I originally gave Sunny and his team 5 stars for their honesty and competitive pricing over a year ago for a blocked sewer lateral. Over a year later, based on our prior experience, we hired them to do a much bigger job- replacing our sewer lateral. They did a fantastic job, they were open, and again, competitively priced, their entire team was kind, they were timely and above all, did a great job. Our back yard is not an easy yard to navigate and they seemed to do it with ease. I really appreciate them and the work they do.

The tub in our guest bathroom was leaking into our kitchen. We had 2 plumbers come take a look at it before and one of them made a hole in the ceiling and couldn't figure out what was going on and the other told us it was the overflow valve which wasn't the main cause. Good2Go Plumbing came and fixed the issue the same day! They worked with masks on and answered all of our questions along the way.

We were looking for a plumber to unclog our kitchen sink. We put out a yelp request for plumbers, but we chose Good 2 Go because he responded and was able to come quickly and also gave us a firm, reasonable estimate. He wasn't the cheapest bid but we liked that he had great reviews and could come right away to fix our problem. Oliver came right on time and knew immediately how to unclog our sink. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, had all the up-to-date equipment and gave us good tips on how to prevent our sink clogging in the future. We definitely recommend using him for all your plumbing needs.

Oliver is terrific! I discovered a gas leak late Friday afternoon. PG&E inspected my house and determined it was severe enough to shut off my gas and instructed me to hire a plumber to perform an air line test that is used to locate the leak. Not knowing any plumbers I went on Yelp and decided to use Good 2 Go Plumbing. Oliver responded immediately and was here the next morning. Not only did he find and fix the leak he also repaired a p trap under the kitchen sink. Oliver is knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
I won't hesitate to use his services for plumbing needs in the future.

Responded very quickly. Came the next day for several small things I needed done. When He fixed all those, he offered to do more things just to fill up the time I had allotted to me, but I didn't have any more problems! He wasn't the cheapest but he was super nice, came fully prepared to work under COVID conditions, and fixed all the stupid things that were wrong in our house. I would definitely recommend him.

This is a little late in posting but I wanted to make sure I gave credit to where credit is due. Originally, I spoke with Oliver about my water heater and he gave me some sound advice about contacting the original person who installed my water heater as I was having a problem with it and it was still under warranty. I contacted the original person and they said they couldn't come out for three days. That would mean three days of cold water and this was in January or February so it was cold! As I was a little distressed on what to do, and honestly didn't know what to do, Oliver called me back and offered to come out for free to look at what my problem was. He came out and was able to get my water heater started in a few minutes. In the meantime I asked him some questions about some other plumbing issues I had. In short, as I was so thankful and impressed with his excellent customer service, I decided to have him take care of my other plumbing issues and he was able to get everything done within a few hours in the same day. He was very nice, very professional, and reasonably priced. I'm really thankful for him and his team that they came out and fixed my problem immediately. I will reach out to him again if I have any future plumbing needs.

We moved into a new house and the water heater stopped working. I asked many plumbers for quotes and they all quoted me over $2500 for the work. Oliver took a look at pictures that I sent him and then he made a pit stop to my house to check it out. He then gave me a quote for the work. He also seemed very honest about what needed to be done. When he came to get the water heater replaced, he noticed that there was an issue with one of the lines. He told me that it would be an extra charge, but not a significant one. In the end, still way better pricing than other plumbers quoted me. I would call him again if we ever need any plumbing work done in our home.

Love that Oliver showed up in a mask, as safety is number one right now!
He was very fast at responding to my request and was professional about his work. There was an issue with my garbage disposal and Oliver came on time to my property and within less than 10 minutes found the problem why my disposal stopped working. It needed to be reset and Oliver demonstrated how easy it was to reset he didn't charge me at all for this. I highly recommend his services and honesty to anyone that needs these services. If I was was allowed; I would give him more than a 5-star rating. in the future, if I have any projects or work that needs to be done I'm definitely calling Oliver.
