As a contractor I always want to find the best family run businesses. These guys are awesome. Hunter lined up a quick site visit the following day after a call with his tech, Devin. Devin was awesome, efficient, polite and knew his trade. I don't mess with plumbing, so having them available so quickly was refreshing. Devin addressed the pedestal sink replacement and install of the new vanity within an hour. I highly recommend these guys if you're in need of a solid plumber. Happy to use them and look forward to getting them out on future projects for my own clients. Thank you guys for the fantastic service.

Good Times did a mid-sized (~$12,000) plumbing repair and dry-out job at my house last month. They were prompt and the work was done well, so no issues in this regard. There were substantial mistakes in the bill presented, however, including charges for things that were not done. Eventually the billing issues were resolved, though they continued to send reminders that payment was delinquent throughout the time the billing was being corrected at the company's end. Resolving the matter was quite slow, but it got sorted out and I paid the full amount off the final invoice. But today I received a notice that Good Times would be sending my account for collection -- several days after my check was paid by the bank. The work was good, but the financial side incompetent. I will not use them again or recommend them to others for this reason. My wife's remark: ""I regret using them.""

Arrived on time and completed repairs quickly. They were a bit expensive but not having our shower back up every time we use it is a godsend. Plus he fixed another problem that was causing sewer gases to leak into our home and we thank them for that.

I requested service on a Sunday afternoon and a very friendly Jared answered my call and immediately contacted his plumber to see if he had availability. When he was uncertain they would be able to get out Sunday evening, he placed us on the books for the following day. While we were waiting, we actually thought we fixed the problem and I contacted the plumbers to cancel the next day service. It was fairly late at night and Jared still answered the phone call (I was not sent to voicemail) and was completely understanding regarding the cancellation. I must say, I was not expecting an actual human being to answer the phone call...

Fast forward a few days - our hot water heater completely went out.

I contacted this company again and this time Ruben answered my call and was equally as kind as Jared! He was able to send Devon out the same day to assist with the heater. It was still under warranty and he sat with me while we contacted Rheem who needed to hear it from him that the heating element had failed. Devon could have easily left and gone on to another job, especially with me being on-hold but instead he went above and beyond to make sure, we were taken care of. We even chatted about some future plumbing in which I most definitely will be contacting this company. If you are looking for honest, friendly, cost friendly, and above & beyond service please consider Good Times Plumbing. We are very pleased with them. A++. I called Good Times Plumbing for an emergency water pipe repair inside of my interior kids playroom wall that was leaking water from underneath the baseboards at 5 pm on a Saturday evening. This company showed up two hours later after already working an entire day in 110 degree heat and quickly, professionally and properly spliced and repaired the copper pipe so I could have water back to my house. I couldn't have been more grateful and happy with the service charge, professionalism and integrity that Good Times Plumbing showed in a really bad situation I was facing. Thank you very much.

I picked this company based on the great Yelp reviews and was blown away at the quality of the customer service and quickness of the service. Devin came out to service our hose bib and was in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't even charge us! It's a relief to know that companies like Good Times still exist. They won themselves some loyal customers for future repairs.
