Just like the other 1 star reviewers, Shane failed to show up after 3 attempts. First attempt was Saturday the 22nd, no show. Finally reached him on the 23rd after multiple attempts and he said my address and phone number were wiped off his phone? He came out to look at the job on the 23rd but would not give me a quote. Said, ""too many variables."" He said he could do the job on Tuesday the 25th at 8:00am but sent me an email the night of the 24th stating, ""...tried to get my schedule clear for tomorrow but it's just not going to fly."" Said he would be out Wednesday between 9:00 and 10:00am, no show. Texted him around 11:00am and he said, ""Emergency last night that ran late. I just woke up and still tired. I'm going back to sleep I'll text you when I'm in route."" Texted again at 2:00pm, no response. After 5 days of waiting, I sent him text and phone call saying he was unprofessional and was going to find a plumber that's more dependable... which I did.

Shane installed our RO Water purifier, Kitchen faucets and helped with few other minor plumbing issues in our house and he has done a terrific job! He is prompt in replying and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He is definitely my go-to person for any plumbing issues in our home.

Absolutely perfect experience. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we've called Shane.

Shane replied to my request almost immediately. We exchanged a couple of messages on Yelp. He indicated one of his jobs ended earlier than he expected and could come out in about an hour. Showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem (grease build up in kitchen sink/main line) and snaked the drain until it was clear.

And as before, he made a couple of suggestions to try to minimize grease build-up, even though that means fewer visits needed from him.

Great guy, great service. Don't hesitate to call him if he services your area.

Shane responded right away (after being neglected by the first few plumbing services I called). He came initially right that afternoon to access my broken water pipe damage under my front lawn. Then he suggested an even earlier date to come out and repair the work so my water would not be wasted. Very refreshing attitude! Shane and his assistant did top quality work in a short time. 10 stars if I could! I had a bath tub faucet that would not turn off at 8pm. Couldn't come out to fix but FaceTimed me and walked me through the process to fix it. His significant other even came out and dropped off tools I didn't have to fix the issue (Home Depot didn't have the tools either!). The part is now fixed and works better than it did before. Amazing service! He is incredible. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend!!
