Highly recommended, Oliver is very knowledgeable, friendly, and communicates clearly. I had a clogged drain which he came to help with and ran into issues with a p-trap that wouldn't come loose, but he was able to take care of that. I sent an online quote via Yelp's Request a Quote system to over a dozen different plumbing companies. Oliver of Good 2 Go Plumbing responded within minutes with a flat rate of $200 to help clear the clog in my sewer lateral. I did receive responses from other plumbing companies, but none of them were as low as Oliver's price.

Oliver showed up soon after and was able to complete the work without entering my residence, which is a plus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He completed the job quickly and efficiently; it has been a couple weeks and I have not had any issues. Furthermore, he voluntarily did the additional work of trimming tree roots in the sewer lateral, without my asking and without additional costs.

I will definitely keep Oliver in mind if I have any plumbing issues in the future, and I highly recommend him.

I had two plumbing emergencies within weeks of one another and Good To Go Plumbing was there both times to assess the situation within an hour of my frantic call.

The first was on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Woke up in the morning and found there was no water coming out of any of the faucets or toilets. I searched Yelp and luckily found Good to Go Plumbing was open on Sundays. Oliver (the owner) picked up my call and said he was at another job but could come do an inspection within an hour. Oliver was true to his word and was onsite within the hour to do an inspection. It turned out my water pipe had burst. Since it was the weekend right after Thanksgiving, most of his team was off so he wasn't able to fix the problem the same day but was able to returned with his team the next day to replace a water pipe that had burst. While he was here he also recommended that we also replace some of galvanized pipes inside the house that his team found while they were replacing the broken water pipe.

3 weeks later, my toilets wouldn't flush and I noticed water was coming up from the shower drains. I frantically called Oliver again and he was on site within an hour again to investigate. He came and snaked all the drains and found roots in the pipes. Oliver wasn't able to say for sure that it was a broken sewer pipe at first but was able to confirm in deed it was a broken sewer pipe after using a camera to check. He wasn't able to fix the sewer pipe the same day but was back early the next day to complete the job.

Both times Oliver and his team work very efficiently and were very professional. Prior to doing any work, Oliver thorough explained to me what was the problem and how they were going to resolve it. After the jobs were completed, Oliver provided pictures of the work and walked me through what they had done. I would definitely recommend Good To Go Plumbing to anyone that has a plumbing issue.

Oliver was awesome! I had a badly leaking kitchen faucet, and he helped immediately by getting on FaceTime with me during my first phone call with him to show me how to turn off the water supply myself. Then to fix it, he came over and got it done in a matter of minutes. Very reasonable pricing too.

Our kitchen faucet had gradually been losing pressure and finally got to the point of just barely giving us enough to wash the soap off our dishes. After trying some unsuccessful fixes myself, I finally caved in and reached out to a handful of plumbers on Sunday afternoon through Yelp, hoping to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. I got three replies pretty quickly: one told me exactly what he'd charge for fixing it without even knowing what the issue was, and another just told me, ""oh, your pipes are probably clogged."" Helpful. The third response was from Oliver asking me to give him a call. He immediately picked up when I did, and told me he could be over first thing the next morning and would take a look, and then let me know what it would cost to fix it before starting any work. The next morning, he arrived promptly, and after about 30 or 40 minutes under the sink, he found the problem: a plastic part that connects our water source to the faucet and filters out sediment. The part was completely clogged, and there was no way to open it up to clean it out. Oliver let me know that I could try to find the part, which isn't a common one but could potentially be found online, or I could replace the faucet with a new one, and he recommended Delta as a quality brand. He patiently showed me how to replace the part on my own if I was able to track down a replacement, and luckily I was. I had the replacement part the next day, did exactly what Oliver showed me, and now I have the best water pressure I've had since moving into the house!

Oliver didn't charge me a thing for his time, which I immensely appreciate. Though he wasn't able to fix the problem, he accurately identified what it was and gave me options/recommendations to choose from. He never talked down to me, which is something I always appreciate when I hire a professional to fix something I have no knowledge or expertise in.

I was worried that this was going to set me back a few hundred dollars, but thanks to Oliver's help, I was able to fix my problem with just an $8 part. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber and he will be the first person I call when I have an issue that I can actually pay him to fix!

I highly recommend Oliver. Our tankless water heater wasn't working and instead of charging us for a visit, he spent 20 min. to talk me through any potential problem I could resolve myself.

He patiently waited until I was able to resolve and get our water heater back on and didn't charge us a penny. He certainly earned our trust and I will absolutely go to him with any plumbing job in the future.

Oliver responded to my requirement quickly, after sending a mass Yelp Help to Plumbers. Out of all that responded Oliver was more personal and not ""business"" like. For example others were asking things about plumbing ummm hello I don't know plumbing and don't know your plumber language and reason I have contacted because I don't know. Also they offered to come like the next day. Oliver on the other hand said he could come the same day after he finish eating his lunch. Which I think it's personal information and kinda liked it because he didn't have to tell me he was eating. That just shows me he is personable. Oliver is very respectable, during the pandemic situation that we are going through he wore a face mask during the time he was in my home. Oliver did a fantastic job. Really got me out of a hole, literally!!!! My kitchen sink pipe had a hole in it and it was leaking into the walls. My drain was also draining slowly, after removal of the pipes Oliver showed me how clogged they were.. eeewww. Like an artery full of plaque and heart attack waiting to happen. He explained in simple detail work required and completed the task neatly and efficiently with friendly service. We will definitely use his services again. Thank you Oliver!!
