Get your pricing up front. Gold silver bronze who knows. Had to ask for booties as it was raining. Did not call when on way. Took 20 minutes trying to fix faucet as side occurrence and just put old o-ring back in. Don't call at 7 in morning, no one there. On line booking times don't exist they tell you and change

Customer service needs to improve. I took the day off, after making a confirmed appointment. An hour before they were supposed to show, my appointment was canceled and the soonest next appointment they would give me was an entire week later...another day off!!

We called around to see if a plumbing company can install an In-wall-water-bottle dispenser and most couldn't. If they could, they quoted me some crazy amount or didn't get back in a timely manner. Robert was the REAL DEAL. He responded promptly and was super personable. He came out when our dispenser arrived to see where we can put it and when he left within hours we received a reasonable quote via email. Within a few days his team (Ernie and another worker I forgot his name) came and installed the system. They were super friendly and so fun to work with. We also had some other valve issues, and again, Robert gave us a a reasonable quote, followed up accordingly and got his team out the next day to replace it. LOVE LOVE LOVE working with each and person at Good Guys Plumbing they made me feel like family and was on top of it!

We recently moved to Torrance and needed some help moving a gas line during remodeling. Good Guys Plumbing was AMAZING! They came within two days and did the work beautifully. Not only did that help us out, they actually came back to shift the line another 4 inches due to us incorrectly measuring (and at no additional cost). These guys are truly ""good""...they took care of us and made us lifelong customers. If you need a good plumber, this is the right team to call.

My go to rooter Guy now! My usual (20+ years) was booked up so thought I would check yelp for suggestions. Gave good Guy a call and got contacted right away by Rob (he might be the owner) . Friendly and accommodating with my schedule and the cost was less that my regular guy. 2 guys arrived on time and were very concerned with keeping my home clean (more than I am!) they completed the job in no time flat and left the bathroom sparkling. Even with tip it was cheaper than my regular guy. Highly recommend!!!

I wish i could give ten stars, as they deserve it. I called Robert yesterday afternoon when i found a leak. Ernie and Albi were at my house a few hours later (on a Saturday). They quickly diagnosed the issue (dishwasher pump) and told me what needed to be done. This is the second time I've called Good Guy Plumbing and both experiences have been outstanding.
