They should be called the Levittown Old Faithful Plumbing instead of Goldey...srsly. you just can't get a more reliable, familiar, hometown plumbing service than these guys. A multi-generational family business who were all born, raised and still live in Levittown, these guys know the houses, the systems, the most likely culprit/issue, and they are the first to see and solve most trending plumbing problems right out of the gate.

I can't tell you how many times they would know my problem before I finished my rambling, incoherently poor attempt to communicate the issue; which means they also understand and can speak ""clueless non handy homeowner"" fluently making it super easy for them to understand the problem.

Their easy to talk to service techs are even more appreciated when they come out, assess and explain the issue, without talking down or ""mansplaining"", they treat me and my home with respect.

Hey, no one is perfect so even when they have made a mistake in the past (once) they made it right, and we were able to quickly and easily arrive at a mutually beneficial agreement on what that meant for my situation at the time.

In our experience, they have never treated me or my husband with anything less than respect or kindness and we always thought they were sincerely concerned for our happiness/ satisfaction despite some of the other reviews on here which frankly sound totally unbelievable, and it makes me question the validity or at least makes me wonder what the entirety of the situation was, lol... some of them seem to be missing a big chunk of the story

Bottom line: Goldey Plumbing provides skilled, transparent and reliable plumbing service to the city they live, work and raise their families in. This is the kind of business I will support with my wallet every time I have a chance without question or doubt. We have recommended them to family and friends for years and will continue to do so, without question.

I would highly recommend Goldey Plumbing. This is our go to plumber for everything and I'm happy we found these guys. All brothers and nephews are very nice and talented to get whatever job you need done in a quick and efficient manner. Our only plumber we would ever use.

So Goldey Plumbing has always been my go to since I moved to Fairless Hills back in 2015, but today after a very disappointing conversation with one of their guys they lost a customer, the guy refused to work with me and my schedule, well there's other plumbers around so good bye!

Mike came out for an estimate on replacing the faucet in our downstairs bathroom. Said he'd get back to us within a week. Didn't hear anything, so I called after 13 days and the guy I spoke to said he'd tell Mike to call us. Still didn't hear anything. Using the online form on their website, I wrote a request for them to contact us. Still heard nothing. VERY unprofessional to leave a customer hanging.

Get a job quote before they start. I just paid $259 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes of work. When I expressed surprise, I was told ""You're free to use someone else next time"" I never had anyone ever charge ""per job"" without disclosing it first. And know that if you don't like it, they are happy to have you go someplace else! Gleeful it, appears, so ok.

We have mold from Bob Goldey plumbing . He put in a kitchen faucet that was too short nubs and we had water leaking from the kitchen faucet into our basement for two weeks until we discovered it by the smell . They refused to make good on the damages or even offer to replace or repair .

We love these guys. They're helpful, honest, prompt, and they do a great job. If there's ever a problem, they do their best to accommodate you as quickly as possible. We won't ever call another plumber.
