This company is absolutely incredible! My wife and I had a leak in our home we just purchased that required our entire kitchen ceiling and bathroom above our kitchen have their walls removed due to water damage and mold.

Dealing with my insurance, I wanted a company that could perform everything from the cleanup to the restoration. Good Times Restoration was incredible. The owner Hunter texted me the day after I called insurance to setup the repairs. He was friendly, professional, and explained the entire process to me and how they were used to working with insurance companies.

Hunter managed everything and took extremely detailed measurements, sketches and pictures of the damage to which the insurance company approved everything in less than 24-hours.

In terms of their quality, holy cow these guys are amazing! Ryan is an absolute miracle worker. Ryan completely isolated the work area and completed the installation of all insulation, dry wall, textured finish and new paint in two days. Two days for my entire kitchen ceiling and upstairs bathroom!

We stumbled on these guys after relying on another company that fell through and couldn't be happier. Since so much of our kitchen had been damaged, we opted to change it in rebuilding. Good Times was very flexible in working with us, especially since COVID19 hit right when we were going to start work. They are very customer oriented and excellent at respecting our need to postpone, and then go forward with masks for everyone who came in. The work was good, the people were pleasant, the price was right. What else can you ask for?

We had a water heater that decided it didn't want to hold all the water it could on the inside anymore. After having that part exchanged we were stuck with, how much damage is done, who can mitigate that damage and who can make it look like new again once it was mitigated. We reached out to 3 different companies for quotes, not only was Good Times very reasonably priced but they also had the reconstruction under the same room. Apparently it's not common for a single company to both tear down and rebuild? Who knew?

When looking at the other companies they all were all very highly rated (Google, Yelp, independent reviews) however the issue came when we had to look into the rebuild part of the job. ONLY Good Times maintained a positive review after factoring in the rebuilds. The other companies partnered with other companies who were mediocre at best for the rebuilds. This was the deciding factor for us and it worked out great. Not only that but it was a one-stop shop for getting the job done.

Jared and Hunter were very professional the entire time, showed up on time, completed the work on time, wore masks and didn't try to pressure sell any additional services or products.

I really enjoy working with good times restoration team! they are professional and reacted quickly to my water damage case. the damage were so bad , nearly half of the house need to be rebuilt. Trenton and his team were able to dry out the house within a week and I can tell they are very experienced working with insurance company. They took good care of my furniture and help me boxed everything. highly recommand ! and i will continue working with them for house reconstruction~

We had a plumbing leak/mold issue in our kitchen and closet of a bedroom. We had a few different restoration companies come out and were so glad we went with good times. They were professional, courteous and did a fantastic job start to finish. We even had them do another project at our house simply because they were so easy to work with and did quality work. When my home flooded late last year, Good Times Restoration came because they were working with my insurance company. I found out later that the company who bought my mortgage cancelled my insurance without notifying me and added a different insurance company to my account. Good Times Restoration didn't miss a beat and went above and beyond the entire time to get everything done, and even worked to get me the maximum amount of money for my insurance claim. Not to mention they did a fantastic job with the clean-up and mitigation. They are still working with us today because it will be another month before our stuff is ready to be removed from storage. I so appreciate their willingness to work with people and put the customer first. I hope that no one ever goes through a tragedy, but life happens. However, in the midst of hard circumstances, Good Times Restoration was one of the best things that could have happened to my family. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Good Times!

I called Good Time restoration after waiting over a month from another company. Good Time restoration came out the next day for a quote and started restoration the following week. The cost was fair and there work was very professional. They are clean covered everything.
The workers were respectfully and wanted to make sure you were satisfied with there work before they left. They showed up on time and called befor they came. And notified us when they were leaving
