Robert, the General Manager, gave me an estimate on a new water heater and stuck to the estimate. I called in the late afternoon and he was able to schedule the install for the next morning. Ernie, the lead plumber and his assistant were meticulous, pleasant, efficient and extremely capable. Robert showed up near the end of the install to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Other plumbing companies would be wise to use this company as a business model. Great work!

It's so hard too find great work. I would recommend Goodguy plumbing to anyone. I am a new buisness in Redondo, they walk you through the process letting you know what's going on so no surprises when u get the bill. To top it off the owner shows up to introduce himself. What customer service.
At the end I get a letter, thanking me for choosing them. Awsome!! They are the best!!

Update: I needed them in for an emergency but needed to hurry up and go to work. They came right away and came when they said they would. The most important aspect, they cleaned up their mess. Again, GoodGuys have exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I was buying a home and needed a camera inspection to check the condition of the main line. Robert and his team came out and went above and beyond what I expected. Brought out the camera scoop, had an ipad set up for me to watch live, took pictures and narrated during the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and knew a little about everything. I received my recommendation, video and invoice that same day. I plan to use this company going forward. They did a great job.

I just had to leave this review. The slogan 'Honest & Fair' is the absolute truth. I spoke with Robert Jr over the phone and he reassured me nothing would be done that was not necessary and they would do what would be least expensive and done correctly. When they arrived I explained my issue and made them aware of the problem. They listened to me and understood my problem. The team of Albie and Ernie was just fantastic! They explained where my leak was and any information to help me understand the plumbing aspects. They worked hard and very well together. I felt like they were my family. I love those guys! They kept me informed every step of the way as they were working. Nowadays it is really hard to find a plumber that is honest and does great work. This business provides both. I have recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so. If anyone should read this review make the call you will not be disappointed. If possible ,ask for Albie and Ernie they work really hard! Thank you guys for a professional job done !

Requested an online quote for a sewer inspection & Robert replied immediately! His pricing is very reasonable and fair. They fit me in at the time I needed (which was next day), and sent me a text when they were on the way & when job was completed. I received a link to a youtube video as well as a personal email summarizing their visit.

Their communication was phenomenal! Pricing again was great! Value for their services 5 stars all the way.

Had a plumbing issue and phoned Good Guy Plumbing. How wonderful it was to actually get a ""live"" person and not have to leave a message. Spoke with Rob who was very nice and scheduled me for service at a convenient time for me. On the day of the service Rob came out with Ernie. They looked over the job and gave me an estimate, which was reasonable. Rob left and Ernie completed the work very professionally and efficiently. I would definitely us them again.

Good Guy Plumbing is the company to call if you have an emergency repair or planning a project that consists difficult plumbing. On one occasion where my tub's mixing valve cracked in the wall causing water to flood into the walls of my home. I call other plumbing companies in the area, that I won't name, they never even showed up, most likely because it was a tough job, I had to stay in a hotel for days because I had to secure water to my house and could not find a plumber to help me, until I finally called Good Guy Plumbing. Robert and Ernie from Good Guy Plumbing were at my house within an hour, investigated the problem and gave me a quote that was well under what I expected, they replaced the mixing valve with one that came with isolation valves so if the problem happens again I can stop the leak at the source and not have stay at a hotel. I was also very impressed with Ernie's soldering abilities, most of the time you see spatter and burn marks everywhere, not with Ernie it's a clean job. I have used them more than once now, on such jobs as placing in plumbing to my new kitchen, they saved me hours of labor and money, and ensured I had quality piping and appliances installed. In short save yourself a lot of time and money and go with quality plumbing, go with Good Guy Plumbing.

I would probably use Good Guy Plumbing again for a plumbing issue. I had done an internet search for a company that did service and repair on reverse osmosis water systems. I needed a filter change and the system sanitized. Good Guy Plumbing popped up on the search. The gentleman that took my call was very polite and professional and I told him what I needed filters replaced and the R/O system sanitized and he quoted me a price of $125.00. I made an appointment. I was given a time of arrival between 11am and 1pm. 1pm came and went and I got a phone call around 1:30 and was advised that they were tied up and it would be around 5pm. I agreed. A little after 5 I received another call and was advised that the job was taking longer could I reschedule with I understood that problems come up and set another appointment for 2 days later. The gentlemen told me that he would be sure to discount the service because of the inconvenience of them having to cancel the original appt. The plumber arrived on time and I told him what I needed, handed him the parts and the instructions in the event he wasn't familiar with the R/O system I had. Sometime during the job one of the rubber o-rings for one of the filter canisters got lost, (which could of been my fault as I was the one who rinsed out the canister) which we didn't realize until it was back together and leaked. I had to order the part from the company which didn't arrive for several more days. The plumber had everything hooked back up except the one filter canister that needed the o-ring. He called the office for the price to charge and the discount consisted of $0.00 because I was charged $125.00 the original cost. After he left, I noticed that the sanitizing solution was still in the package, (un-opened) so the system was not sanitized either. The part came and I finished the job myself, as well as sanitizing the system. So I sure they are a good reliable plumber, but I would not recommend them if your looking for a R/O system filter replacement and sanitizing the system.
