My awesome experience with Shane started before he even stepped foot in my home. Scheduling on the website was simple and I received text messages to confirm the appointment as well as updates to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and took all COVID precautions. Shane explained everything around what was causing the leak in my bathroom shower and all that needed to be done to fix it. He was able to fix the leak while avoiding what could have been a much larger project, saving me a ton of money and time! I would HIGHLY recommend Shane for any and all of your plumbing needs!!

When you have a husband and 3 sons, plumbing issues are bound to happen. Thanks to one particularly talented child, we were unable to resolve a toilet clog ourselves. Shane was super responsive, responded quickly, and helped us resolve our situation. My husband is a no BS kind of guy, and it KILLS him to have to call for reinforcements.. and he is a fan for sure.

Well just about a year latter,(from hour last call to Shane), I needed 2 ea. bathroom faucets replaced and a little T.L.C in the kitchen. Shane is the ""only one"" to call for any problems you may be having with your plumbing! Kind hearted, skilled, knowledgeable and reliable Shane is the man for the job. My wife and I really appreciate his service. Top notch all the way. My wife and I couldn't be more happy!

I was asked by someone who does not speak English to get a plumber. She didn't want a plumber - especially because of her language barrier. So she waited years until there were many issues / problems in the house. Many times, I was wiping up yucky stuff leaking onto her floor - it was so gross!

So I was looking for someone friendly and patient. If you search for plumbers in the Bay Area by highest rating, Shane comes up #1 BY FAR. I'm familiar with Yelp, so I read through some reviews because it's nearly impossible to have a 5 star history like that, especially in a job like plumbing.

The house owner that doesn't speak English said this about Shane - just from observing him working on all the plumbing issues (some serious):

Shane is hard working, fast, efficient, and has an honest and positive personality. He leaves your house with everything repaired and fixed very well. And the customer (she's referring to her feeling) is left in their home feeling happy with a sense of peace.

I find her feeback of Shane significant because you can imagine how amazing he is if so much is said by someone who can't even speak directly to him.

It's rare to find a human being with this level of dedication and care - especially bringing it to his work, and even more so, in a difficult customer service role like plumbing.

I read his mission statement and I absolutely agree Shane treats every customer like his own immediate family. In fact, my brother also does plumbing and other work - and I already know (because we asked) he would have CHARGED MORE!

Shane's not just honest about pricing, estimate, etc. He's also sincere with whatever kindness and respect he brings with him when he's in your home.

He also patiently answers all your questions. Some service people give off a vibe like ""DON'T BOTHER ME!"" because they want to save time and make the money. But Shane is positive and patient - qualities that make customers at ease to bring up any issues / concerns (no matter how ""small"").

Maybe one day if he grows a sizeable company, he can write books about customer service, being a great human being, and give motivational speeches or construct customer service programs / training for all types of corporations. (A multi-billion dollar industry).

In my experience, when a plumber leaves your house, you're like ""omg."" Maybe they stepped all over your house in dirty boots, acted like they can't stand fixing your stuff. But with Shane, you wonder when you'll see your new brother again!!

Shane is the best. He helped us to install a new Moen faucet. My husband and I bought the new faucet at Home Depot first, but it turned out to be a flawed one and only a weak string of cold water could flow out of the flawed faucet. Shane went extra miles to have the faucet returned and replaced at Home Depot right away for us, so that we ultimately have a new faucet to use. He is truly a problem solver.

All the other reviews got it right! Highly recommend Shane! He came to fix a sluggish kitchen drain. Communication before the visit was fast and clear. Shane was on time, friendly, professional, and respectful to me and my home. Got the job done quickly and thoroughly. Up front with the pricing before and after the appointment. He was even generous enough to give me an extra jar of drain cleaner to help get me started on drain maintenance!
