Garbage disposal died. I bought a replacement online and needed it installed. I have found it hard to find a plumber in the past. I searched on a few and after reading the reviews, I settled on Good Times Plumbing. Great experience! Someone answered the phone when I called and quickly and easily booked an appt exactly when it was convenient for me. My technician, Cody, called when he was on his way during the timeframe I requested. Upon arrival, Cody was very respectful (wearing booties on his boots). He provided an estimate upfront and quickly and cleanly replaced my disposal. I don't have to look any further. They will be my go to plumber. Nice job!

Called on a holiday weekend and got a very quick same-day response. Devin was knowledgeable and friendly and definitely helped explain the steps and cost of everything. He even answered questions we had about other unrelated plumbing questions around the house. Price was super reasonable and didn't feel pressured or upsold at all.

As a bonus, I noticed their website offers discounts for teachers and first responders and it looks like they are involved in a bunch of local nonprofit organizations. It's always nice to support a business that cares about their community. Would highly recommend!

I'm disappointed they don't have an email address on their website instead of a form which requires phone/address etc. They make it hard for people to contact them about anything. When I tried to submit a message/request on their website form I just got the spinning wheel. They clearly don't want to hear from you. Then I came to yelp. I was going to have them quote about a water leak issue but saw Doug's review about the terrible billing practices on his $12k job, and therefore won't be using this company.

Long story short, I had a pretty unique problem with my kitchen sink; it didn't drain well since I had gotten a deeper-sitting sink. Cody called, offered to pick me up some coffee, and presented a measured and honest analysis of my problem. While coming up with some options, he had nothing but great things to say about his company and I could tell they take care of their guys. Cody left me with a lot of reasonable options and gave me time to think about them. It wasn't until afterhours that I received a promising text from him that he had come up with two more ideas that were within my budget. It showed me that not only did he have my best interests in mind, but he genuinely cared about the quality and service provided. I'm happy with the end result and will use Good Times in the future.

Great customer service!! Devin came out to fix a hot water heater problem and ended up taking care of that problem and also put in a garbage disposal and replaced water filters. He was very knowledgeable and polite. We would recommend Good Times Plumbing for every plumbing issue.
