Good Guy Plumbing was able to take my call and send out a service professional in under half a day. I needed help with a bathroom sink clog and cleaning out the pesky overflow holes which were super hard to reach. Ernesto Escobar was friendly, professional, and fast!

I don't usually leave reviews, but Good Guy Plumbing has been great! Great service from both their receptionists to their plumbers. Our kitchen sink drainage was blocked and we found out our neighbor downstairs was in worse situation, black water sitting still. Called Good Guy Plumbing in the afternoon, and JJ came on time the next morning. He evaluated the situation of both units and gave us clear idea how the drain should be properly cleared. Gave us clear price quotes. The HOA ended up taking over with their plumber. But JJ was still very patient and understanding. HOA plumbers ended up fixing the blockage the way JJ mentioned. Will definitely recommend Good Guy Plumbing to friends and family and keep them as our go to for all future plumbing issues. Very grateful for their help and service!

I was very impressed with GGP! Had a normally lovely Navien water heater that had become ... rebellious ... and help was needed. When I called in, I learned that their team is extensively trained on my system (awesome). They sent over their secret weapon, Ernesto Escobar - an exceptional technician and a real pleasure to work with. I had a great deal of curiosity about the system's inner workings and he was happy to explain while walking me through his diagnostic logic (I think he could teach the course).
As he had anticipated the likely issues and picked up key parts on the way over, test and repair was straightforward and efficient (he got in one - the culprit was a failed check valve).
Wonderful experience - will definitely use the Good Guy team again.

Danny was awesome. he was super patient and thoughtful in undertaking the FloLogic leak detector valve we needed because our home had 1.5"" pipes and the moen flo doesn't go that high. He debugged the pool / irrigation / sprinkler/ water heater setup to configure everything correctly, did a really clean install and was a pleasure to work with. The initial quote was reasonable and the onsite quote was within this range. You pay for reliability and quality and while a few hundred more than other quotes, absolutely recommend.

Easy process, made a appt on line Sunday for Monday. They were prompt within the window stated. Walked me through options and was very helpful and accommodating. Had nothing to do with tech but found the price to lift toilet and replace ring very pricey. However, went forward with the job and he did an excellent job left the area as clean as it was prior. Pleased with work done

I had a plumbing emergency that needed immediate assistance and Junior and JJ from Good Guy Plumbing came out within an hour or so of calling. Our kitchen sink was backed up and we have older plumbing, so it was tricky to snake but after two days of work and a quick hydrojet, the job was finished and our sink was no longer backed up. Both Junior, JJ, and the woman I spoke with on the phone were kind, professional, and knowledgeable about what was happening and had no issues walking me through their process and how the plumbing in the home worked. 10/10 and will be calling again should anything come up in the future.

I appreciated Good Guy plumber Danny came to give me a free estimate of my bathroom water flood including find the cause of it by checking the water pressure, camera scope to the drain line. Danny did explain well of his testing and his suggestion. Office customer service followed up with paperwork and appointment confirmation rather quick and very jolly courteous over the phone. They did make my day a bit better. Thank you guys for the excellent teamwork!

I recommend Good Guy Plumbing 150%. We discovered a water leak behind a wall which is stressful. Danny and Hector came out and quickly identified the problem, determined the least invasive way to access the leaking pipe, and fixed it. They were so courteous, knowledgable and personable. Rare find!! I will most definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

We LOVE Good Guy Plumbing! We've had nothing but positive experiences the first time we used you all (2+ years ago...we loved Ernie!) and also this past week with Danny. Danny was very communicative, clearly and calmly showed me/explained to me what the issues he found were, and followed through with everything he said he would. We had them install a cleanout + patch concrete around it, and also hydrojet and de-scale our kitchen drain. All of it was done in one day and we are very satisfied! Danny and his team was great! I also really appreciated being alone at home as a female both times Danny and his team were here, and I felt very safe and comfortable having them around. We were very pleased with how quickly the job was done, the great job they all did cleaning up the area, and the outcome of the services. Truly, things could not have been any better. We will always book Good Guy Plumbing in the future and ask for Danny.
