Shane is actually a great contractor who now specializes as a plumber so he knows the whole end to end process of what makes your pipes work or fail. I highly recommend his work. I had sewage drain backing up into the house and he come at night on his way home to handle it.

If I could give more stars, I would! I looked for quotes on my clogged sink fairly late in the day, around 5pm. I had 4 responses, but Shane was the only one who could come that day. He was waiting for someone to pay him before he came to my house. The other customer was quite late with his payment, but he still came to my house. He worked for 2hrs to make sure I had a working sink, even getting up on my roof with a headlamp on because he knew as a teacher I have a fixed schedule and would have a hard time scheduling another appointment. This experience was hands down one of the best service experiences I've ever had! You won't be disappointed!

Excellent response time, less than half an hour. Able to work me in next day for my unanticipated sink install. Fast hookups for sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Saved me money by cleaning some of the old equipment, avoiding buying new. Offered instructions on how to keep the drains clear and avoid future problems. Cleaned up everything and had very reasonable charges. I'm hard to please because I'm a 65 year old female and I'm always sure someone's taking advantage of me. Good 1 was great. I'm confident I got more than I paid for (in a good way). I will definitely use this company for all my future plumbing.
