I called on 10/7/20 for a repair on a leak in my bathroom and told that they could fix it the same day which was a blessing. The techs were able to fix it with professionalism, a great price and the same day. I cannot thank you and your company. I don't have enough fingers or toes to be able to count how many times Goodbee Plumbing has gotten me out of what I will call .... well ... a messy situation This has been my go-to plumbing company for over 10 years now! I wouldn't dare call anyone else! They are honest plumbers with a quick response! Usually same day! (A few years ago we even called on a Sunday for an emergency & we had a technician within the hour!!) We call once & the problem is solved from big to small. They have never tried to sell us on anything we don't need. I would recommend this local company to family, friends, neighbors, everyone!

Our renovation guy Danny Roberts recommended GOODBEE plumbing. They BE GOOD!

So it was an old toilet. It gradually stopped working. 2 other plumbers came out and worked on that toilet a long time. This is what they missed. It was within arm's reach.

Followed Danny's advice and called GOODBEE.

Of course with 2 other plumbers having worked on it - it did cost us quite a bit to repair. However - Cade pulled a 4 foot root ball from that toilet at a fair price and in half the time.

Cade was patient methodical and courteous. He communicated the charges every step of the way so that we could decide if we could spend the money - obviously experienced well beyond his young years.

We discovered our kitchen sink would constantly drip even when the handle was turned to the off position. When I went to clear everything out from underneath the sink I saw that the water was leaking from the fixture and created a puddle. We called Goodbee Plumbing and they came out within an hour to take a look at the faucet. The faucet fixture had broken and they recommended we purchase another faucet, so we did. After we purchased one we called Goodbee Plumbing again and they came out immediately and changed the faucet out for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. They're polite, honest, and reasonably priced.

Last night at 8:30pm I sent a fb message asking to get on the schedule this morning due to a leaking hot water heater in my attic. I received a return phone call at 9:30pm to put our minds at ease we would be on the morning schedule. They were here at 8:30am. We had a warranty company and they helped us with getting them the paperwork for authorization. Great customer service and very professional. We definitely will use you in the future and highly recommend!!! Thank you for your speedy assistance !!!!

Better ask for a price up front. Charged me $1200.00 for a plumber and a helper for 4 hours to repair freeze damage (regular working hours, very little material). Friends report that they paid less than half that for the same work.

I called Goodbee because I couldn't reach my normal plumber. The lady who answered the phone was very sweet. Rather than give me a timeframe, she said she would call me when her guy was on his way. She did just that and they came out at 4:30 on a Friday. Cole, who arrived was thoughtful and kind. Before he started the work he gave me the exact price and added that if he had to do an extra step for my issue it would be $40 more. Both prices seemed fair compared to what I had paid in the past for the same issue. Cole was done in an hour. I have another issue scheduled to be fixed at a later date that was less urgent. Cole took pictures of the area and took notes for the next guy who is coming out at a later date. All around easy breezy experience.

Made an appointment to complete some work at my second home that I needed done. Was told no problem and set the time/day. I drove an hour to my place and waited. After the set time I called and was told they were running behind and were very apologetic. They ensured me the would be coming but would be later. Well I waited now until 5pm and still nothing so I called again. I asked if they were coming and was told ""well probably not, I haven't heard from them."" I was offered an early appointment the next day. I explained this wouldn't work for me since I live in New Orleans. I told them to forget it. This is terrible customer service. I will be using another company.

Waist of time if you have a difficult problem. We had a broken sewer pipe under our house with crawl space. They gave me the run around for 5 days while waste was being deposited under the house complaining that they wont work with waste on the ground. They also requested that we coordinate and project manage our own clean up service for them. On day 5 they declined to do the job because they had no solutions to our problem. Imagine a plumber without plumbing solutions, what a joke. This is a fair weather plumber service when the going gets tough they wont help you.
