Great company and employees! Called for a free quote and someone came to my house the same day! It would have been fixed that night if he had the right part with him. They came back the next day and had all three things that needed fixing fixed! Highly recommend this company!

Gonzo's Plumbing came to our rescue! Thank God for this company - we snapped a pipe outside at the base of concrete and they came right over! Our technician was able to fix this problem so efficiently considering he had to chip out concrete and install new piping and the cost was very reasonable! We were able to get the water turned on within an hour of our call.
We have found a plumbing company for life!

Once they actually got to our house (all 4 times) their work was fine. They don't call you back when they say they will, and do not update you on progress of ordered product. Sometimes they don't even show up when they say they will. We had to call them more than once to find out where they were at. We will not use them anymore unless it has to do with the hot water heater that we bought from them. We always try to use local businesses, but we will try a different plumber when we replace our sinks and faucets.

I needed an emergency plumber last night (Saturday night) to come out and snake my mobile... Gonzo said he would only come out if I was willing to pay $650 for him to come out because it was a Saturday so my total bill was $672 ... I had no choice but to pay it because I couldn't get a hold of any other plumber and he knew that. This guy takes advantage of people DO NOT use this company. I had the same issue happen on the 4th of July (Saturday night) and called Ace Plumbing and they came out and only charged me $300 for the same thing, but unfortunately he happened to be out of town last night.

Gonzo's is a BAD company that screws people, it is terrible. Run, don't walk from them.
They replaced a water heater for my elderly parents. They are barely able to walk and did this without calling my brother or I. I came from Flagstaff a day too late to save them. It seemed awfully high priced. Out of curiosity, I called two other companies who said it would be less than HALF, almost 1/3 of what Gonzo's Charged my folks. $2,300 for a water heater replacement is ridiculous. Same water heater brand, nothing extra special. Garage install, really accessible
The guy said if they paid cash instead of a check it would be less.
What kind of people are these? Crooks if you ask us.

BANDIDO ALERT!! My elderly mother called Gonzo's because she heard the faint sound of water running but didn't know where it was coming from. The tech that was dispatched said it was coming from under her house. Once he determined mom was alone and elderly he REALLY went to work!! Crawled under the house and told her that she would need to have some plumbing ""redesigned"". After a few hours the tech reemerged and handed her a bill for over 900.00$ and left. She still heard the leak and called Gonzo's back. The same tech showed up again and changed the rubber flapper in the toilet tank. The cost of a flapper is about 5 bucks and it requires no tools nor special skills to install. The cost to replace the flapper was 175.00 but he gave her a break and only 75.00$ since she was a returning customer. Once the rubber flapper was replaced, mom never heard the sound of running water again. So my poor mother got fleeced for over a thousand dollars by these unscrupulous plumbers for a 5 dollar water flap!! Gonzo, you will one day answer to Almighty God for your misdeeds!!

I am from out of town and this last weekend i stayed at a friends house right on the river. Anyways we had an issue with the plumbing. I called every plumber in BHC everyone was either booked until next week or are non responsive. I called gonzo's plumbing they sent me ray. He was there within the hour. This guy bent over backwards to help us out and that i really appreciated. If i new better i would not have wasted my time with any of the other companies. Over all gonzos is a very good company and whenever i am in BHC a plumbing problem arises, i will be calling Gonzo's. Thanks again ray for all of your hard work.
