I have have used this company twice now. This is a trustworthy and very professional service. They are prompt, tidy and actually care about their trade. The owner Robert was willing to work with me on all aspects of the job in order to get it done in a time efficient and pocket friendly manner. I definitely would recommend. Had a few unrelated clogged drains recently and ended up calling on Good Guy Plumbing twice. What I especially appreciate about them is how they've incorporated tech into the business. I got a text verifying that someone was coming, and a personal profile of my address, the issue, etc. Billing is handled online or through square. I appreciate that convenience.

Also, I appreciated the skill and the thoughtfulness of the plumbers who came by both times. I thought they were courteous, hard working and efficient. I personally don't have a sense of whether the rates they charge are cheap or expensive for plumbing, but I was so impressed with the level of service the first time (esp compared to other companies that can be rude, flaky, or give you the sense that they're making things up on the spot) that I couldn't fathom calling anyone else when the second issue came up.

This Good Guy Plumbing company was excellent. They took care of a gas line issue, hydrojetting and went under concrete to line a sewer to overcome roots coming from the neighbors trees. Robert in charge of the whole messy operation. It was a very professional operation. Robert could not have been nicer and this is why they are called Good Guys Plumbing Robert explained and carefully priced everything. When problems came up and they did, he was right there to orchestrate a fix. He listened to all my concerns and treated me with respect. When I need another plumbing intervention, I will go straight back to Good Guys Plumbing for Robert and his team. I have used many plumbers in my long home-owning life, and this is the first plumbing company that I would gladly use again.

so nice to finally find a plumber that i can trust! Rob was an absolute pleasure to work with and really took the time to help me understand what needed to be done ( new water heater and other minor issues). his guys we're unobtrusive and very polite. i really can't see myself calling anyone else whether i'm in a bind, or have a big project to get done.

Solid 5 Stars. Good Guy Plumbing repaired the pipe from the city meter to the house. Not an inexpensive repair by any means. Robert (the Owner) quoted me a competitive price (I quoted 3 other local companies as a comparison) and based on Robert's consistent communication throughout the process (scheduling, my questions regarding the specifics, etc.), I decided to go with his company.

It's been about 2 months since the repair, and no leaks to speak of. During the repair, Robert's team dug up the lawn but did it in a way as to not damage too much of the turf (which I really appreciated).

Because of Robert's management of the entire project, he and his company will be called upon for future business from me. Thanks Guys.

The tankless water heater had issues. It was already installed at our home when we bought it 2 years ago so I was not sure how old it was and whether it had been serviced or maintained. I went with Good Guy Plumbing because of excellent online reviews and I am very satisfied with the work done. Roque came out to the home and was on time. He is very friendly and knows what he was doing. He recommended getting the water heater flushed and cleaned out. Apparently these tankless water heaters require regular maintenance and cleaning to keep them working. He did the job in a couple hours and the hot water was back to working regularly. I highly recommend Good Guy Plumbing and I am going to call on them again in the future. Great work Roque!

So I seem to be having a interesting problems with my house. First it was an electrical switch (see that review - Groundrod Electric). Now it's plumbing.

I've had the good fortune of finding Good Guy Plumbing. They replaced a toilet, snaked lines, and this time it's replacing a kitchen faucet with a pinhole leak in it. Go figure. Roque was my technician for today. 2 hours flat to change out the faucet, including one of the water lines feeding the faucet. Helped me learn how to use it (I've squirted myself with the new sprayer only once :}!)

Roque is very professional and friendly. He was very neat and kept me informed of his progress.

I had my laundry setup moved from the kitchen to a hallway closet. They guys who showed up were great and did an awesome job. Ernie was the main guy I remember (the job had to be split between multiple visits and he was with us for the entire job) and he was just great-very professional and friendly, explaining everything that was happening. I really liked all of the guys from Good Guy Plumbing.
Some minor scheduling issues happened, but they were resolved quickly and the kind of things that can happen to anyone.
