So I seem to be having a interesting problems with my house. First it was an electrical switch (see that review - Groundrod Electric). Now it's plumbing.

I've had the good fortune of finding Good Guy Plumbing. They replaced a toilet, snaked lines, and this time it's replacing a kitchen faucet with a pinhole leak in it. Go figure. Roque was my technician for today. 2 hours flat to change out the faucet, including one of the water lines feeding the faucet. Helped me learn how to use it (I've squirted myself with the new sprayer only once :}!)

Roque is very professional and friendly. He was very neat and kept me informed of his progress.

I had my laundry setup moved from the kitchen to a hallway closet. They guys who showed up were great and did an awesome job. Ernie was the main guy I remember (the job had to be split between multiple visits and he was with us for the entire job) and he was just great-very professional and friendly, explaining everything that was happening. I really liked all of the guys from Good Guy Plumbing.
Some minor scheduling issues happened, but they were resolved quickly and the kind of things that can happen to anyone.

We are a Management Company in the South Bay and deal with plumbing companies on a daily. Good Guy was referred to us by our client and a homeowner of a home in San Pedro we manage. They answered the email immediately, made an appointment with us right away, and then followed up with a digital appointment to log in to our online calendar. They were on time for our tenants and fixed the shower valve that has been having problems with low pressure for awhile along with the cartridge. They came, fixed it and now all good. They even sent us a follow up status report and an invoice that was emailed - made it so easy for our office! We will be calling on them again and GREAT, Professional service!

Good guy just finished my kitchen. Excellent job - everything works and looks perfect. They really took their time and testing everything to make sure it was working perfectly. There were a few things I forgot to ask them to fix - but they fixed them anyway. Very pleasant surprise!

Good Guys is right! My corporate office sent me a water bottle filling station that I needed installed by the end of the year. Even though they weren't the low bidder, I decided to go with my gut and use Good Guys because of the detailed Scope of Work and the 1 year warranty. I made the right decision! We had a water issue in our home on Thursday morning. I called a plumber who we had used in the past and paid the $80 service fee only to be told they couldn't fix the issue that day (they basically didn't have any tools or equipment on them - and they gave me a $900 quote for what they thought needed to be done).

I ended up calling GoodGuys plumbing that same evening and Robert the owner had someone there the next day to check out our issue.
Ernie the plumber showed up and literally pinpointed the issue and fixed it in less than an hour. The issue was completely different than what the first company told me and it was half the price.
I will definitely use GoodGuys again!

I had called them Good Guys for a faucet installation and change out of water valves in my home. Ernie Escobar came early and was very good in explaining what I should do and was very friendly. I He was very thorough in how he methodically did his work and kept work area nice and clean.
Based on my work amount and a first time customer discount, the price was very reasonable.
I will use them from now on and will always ask for Ernie!!
