an early appointment the next day. I explained this wouldn't work for me since I live in New Orleans. I told them to forget it. This is terrible customer service. I will be using another company.

We discovered our kitchen sink would constantly drip even when the handle was turned to the off position. When I went to clear everything out from underneath the sink I saw that the water was leaking from the fixture and created a puddle. We called Goodbee Plumbing and they came out within an hour to take a look at the faucet. The faucet fixture had broken and they recommended we purchase another faucet, so we did. After we purchased one we called Goodbee Plumbing again and they came out immediately and changed the faucet out for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. They're polite, honest, and reasonably priced.

Awesome company. They have a 30 day guarantee. First I had a blockage which they fixed in a very timely fashion. Then I developed a difficult problem with my toilet gurgling. They persisted until they found the problem. 2 days before the guarantee, awesome Paul came out, got on the roof and discovered the roofers had glued shut the vent with a shingle! He talked to the roofer, took pictures And did not charge me even though it had nothing to do with there original work! Thank you Paul.

I called Goodbee because I couldn't reach my normal plumber. The lady who answered the phone was very sweet. Rather than give me a timeframe, she said she would call me when her guy was on his way. She did just that and they came out at 4:30 on a Friday. Cole, who arrived was thoughtful and kind. Before he started the work he gave me the exact price and added that if he had to do an extra step for my issue it would be $40 more. Both prices seemed fair compared to what I had paid in the past for the same issue. Cole was done in an hour. I have another issue scheduled to be fixed at a later date that was less urgent. Cole took pictures of the area and took notes for the next guy who is coming out at a later date. All around easy breezy experience.

Waist of time if you have a difficult problem. We had a broken sewer pipe under our house with crawl space. They gave me the run around for 5 days while waste was being deposited under the house complaining that they wont work with waste on the ground. They also requested that we coordinate and project manage our own clean up service for them. On day 5 they declined to do the job because they had no solutions to our problem. Imagine a plumber without plumbing solutions, what a joke. This is a fair weather plumber service when the going gets tough they wont help you.

I don't have enough fingers or toes to be able to count how many times Goodbee Plumbing has gotten me out of what I will call .... well ... a messy situation This has been my go-to plumbing company for over 10 years now! I wouldn't dare call anyone else! They are honest plumbers with a quick response! Usually same day! (A few years ago we even called on a Sunday for an emergency & we had a technician within the hour!!) We call once & the problem is solved from big to small. They have never tried to sell us on anything we don't need. I would recommend this local company to family, friends, neighbors, everyone!

I had a terrible plumbing backup in my bathroom one morning and called Goodbee. Without an appointment, they sent me a plumber (I live in Ponchatoula) who got to my house within three hours of my initial call. When Andrew got here, he was very courteous and professional and he explained everything he would be doing to get the problem fixed and quoted me a price before he started the job so I knew how much I was looking at paying. Well, the job turned into a much bigger problem than it originally was supposed to be but the original quote still was the price I paid at the end of the day and I was so grateful to Andrew and his colleague, Cade, who came out to help with the job. (I told you it was bigger than it was supposed to be.) Andrew ran the snake through the cleanout in the yard, had to pull out the toilet, battled an entire village of giant cockroaches that freaked us both out (seriously lost my mind at this part of the job - Andrew was able to get a bunch of them with his Ghost Trap-looking contraption and I went to river-dancing and squished the ones trying to live in my house), ran the snake through the hole in the floor, couldn't get the clog that way so he called Cade and they both got on the roof and conjured up about 294 wild horses to handle the job (no, really it was still the snake machine - just was loud up there) through the vent and they worked long and hard to get the thing unclogged ... which they finally did! They are seriously my heroes! If you have anything plumbing-wise that needs handling, call Goodbee and they will fix you right up and they will charge you a very fair price to do so. I called for an appt on 12-13-16 and was told they could get to me on 12-17. It was a simple call for leak under a kitchen sink. I wasn't give a time but supposedly someone would call that morning with a time. Nobody called. Nobody showed up.

Goodbee Plumbing is fantastic! They were able to fit me into their busy schedule during a freeze and were extremely friendly, fast and cost effective. Goodbee Plumbing will be our first and only call any time we need a plumber.
