Oliver was fantastic. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed what was causing a leak under our kitchen sink. He also explained very clearly to me what was going on, and how the leak originated. He then suggested several possible options and helped me understand the pros and cons of each option. After completing the repair, he offered several tips on how to ensure we wouldn't have any problems in the future.

I would absolutely use Oliver again for any plumbing needs in our home!

Working with Oliver was a great experience. He came very quickly and repaired a broken pipe from our toilet to the sewer main. Work was quick and high quality. What impressed me the most was the amount dialogue and advice we got from him. OLIVER SAVED CHRISTMAS!

We've worked with Oliver on a couple different projects and he's such a delightful person. He's extremely communicative, respectful and tidy. We think for a plumber that's definitely sAying something.

For our last issue we had a block in the main line, the toilets were brimming and the bathtub was filled with sewage. It was also Christmas Eve and there were 30 people at my family's home. Oliver came out within an hour, and started diagnosing. His original goal was not to disturb the party and use a clean out (which didn't exist) then he chose to try to clear the line through accessing the air pipes. Two different snakes and an hour later, we decided we had to pull the toilets to snake. The Toto toilets are not as easy to remove, but Oliver persisted and after snaking almost 100 feet he was successful.

Oliver saved Christmas. A very kind human who gets the job done and does it with a smile and wit.
