I am from out of town and this last weekend i stayed at a friends house right on the river. Anyways we had an issue with the plumbing. I called every plumber in BHC everyone was either booked until next week or are non responsive. I called gonzo's plumbing they sent me ray. He was there within the hour. This guy bent over backwards to help us out and that i really appreciated. If i new better i would not have wasted my time with any of the other companies. Over all gonzos is a very good company and whenever i am in BHC a plumbing problem arises, i will be calling Gonzo's. Thanks again ray for all of your hard work.

Gonzo's plumbing was on time when they said they were going to be there and they did excellent work and clean up after themselves

Can't get them to call me back or help us. Sure took $ 100 to look at my wall gave me a quote and won't contact us back grrrrr!!!

I just called them at 1:57 pm and the guy answer said that someone will called me right back 2and a half hours later I call wondering if they are coming or someone still going to call me and the guy that answer said (with a nasty attitude) oh no one have call u yet? I said no that's why I am calling back I ask if they still want to come over and he said (again with a nasty attitude) OH WE ARE VERY BUSY RIGHT NOW I said ok so should I move on and call someone? And he said (again with a nasty attitude ) do what ever u want THATs HOW U CONDUCT BUSINESS GONzo ?!!!!!

Called on 11/19/17 and spoke with female regarding a major water leak outside in the front yard. Stated that on Monday 11/20/17 that Ray would be at my house between 9a-10am.
He arrived @ 9:50 am. Introduced himself and friendly. He checked the courtyard and the leak was not there. He check the water meter, and located the leak at the water meter. He had to leave for parts , which he told me were very expensive for the 3/4 brass value's.
Gave an estimate of $685. He was here for 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. The work was done well. When I got the invoice it stated that the company was a flat rate and did not break down the cost for materials or labor. Was given $20 discount off the estimate cost. Total cost paid $665.
I was never told that this company was a flat rate, while the job was being done, or when I had called for service. I did some research on the cost of the 3/4 brass value's need for the job and 1 of the parts was approximately $40 approximately and the other shut off value was approximately $20, which the total for parts was $60. Not sure what plumber get paid by the hour, maybe $30-40. So, the cost for labor would be $100 for 2 1/2 hours. Making the total $160.00.
I called the company regarding the cost being so expensive and feel that they should refund @ less half the money back to my credit card to be fair. As of this date, Gonzo Plumbing has not returned my call. I am very upset that this company took advantage and literally charged 4x the amount for the job. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The guy that came while I was at work demanded cash only and would not except a check like we had agreed on. I had to talk with him while I was working and finally convinced him that there was no way I could take off work to get him cash. The guy is ether stealing from his company or the company is committing tax fraud by insisting on only cash. Plus he did a sloppy job and left exposed electrical wires when he left that I had to fix when I got home.

Eric was awesome, we called at 4:30 pm on Friday and within 2 hours Eric replaced the toilet so it would be ready for the weekend.

This evening I called gonzo plumbing I was very pleased with the customer service skills and the great customer relations.
I was actually the third party but between my mother and I we own 4 rental properties.
I will not hesitate to call again in the future , the man was very nice I wish I remembered his name it's Thursday, October 20 I called after 5 PM.
My friend broke the main pipe that brings the water from the street to the house she had to go to work and tasked me with finding someone to fix it.
I love great customer service , good manners and a great price I certainly will be a customer in the future.

I came home to find epcor had turned our water off due to a leak. My husband was home and they didn't knock or tell him, they slithered up to our door and left a ""sorry we missed you"" card just like ups.
So the hubs had called tons of places that claimed to be 24hrs. None answered or called back when he left messages. We were desperate. It was about 5pm and we had no water, couldn't flush the toilets. Gross! Thank goodness for hand sanitizer.
Now the good. Hubs called Gonzo's and Eric came over within the hour (he was at another job) and he stayed for hours fixing the leak. Totally my hero! He was able to fix it in a few hours and turn our water back on. $200 what a deal!!! I highly recommend Eric he was awesome!

We had some issues with some gate valves not shutting off water at the house, so the landlord called Gonzos plumbing. The guy they sent out apparently was still learning and didn't know vice grips from crescent wrenches. When he replaced all of the gate valves, he used vice grips, scratching the sh*t out all of the plumbing finishes. He had to leave several times as he didn't have all of the tools. A simple 2 hour job turned into 8 hour one. I would stay away from this company and the fact that he was hired by ""Gonzo"" reflects poorly on his already poor reputation.
