I received a quote very fast, good reasonable price, arrived on time as I was told, respectful, courteous and honest. Resolved the kitchen sink clogging. Very pleased with the service provided. Gonness Plumbing & Rooter gave excellent service for my family over the weekend. We had an emergency plumbing situation at our rental house that left us with a flooded bathtub, shower, and two toilets. Nothing was usable. Gonness plumbing responded and showed up within two hours, whereas the more popular plumbing service told us they wouldn't be able to come onto the property without the owners permission. The owner of the house is very difficult to reach and we would have been left with no plumbing until he was available. Gonness plumbing was a definite life saver. EXCELLENT SERVICE. After getting several quotes for a water pressure regulator to be replaced, Victor and Nicole gave the best prices in town hands down. I made an appointment with Nicole and her communication was top notch, and Victor and his team were friendly, efficient and reliable! They were in and out before I finished my coffee. I will be keeping there business bookmarked on yelp and there card on my fridge just in case I have any other plumbing issues. And as always, love to support local and family owned especially when they do excellent work.

We had a clogged sink. They were very responsive and messaged me a quote quickly. Victor came the morning after. Victor was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. He unclogged the sink very quickly. The pricing for unclogging the sink is very reasonable ($55). Nicole also followed up to ensure that Victor came. We highly recommend this business!
