Had a faulty PRV that needed replacing and called Shane. Him and Abel came out for the replacement and spent a little more time replacing it with a beefier unit. I noticed some loud vibrations later that night and Shane came immediately the next day to diagnose. The pressure was increased and the sound went away until later that night. Called Shane back and he sent Abel back out to help correct the the noise issue. He went back to exchange the PRV and replace it with another unit. Turns out the initial replacement was faulty and the noise went away once it was replaced with a new unit. Shane and Abel went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and they stand behind their work. Don't hesitate to call them if you have any plumbing needs.

When I first called, Shane was in the midst of a job. He told me he would call back within 30 minutes, and he did. He scheduled us for as soon as he could to fix an irrigation leak in our yard. This was followed up by a confirmation text. On the service day, we received a text that he was on his way. Once here (early within the scheduled window), he got right to work, explained the problem to us and took care of it quickly and efficiently. He disposed of the defective pipes, too. He was prompt, personable, and respectful, with a good sense of humor. We will certainly use this service again, and highly recommend him!

Shane, being the amazing guy he is! Wasn't available to come and help me out with an issue I had today as he was booked up but he was able to take my call and text and even turned into a FaceTime just so he can ensure I was doing things correctly. Here's how today went down..
I was in the process of replacing an old toilet with a new toilet (new toilet recommended by Shane by the way)and thought it was going to be an easy job as I just replaced my other restroom toilet last week but boy was I wrong. My water line valve had been rusted and broke off when I tried to turn it into the off position so I sent Shane a text with a Photo of my issue. He called me back in less then 5 mins and walked me through a couple steps and then he sent me a list of what items to go and grab from Home Depot(sizes, names of items and pictures )to make it even easier when I went there. When I came back from grabbing what was needed he asked me to FaceTime him so he can walk me through(step by step) how to remove and replace the parts that were crucial to this job, he even walked me through how to go about Turing off the main water line and how to properly turn it back on with out busting any pipes with the high pressure.(I would have just turned everything back on if it wasn't for his tip)
Overall even though he wasn't able to come by... he still helped me out tremendously and because of that- he deserves this review and some!! Definitely my go to plumber!!!!

Shane does awesome work. He can fix any plumbing problem or answer any plumbing question. He is very thorough. He has installed bathroom faucets at our house, installed shower heads, installed toilets, a new water softener and fixed the installation of a dishwasher that was not installed properly.

Shane helped us Install the whole house filter softener and also replace the shower-head in our bathrooms. He is very friendly, professional and honest. He even came back after the work is done just to make sure everything is working properly. I would Definitely recommend him to others.
