I reached out via Yelp to get an estimate on a leak in my downstairs bathroom. I was notified that someone would call me to set up an appointment. The next day, the dispatcher whose name is Nichole, called back to schedule the appointment. When she said the name of the company, I thought she said her name was Donuts instead of Gonness! I told Nichole that since her name was Donuts, I was interested in anything she had to say. We laughed about that. Nichole was so sweet and patient with me and my hard of hearing. When the plumbers, Victor and Ivan arrived, they first handed me a package of donuts and stated that they were from dispatcher Nichole! She really made my day! Victor and Ivan found the leak issue was related to my air conditioning and not my plumbing. Victor explained to me what caused the leak and recommended that we get an air conditioning technician out to fix it. However, he did try to repair it himself but did not have the tools since it was an A/C issue. I also asked if they could install my garbage disposal! They were happy to do it even though I had not mentioned this repair initially. This is an awesome company. Friendly, professional, and reasonable prices. They put the garbage disposal in without charging me any extra from the original quote. Victor and Ivan did a great job! Thank you Gonness, (not donuts). I will definitely be using you again in the future.

On 4th of July at about 9pm, our water pipe broke and we had to turn off all the water to the house. They messaged me back right away and set up a time to come to our house the next day! Everything was fixed by 10:30am! They are amazing! :)

I inquired about having no hot water in my condo and the garbage disposal not working. Victor and Ivan came yesterday to assess it and bottom line, the water heater and garbage disposal had to be changed. I was quoted a fair price and given a discount on the labor for the disposal. They bought all the parts and installed everything within the afternoon. They were very patient and nice and even had to move the washer/dryer to get to the water heater which took some effort. I really appreciate all their work and both appliances are fixed now :). Thank you! Highly recommend their service!

Gonness Plumbing & Rooter gave excellent service for my family over the weekend. We had an emergency plumbing situation at our rental house that left us with a flooded bathtub, shower, and two toilets. Nothing was usable. Gonness plumbing responded and showed up within two hours, whereas the more popular plumbing service told us they wouldn't be able to come onto the property without the owners permission. The owner of the house is very difficult to reach and we would have been left with no plumbing until he was available. Gonness plumbing was a definite life saver. EXCELLENT SERVICE. After getting several quotes for a water pressure regulator to be replaced, Victor and Nicole gave the best prices in town hands down. I made an appointment with Nicole and her communication was top notch, and Victor and his team were friendly, efficient and reliable! They were in and out before I finished my coffee. I will be keeping there business bookmarked on yelp and there card on my fridge just in case I have any other plumbing issues. We had a clogged sink. They were very responsive and messaged me a quote quickly. Victor came the morning after. Victor was very friendly, courteous, and efficient.
