Good Times a Fabulous Restoration Co. Everyone's Polite & explain each Service procedure. For additional Questions they'll visit you or call with detailed answers. They gave me a very ""Detailed Quote"" of Services & $$ costs.
& never wavered to increase price. I had mold & water damage from a slow leaking Attic water pipe. I was unaware of the Leak, dripping behind the Guest Room Closet wall. My home is only 7 yrs. old. What a shock. Who runs around checking Closets for water spots or mold in the corner of base boards in a Guest Closet?
They worked with me bcz (Insurance refused to pay) claiming, I should have seen a tiny leak in the corner of my Guest Closet. There was no smell. So when I saw 1 small spot of mold, I was shocked.
& when wall was opened, the Wood & Drywall was covered with mold. Advice, watch for even smallest water spots,
in closets, under sinks, ceiling spots. Water may be slowly dripping inside a wall/walls & mold grows fairly quickly.
""Good Times"" gave me the option to find my own Plumber, Carpet Co. etc., or use their Contractors.
I am forever grateful for their compassion & care about my tearful upset & diligence in tackling my Water & Mold damage. They are the Best, absolutely wonderful people own this Company. Get a Quote from ""Good Times"" & others. And I believe you will use

In my experience, since the covid pandemic, most of the time customer service office personnel have an unpleasant attitude including being incompetent in general terms

We chose this company to do the water mitigation and reconstruction due to a water line and drain leak. They were very responsive and communicated well through phone calls and text. They did a great job documenting each step of the process and working with insurance. The work done was near perfect which I've never encountered since moving to AZ almost 20 years ago. The dry wall, texture and paint were done well and I can't tell where the holes in the wall were. Ruben, Jared, Hunter and everyone I worked with did great.

I received a timely quote, timely service, and timely advice! The company saved me from buying a house with a significant mold issues. The tech was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and went above and beyond to explain everything to us. After the inspection, he quickly turned around his report. The inspection was free but I can guarantee you that if I ever have an environmental problem in my house - my first phone call will be to Good Times restoration! Well done- 5 stars!!

We had a drop ceiling in the Arizona room that was old, the 2x4 ceiling tiles were sagging with some water damage and fiberglass insulation above the tiles. There was also an extensive metal grid that held everything in place. We wanted the entire ceiling taken down and a few construction companies I called said the job was too small but our Arizona is huge. I finally called Jared at Good Times Restoration and the same day he had someone from his team come out and see what I needed. Jared sent me the estimate the next day and also called. I thought the estimate was very reasonable and in just a few days the team showed up and got the project started and finished it that day. Everyone was great, very knowledgeable and courteous. Very satisfied with this company and will call them in the future if I need anything like this done again.

This company was outstanding! They were very professional and called ahead of each visit to let us know they were on their way while the job was in process. They were fair and reliable, and their work was outstanding. We had received two other quotes that we now know were not fair, and engaged Good Times based on Yelp reviews only. Jared and his team were beyond incredible. I've had a lot of experience with different contractors and home service providers over the years and there are a very few I would give 5 stars to.

Communication was amazing. They always showed up on time (with a text when on their way), and they were very thorough in their estimate and describing the scope of services.

Our scope of work started with mold, but when asbestos was found, unfortunately they weren't able to service our home. I was actually disappointed that I wouldn't be able to use them! Good Times will for sure be my first call if we ever experience an issue with our home in the future!

I researched and found this company online. I am so glad all the reviews were correct! These guys are professionals with integrity. They came to assess water damage from my second story toilet flooding my downstairs bathroom a day after I called. Jacob assessed the damage and told me what needed to be done to begin the drying process. Justin was here a day or two later to remove the giant fans that had to be used. Then the following week, when I was available, they came and repaired the drywall, replaced molding that had to be removed, and painted. This company does every process and not all companies mitigate and repair the damage. Also, after every process, they cleaned up!
My home owners insurance company had been notified and they were very impressed with their pricing, just as I was. You will not be disappointed with this company. They will exceed your expectations!

These guys are all pretty young but don't let their age or looks fool you! Our home had a leaking dishwasher which ruined the floors so we hired Good Times for their Remediation and Restoration services. The whole experience from dealing with insurance and the actual restoration process itself went incredibly smooth and the quality of the reconstruction was top notch. They were also very thoughtful and accommodating to our needs since we were remote in Seattle for majority of the project.

Would definitely recommend these guys no matter the size of the project. They are very efficient and thorough with what they do.
